AICKSN 1500 Central Purifier System
User Notice
- The central water purifier system requires the use of raw water that complies with GB5749 standards, such as municipal tap water or other centralized water supplies.
- Do not install the unit in locations with unsafe water sources that may contain microorganisms or water of unknown quality that has not been adequately disinfected.
- After the water purification system has been inactive for an extended period (generally not exceeding one week, shorter in the summer), flush water for 10-15 minutes before the next use to prevent the impact of stagnant water on water quality.
- Ensure the unobstructed flow of water in the incoming and outgoing pipes when the system is operational.
- Installation and filter replacement of the water purification unit must be carried out by professional technicians. Damages caused by improper installation or use are not covered under warranty. Maintenance, servicing, and filter replacement charge services for water purification purifier.
- Regularly inspect the water purification unit and associated pipes for any signs of leakage to prevent potential damage to household belongings.

NOTE: Without reading and understanding this user manual, please refrain from any operation on central water purifier system ;
- Do not operate filtration system to operate for extended period in an environment exceeding 5-38°C. Prohibit installation of the machine in areas prone to freezing, direct sunlight, or rain.
- Do not install the machine on water supply lines with a pressure exceeding 0.4MPa. During usage, ensure that the water source pressure is not less than 0.15MPa to prevent insufficient water output.
- This unit is only suitable for processing cold water and do not be installed on hot water pipelines.
- Do not attempt to install the water purifier system in reverse, connecting the inlet pipe to the outlet.
- Avoid freezing of supply and drainage pipes or the unit itself. If the water temperature or external temperature drops below 5°C, close the water supply line of the water purifier and drain the water from the unit.
- Install the machine away from any heat sources, must be positioned near the floor drain!
- The machine requires a power source during operation. Ensure that a installation location has a power supply:220VAC/50Hz.
- Leave adequate space for operation and maintenance near the equipment.
- In case of a power outage, recheck the current time when the power is restored.
- Only use replacement parts approved by Aicksn. Issues caused by using unauthorized parts or accessories, resulting in a decrease in performance or financial losses, are not covered within the manufacturer’s limited warranty scope.

Installation Requirements
- The machine device don’t tilt and placed horizontally during transportation, installation and= using.
- Installation site of machine must above ground level, load-bearing capacity greater than 300 kg/square meter, and equipped with water inlet and outlet connections.
- Do not install this machine near places with acidic or alkaline substances or gases to avoid corrosion to the machine.
- Only 220V 50Hz single-phase AC power source can be used. It is strictly prohibited of use other power. The socket must have reliable grounding for electrical connection.
- The Machine must be installed indoors. If necessary installation on the outdoor, insulation measures must be taken for the body and pipes, especially to prevent freezing, as well as to protect against sunlight and water.
- The optimal water pressure inlet is 0.15-0.4 MPa. If the pressure is below or above the industry standard, it is recommended to install a booster pump or pressure reducing valve to ensure that the working pressure of the machine meets the technical requirements.
- During the pipeline connection process, it is recommended to keep the pipes as close wall as possible. The pipeline routing should be straight, with clear bends. After completing the piping, secure the pipes to the wall using fixed brackets.
- Pay attention to the height and placement angle when connecting the pipes. After connecting the pipes, there should be no obvious stress to prevent long-term use, it may lead to damage to the pipes or the machine due to stress on the pipes.

**Installation Method:
**
* Before opening the water purifier package, the installer should verify the product model, specifications, color, and brand. Unpack the product, take out the accessories, check the documents, attachments, and accessories are complete.
* Confirm the installation location of the water purifier, ensuring that the machine position meets the requirements.
* Arrange the pipelines accordingly.
Measure the tap water pressure (recommended range: 0.15-0.4 MPA), using a pressure gauge have check the water pressure of the customers tap water meets the pressure range specified in the water purifier product manual. If the pressure is below or above the specified range, it may be necessary to install a booster pump or pressure reducing valve to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
- Pipe Installation: Connect the water inlet of the water pipes to the water inlet of the water purifier using PPR pipes or corrugated pipes. Similarly, connect the water outlet of the water pipes to the water outlet of the water purifier. Then, move the water purifier to the suitable location.
- Connect the power supply by inserting the power adapter into a dedicated wall outlet.
- Parameter Setting (Display Panel Interface): Set the time. The specific method is detailed in the following section on the operation panel settings
Usage Instrucrtions

Initial Opration
- Connect the pipes ,open the inlet and outlet ball valves. Close the original water ball valve, then open the household faucet and let the water run for 10-15 minutes, make sure filters inside purifier are rinse thoroughly with water.
- During the rinse thoroughly process, continuously observe the internal and pipe connections of the water purifier for any leakage or seepage. If any issues are detected, close the inlet and outlet ball valves. when problem is resolved, reopen the inlet and outlet ball valves.
- After rinse thoroughly is complete, close all household faucets to pressurize wait purifier for 15 minutes. During this period, continually monitor the internal and pipe connections of the water purifier for any leakage or seepage. If any issues are identified, close the inlet and outlet ball valves. When problem is resolved, reopen the inlet and outlet ball valves.

Daily Operation

After the installation and commissioning of the machine, it can be used normally without any operation under uninterrupted power supply in the further.
Ensure the controller keep dry during use , prevent short circuits in its electrical components. -
Standard municipal water supply conditions to ensure the use of high-quality water, regularly replace the filter . Our after-sales service personnel will proactively remind you and come to replace the filter, with filter replacement being a paid service.

If the system is not used for an extended period (more than 3 months), notify our company’s service department to replace the filter. This ensures performance when the system reuse.

In the event of equipment malfunctions or other special situations, open the original water ball valve, close the inlet and outlet ball valves. During this time, the water supplied will be untreated water.

Control panel basic operations

Display Screen Icon Explanation:
After powering on, the display screen lights up for 25 seconds. During this time:- Working Status Display: The time, filter cartridge lifespan, and water machine icon are constantly display.
- If no operate, it enters standby mode after 25 seconds.
- In standby mode: The filter cartridge lifespan icon and water rate is displayed, the time is not shown.
- If there is operate, the standby mode timer is extended by 25 seconds. In other words, after no operate is pressed for 25 seconds, it returns to standby mode.
- When the display screen is in standby mode: Pressing any operate brings the display screen back to working status. If there is no operation for 25 seconds, it returns to standby mode.
Filter usage display
* The total of 4 filters, the filter lifespan is calculated time control, time once a day. The lifespan for each filter level as follows: Level 1-540 days, Level 2-540 days, Level 3-540 days, Level 4-540 days.
* When the filter lifespan has not finish, the icons for each filter display in white.
* When the filter lifespan finish or exceeds the set value, the filter lifespan icons display in red.
* The filter lifespan is only calculated when the machine is powered on. In the event of a power outage, the filter lifespan stops counting. The filter lifespan has power-off memory function. When the power supply reconnection, machine will auto maticeally retores to the calue before power off.

Note: If the filter lifespan has not expired, the warning icon will not
be displayed. The warning icon will only be constantly display in red, if any
of the filter levels have reached the end of their lifespan icon will
constantly display in red.
Fault Icon – Not Displayed
Time display
**
* When in operational status, the time display:
* The time is displayed in a 24-hour format.
* The factory setting is 00:00.
* The time has a backup power supply. In case of a power outage, it can continue working for 12 hours. If the power outage exceeds 12 hours, the time may reset to 0:00. In such cases, it’s necessary to set the time again.
- Key Operations:
Time setting :
Long press the “SET” key for 3 seconds enter to the setting state. It defaults
to setting the “Time,” indicated by a blinking icon.
While in the “Time” setting:
- Short press the “+” key for hours to increase the time by 1. If it exceeds 23, it returns to the previous setting.
- Short press the “-” key for hours to decrease the time by 1. When it show 0, it next returns to 23.
- Short press the “SET” key once to enter the “Minutes” setting.
While in the “Minutes” setting:
- Short press the “+” key for minutes to increase the time by 1. If it exceeds 59, it returns to the previous setting.
- Short press the “-” key for minutes to decrease the time by 1. When it reaches 0, it next returns to 59.
- Short press the “SET” key once to exit the setting state.
To reset the filter cartridge lifespan:
- Long press the “SET” key for 3 seconds to enter the setting state. While in the setting state:
- Long press the “Reset” key for 5 seconds to reset the lifespan of all filter cartridges to zero.
Maintenance and Care

Regularly check the machine and water pipe components for leaks to prevent water damage to household belongings.

When you are away for an extended period or not using the machine, disconnect the water source (close the water inlet valve) and power off.

If the machine is not used for long time, run water for 10-15 minutes before using it again.

Immediately disconnect the water source (close the water inlet valve) and unplug the power if any of the following situations occur. Also, promptly contact the company’s service hotline for repairs.

If there is a leak in the water pipes or related components in the machine.
-
If any of the relevant components of the machine out of action.
-
If there are any other anomalies or failures.

Filter Replacement
To ensure the normal operation of the machine, please promptly contact the company’s service hotline and have a professional replace the filter in the following situations:- Significant decrease in water flow.
- Poor water quality.
- The filter lifespan icon turns red
After-Sales Service

The warranty period
The warranty period is effective from the installation date. The entire machine is covered by a one year warranty, while consumables are not included in the warranty coverage. -
Warranty conditions
Users should adhere to the following rules, otherwise, they will lose the right to warranty- Users should have obtained this product through legal channels from authorized retailers.
- Users should retain both the purchase invoice and the user manual, and the machine number on the user manual should match the machine’s serial number.
- The installation of the machine should be carried out by the installation team designated by the manufacturer or a qualified installation team recognized by the national authorities. (Self-installation without proper guidance is not recommended.)
- The machine should be used strictly in accordance with the accompanying user manual.
- Users should ensure that the product is used under appropriate operating conditions.
- If maintenance and upkeep are required during use, users should call the company’s service hotline to register for repairs.

Exceptional Conditions
Product malfunctions or damage resulting from any of the following conditions are not covered by the warranty:- Obtaining this product through illegal means.
- Machines for which the invoice or user manual is lost, and the user cannot provide relevant proof documents.
- The machine serial No on the user manual does not match the machine’s actual serial No.
- Machines that are not installed by a qualified installation team or are self-installed without the guidance of the manufacturer, resulting in malfunctions or damage.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by unreasonable use or violation of the “Installation and User Manual” instructions.。
- Malfunctions or damage caused by using the product beyond normal operating conditions, such as forcing usage under abnormal voltage conditions (exceeding or falling below the normal allowable fluctuation range, greater than 240V or less than 187V), or excessive water pressure.
- Intentional or unintentional human caused damage to the machine.
- Damage to the machine caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters, war, etc.
- Machines have been repaired by unauthorized professionals without reporting to the company’s service hotline for repairs.

During the warranty period, under conditions that meet the warranty criteria and do not violate conditions, the company will provide comprehensive warranty services as per the regulations. The warranty services will include: -
Free repair of faulty machines. ;

Other items specified by national regulations, including the 《Consumer Rights Protection Law 》and 《Product Quality Law》.

Warranty Service Procedure
- Customers encounter malfunctions while using the products of Aicksn company, please immediately shut off the water source. After confirming that all conditions meet the requirements, promptly call our company’s service hotline to report the issue.
- When the service personnel come for on-site service, customers should show valid invoice and provide information about the usage and malfunctions to the service personnel. After verifying the machine, the service personnel will proceed with the necessary inspections and repairs.
- After the completion of the repair, customers should sign their opinions on the repair order and provide their signature for approval. If customers have any questions, promptly inquire and seek clarification from the service personnel.
- If the cause of the malfunction falls outside the scope of warranty, the customers should pay the service fee according to the fee schedule presented by the service personnel.
- If customers have any objections or questions about the service process, they can call the company’s service hotline for consultation.
