FUNCTION INTRODUCTION OF REMOTE CONTROL
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS OF REMOTE CONTROL BATTERY
- Loosen the battery cover screw with a screwdriver and remove the battery cover.
- Load two 1.5V “AA” batteries (batteries shall be purchased separately) into the battery box at the bottom of the remote control according to the correct polarity.
- Close the battery cover and tighten the screws.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS OF BATTERY:
- Remove and load the battery in the corect way;
- Non-rechargeable batteries cannot be charged;
- Rechargeable batteries must be charged under adult supervision;
- Different types of batteries or old and new batteries cannot be mixed;
- Only batteries that are the same as or equivalent to the recommended batteries can be used;
- The rechargeable battery shall be removed from the model before charging:
- The battery shall be loaded with the correct polarity;
- The exhausted battery shall be removed from the model;
- The power terminals must not be short-circuited;
EXCAVATOR BATTERY INSTALLATION
- Twist the battery cover latch to remove the battery cover.
- Connect the rechargeable battery pack to the power port of the demolition machine closely and put it into the battery box.
- Install the battery cover and twist the battery cover latch, then the battery installation is complete.
BATTERY CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS
CHARGING METHOD: Connect the rechargeable battery pack port to the USB charging port as shown in the figure, and make sure that the port connection is tight and correct, and then plug the USB into the power adapter to charge.
The status of the USB indicator light when charging:
- The LED light is always on when connected;
- The LED light flashes slowly when charging
- The LED light is off when fully charged;
Charging time: 3-4 hours
When the battery is fully charged, please unplug the USB charging cable in
time.
FREQUENCY PAIRING AND POWER ON OF REMOTE CONTROL
The product is remotely controlled with 2.4GHz frequency. For the first operation, the user must install the battery on the vehicle body and the remote control first, then make sure to power on, turn on the power to pair the frequency automatically. When the indicator light of the remote control stops flashing, the vehicle will make a “tick” sound, that is, the frequency pairing is completed. If the vehicle does not respond to the remote control, the user can turn off the power of remote control and vehicle, turn on the power of remote control and vehicle again to match again (same steps as above).
FOREARM INSTALLATION
- First, the forearm is installed into the boom, and then the telescopic rod of the oil cylinder is put on the boom.
- Install screws to fix and lock, Install the tubing to the cylinder.
- Plug in the power cord.

PARTS REPLACEMENT
- Remove the fixing screws of bucket (Fig. 1) first, and then remove the bucket (Fig. 2).
- Install the parts on the middle arm, insert the screw spikes and tighten the nuts.

Disposal
- The company AMEWI is registered below the WEEE Reg. Nr. DE93834722 at the foundation EAR and recycles all used electronic parts properly. Electric and electronical products are not allowed to put in household garbage. Please dispOse the product at the end of the lifetime accroding to the actual laws. You as a customer are responsible by law for the return of all used batteries, a disposal over the household garbage is forbidden.
- Batteries containing hazardous substances are marked with the alongside symbols, which point to the prohibition of disposal in household garbage.
- Additional notations for the critical heavy metal are: Cd=Cadmium, Hg=Quecksilver, Pb=lead (Label is placed on the batteries, for example below the bottom left trash symbols).
- Based on RoHS labeling the manufacturer confirmes, that all limit values were taken care of at the time of manutacturing.
- Batteries labeled with the recycling symbol can be put into used battery collecting tank. (Most supermarkets have) They are not allowed to be put into local household garbage.
- AMEWI Trade e.K. is involved in the dual system for boxing over the company Firma Landbell AG. All used boxes are collected from partner companies (waste disposal contractor) at private customers (local household), sorted and properly utilized. The Involvement in a Dual Systems helps to save CO Emissions.
Battery Notice and Battery Disposal
Warning Battery do not belong in childrens hands. A change of the battery
has to be done by an adult person. Never mix chargable batteries with non-
chargable batteries. Never mix fully charged batteries with almost empty
batteries. Never mix batteries of different capacities. Never try to charge
dry batteries. Take care of the correct polarity. Defective batteries belong
to special waste. Never leave a charging battery unattended. For questions
about the charging time please read the manual or ask the manutacturer.
