Danfoss MFB45-U-10 Fixed Inline Piston Motor
Product Information
The M-MFB45-U-10 is a fixed inline piston motor from Danfoss, used in
industrial applications. The motor has a flow rating of 45 USgpm at 1800 RPM
with optional shafts and porting. It has either direction shaft rotation and
comes with special features to provide satisfactory service life for
components. The motor is designed for use with full flow filtration to provide
fluid meeting ISO cleanliness code 20/18/15 or cleaner.
The motor comes with a foot mounting bracket, screws, valveplate, mounting
kit, gasket, retaining ring, rotation plate, pin, lift limiter, spring,
washer, cylinder block, spherical washer, shoe plate, nameplate, housing,
shaft, key, spacer, sleeve, piston kit, shaft seal, O-ring, plug, swash plate,
bearing, and retaining rings. It is recommended to service all units with the
F3 Seal Kit 923000. The model code of the motor is M-MFB45-U-10-***.
Product Usage Instructions
To use the M-MFB45-U*-10 piston motor:
- Make sure to use the motor in industrial applications only.
- Use full flow filtration to provide fluid that meets ISO cleanliness code 20/18/15 or cleaner for satisfactory service life of components.
- Refer to the assembly view and model code for accurate identification and use of optional shafts and porting.
- Make sure the shaft rotation is either direction.
- Follow the recommended torque of 90-95 lb. ft. when tightening screws.
- Service all units with the F3 Seal Kit 923000.
