The Meadow View Garden Window is a window designed to be used in gardens or other outdoor areas. It is manufactured by JJJ Specialty Co. and comes with a limited warranty.

Product Information

The Meadow View Garden Window is made from high-quality materials that are designed to withstand weathering and other outdoor elements. It comes with an optional glass shelf that can support up to 8 pounds per square foot, but all shelves longer than 48 inches require underside supports in the center.
Please note that caulking used to seal window frames or trim is considered a maintenance item and is not covered under the warranty. Additionally, if the window is altered in any way (such as painting), the warranty defers to the warranty of the product used to alter the window.

Product Usage Instructions

• Ensure that the Meadow View Garden Window is installed in a level and secure manner. If you are unsure how to properly install the window, please consult a professional.
• If you have purchased the optional glass shelf, ensure that it is properly supported according to the instructions provided above.
• Regularly inspect the window for any signs of damage or wear and tear. If you notice any issues, contact JJJ Specialty Co. immediately to report the defect.
• Keep the window clean and free from debris. Use a mild soap and water solution to clean the window as needed.
• Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasives on the window as this may cause damage.
• If you need to remove or replace the window for any reason, be aware that JJJ Specialty Co. will not be responsible for any costs incurred in the removal, replacement, installation or re-installation of the window or any part or component of the window.

Ten–Year Limited Warranty

• Meadow View Garden Windows, in normal service, are fully warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of ten years from the date of purchase.
• This warranty includes sash and frame materials, hardware, and insulated units which are guaranteed to be free of material obstruction of vision resulting from dust or film formation in the dead air space caused by failure of the seal. (Condensation on windows may occur as a natural result of humidity, excessive moisture, or changes in interior/exterior temperatures. This does not indicate a defect in the windows and is not covered by this warranty.)
• Caulking used to seal window frames or trim is considered a maintenance item and is not covered under this Warranty.
• If the Meadow View Garden Window is altered in any way this warranty defers to the warranty of the product used to alter the window, for example, painting.
• If the windows do not conform to this warranty during the warranty period, JJJ Specialty Co. agrees to repair or replace—at its sole option—any defective part or component. This warranty does not include labor or freight costs. JJJ Specialty Co. will not be responsible for any costs incurred in the removal, replacement, installation or re-installation of the window or any part or component of the window.
• JJJ Specialty Co. disclaims any liability hereunder for damage occasioned by: vandalism, normal weathering, atmospheric pollutants, failure of the structure in which the windows are installed, wind-borne objects, ice, harmful chemicals, fumes, or vapors; fire, lightning, hurricanes, tornadoes, windstorms, hail or other acts of God; failure to provide necessary maintenance for the windows; misuse or abuse of the windows.
• This warranty contains only express warranties extended by JJJ Specialty Co. and is in lieu of all other warranties, verbal or implied. The provisions herein contain the only remedy you may have against JJJ Specialty Co. shall not be liable under any circumstances for incidental or consequential damages.
• All warranty claims must be directed in writing to the undersigned within fourteen (14) days after the defect is discovered; JJJ Specialty Co. 9944 Highway 10 NW Elk River, MN 55330.
• Glass Shelf Rating in Pounds Per Square Foot (if ordered as an option): 8 pounds per square foot; all shelves longer than 48” require underside supports in the center. The warranty does not cover the glass shelf.
