OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
Charging (please charge the device before use!)
Charging instructions
The battery power icon is displayed in four divisions ; DID the icon will turn
red Din case of insufficient power, and turn green in case of full power
status.
Charging requirements
During charging, the charging status is displayed and followed by a beep,
indicating successful charging connection.
The charging cable is a DC interface and the input voltage is 5V.
During charging, the battery indicator will scroll, indicating that the device
is being charged.
Product assembly
Collar adjustment
Put the excess strap into the buckle, and adjust the strap length as per the neck circumference of your dog.
Wearing method
After fully charged, please test the product.
Testing methods
Step l: Press and hold the On/Off button about 2 seconds to turn on the
collar, the LCD display will on. (Then you can wear this collar on your dogs
neck now, it can use directly)
Step ll: Install the contact points, and make sure the static icon is
shown on the screen(if not, press the M button one time), adjust the intensity
level to 02 by Press and hold the M button.
Step Ill: Put the test light on the contact points. Blow to the
microphone sensor or make a sound similar to “woof, woof” towards the sensor.
At the same time,vibrate the device.
When the collar is working, the collar will beep and vibrate, and also you can
see the red current in the test light.
(Please note that the collar can only be triggered by combining sound and
vibration at the same time. If there is no response, please try several times
and make your sound more similar to dog’s barking.)
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
Turn on and off
Turn on: Press and hold the button about2 seconds to turn on the collar.
The LCD display will on.
Turn off: Press and hold the button about 2 seconds to turn off the
collar.
Standby mode: The collar will enter standby mode if no operation within
30 second. To light up the display, press and hold the M button or On/Off
button for 1.5 seconds.
Function operations
- Training mode
always with sound warning and can not adjust the levels.
1-6 intensity levels adjustment for vibration.
Users can choose with or without static function by press M button one time, if the static ICon is shown on the screes, it means the collar is with static function now.
And the static stimulation level could be adjusted from 1-6 I ntensity levels (Level 1 & 3 are without static function by default.)

Press the On/Off button twice ta activate the looping mode
Press and hold the M button ta switch ta the required intensity level (fixed mode).
Working mode
If the dog’s hair easily touches the screen during use, which causing trouble for dog owner and your puppy, you could lock the screen.
Press the On/Off button three times to lock the screen when the screen is on (within 2 seconds) and you can see the lock icon on the screen
Press the On/Off button three times to unlock the screen when the screen is on (within 2 seconds)
It is unable to lock/unlock the screen when the screen is off, Press and hold the Power button or the M button for 1.5 second to light up the screen,and then you can lock/ unlock the screen by press the On/Off button three times,
WEAR METHOD
- The correct wearing of the bark control collar is essential for effective operation. To ensure proper wearing, follow the steps below:
- Check that the bark control collar is turned off.
- Keep your dog in a comfortable standing position.(A)
- Place the bark control collar around the dog’s neck and make the collar “On/Off button facing you.(B)
- By inserting a finger between the collar and the dog’s neck, check the tightness of the bark control collar. I the proper position should be comfortable rather than tight.(C)
- Let your dogs wear the collar for a few minutes, and then check the tightness again to make it more comfortable. If your dog wears the collar too long time or too tight, it may cause skin damage due to the pressure. It looks like burns caused but not burns. Please pay attention to this.
- Trim the collar as follows:(D)
- A. Mark the desired length of the collar with a pen.
- B. Remove the bark control collar from the dog, cut off the excess part and seal the collar with flame along the worn edge.
- C. Put the bark control collar back on your dog.
FAQS
Q: Why does the bark control collar not work when the dog is barking?
- A: Training products including the bark control collar need to cooperate with instruction training at the appropriate Level. Let the dog get used to the collar and develop good barking habits. Reward the dog if it barks properly, and let the dog calm down with peaceful voice if the dog has received an electric static from the collar, letting the dog know under what circumstances barking would be the correct behavior. Please keep the dog wearing the collar and training even when the dog tries to avoid being trained after using the collar several times, and develop good habits for the dog.
Q: Is the vibration function safe for my pet?
- A: It is not harmful to your pet.The electronic training device requires user interaction and training to achieve the desired effect.
Q: Once my pet has been trained and no longer barks disorderly,does it still need to wear the receiver?
- A: No, But you can also turn off the device and reinforced the training by continued wearing of the product to your pet.
Q: Is the product waterproof?
- A: Yes, the waterproof level is IP68, dogs can swim with the product. But when your dog is swimming with this collar, other objects may get stuck in the collar and make your dog difficult to breathe, so for safety reasons.it is not recommended to wear this collar when your dog is swimming.
Q: Is there any after-sales service provided for the product?
- A: Our products are provided with after-sales service. With one-year guarantee period.the product with a problem that belongs to quality problem rather than artificially induced damage or is not caused by misuse, can be repaired for free.
Q: Can I give up using electrostatic pulse function?
- A: Of course, You just need to adjust the mode to without static pulse mode. We recommend that you set the product to fixed mode and intensity level 1 when you use the product for the first time, to allow the dog to adapt to the sound/vibration function to avoid frantic response.
If neither sound nor vibration function can stop dog barking, activate the electrostatic pulse of level 2 or above level until the dog stops barking.

The product is suitable for dogs with a weight of 5 KG – 50 KG and a neck circumference of less than 62 CM; the product is not suitable for dogs younger than 6 months or weighing less than 5 KG.

Do not wear the product for more than 12 hours a day.

Place the product out of the reach of children considering that children are not allowed to play.

Please avoid the contact points contacting human skin when the product is in electrostatic pulse state.

Please check that the position of the product on the dog’s neck is correct in about 2 hours; in case of any dislocation, it is necessary to readjust the position of the product on the dog’s neck.

Please do not directly tie the dog leash to the collar.
If the power icon turns red or the power is less than half when -
using the product for the first time, please charge it first. In standby mode, touch M button forl.5 seconds to check the power status.
The default mode is looping mode+without static pulse, -
and vibration intensity level on level 1. If you need to use the static pulse function, press the M button one time to set.
Note:
- There are 6 intensity levels in total. In looping or fixed mode, the corresponding intensity level and icons will flash when the collar is triggered. For example, in static stimulation intensity level 6, the number”6″, as well as the corresponding warning sound, vibration and static stimulation icons will flash.
- In looping mode, when the collar is triggered again within 20 s, the next intensity level will be activated; if the collar is triggered again after 20 s, the previous intenisty level will be activated.
- Protection mode: In looping or fixed mode, when the collar is triggered for 6 times, it will enter 1 minute protection mode, the intensity flashes “O”. Please wait 1 minute to trigger the collar again.
PRODUCT MAINTENANCE AND AFTER-SALES MATTERS
Product maintenance and after-sales matters:
- If you find a problem with the product within 30 days after receiving the product, you need to take a video or picture of the fault. After verification by our customer service department, the product can be returned. The product with quality problems must be returned within 7 days. And upon the receipt of the product concerned.the replacement product will be sent.
- If a quality problem occurs to the product within the one-year warranty period, you can return the product at the cost of freight only. If it is verified that the product is faulty, we will repair the product for free.
- This warranty is a supplement to any other specified rights and remedies. By law. you are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and any other compensation if the loss and damage is reasonably foreseeable.

The product
cannot be turned on
| Check the power of the product.

| Adjust the position and tightness of the colla r to ensure that the contact point directly contacts the dog’s skin; different dogs are suitable for different levels; adjust to a higher level in case of
too low level and insufficient stimulation.

| Please imitate dogs barking with sound and vibration to trigger the collar
and test function.
No electric staitic stimulation when using t h e product|
There is no static stimulation at level 1 and level 3 under default mode,
and the staic st i mulation at other levels can be
tested by the test light.
No response when
touching the button
| In standby mode.press and hold for 1.5 seconds. And If the screen is locked, press the On/Off button for 3 times to unlock before continuing the operation. Meanwhile.keep the screen clean and
free of impurities.
The product did not
respond after barking

The product is a dual-trigger mode product, which can only be triggered by sound and vibratron at the same time; two or more sounds within 10 seconds are considered as a trigger, and only one sound is not considered as a trigger.
