Safety Instructions
Please Fallaw the fal-n9 precautions to ensure safe use] Placement of the laminator:
- Do not put the machine In damp place or near the air conditioning vent. to avoid dangerous accidents such as electliclty leakage and Insulation failure.
- Please ensure the machine is on a flat and level surface.and leave enough space on the side of the pouch outlet
- Please do not place anything on top of the laminator
Lamlnaung pouch:
- It Is recommended to use the laminating pouches of our comparTI( Pouch of other speclfjcation or defective pouches may get caught In the lamlnatoi
- It is recommended to use a laminating pouch 5-Bmrn larger than the item to be laminetad. Inappropriate sized pouches will affect the lamination affect negatively. fthere is no pouch with the rl.!!ht size, a larger pouch may also be used. Please place the item within pouches centered as shown in Figure A below and !Jim it after lamination.
Items to be laminated:
Lamination Is conducted thmll,!h heating and pressur1zatlan. The laminating pouch might be rolled up into the machine due to inconect operation. Therefore, please do not laminate the following items:
- Inflammable and heat sensitive materials (eg plastic bailS. etc.).
- Important end unique documents.
- items with a thickness of mare than t□mm (Inclusive of the laminating pouch).
- Items that will discolor □r deteriorete after heating_ such as heat-sensitive paper and the paper with when tile laminating patterns drawn with crayons
Laminating Guide
Please oo Not operate as below·
- Place the open end of the pouch into the machine.
- Place the pouch into the machine at an angle.
- Put the Item to be laminated Into an Inappropriate sized pouch, and leave too much space around your contents
- The orl.!!inal items to be laminated ere undulating or cued(
- Two consecutive pouches are connected together.
- Cut the pouch before use.
- use deformed laminating pouches.
- The length of the item to be laminated is less than 85mm

- Turn on the lamlnator· connect the power cord, 9Wltch the power on and the power indicawr will turn red.
- Hot lamination: use them,al lamlnatlng pauches(50-200mlc)
1. Toggle the rotary temperature switch to the desired pouch thickness:
2. The machine will take apprmdmataly 3 mlnutas to warm-up_ When the green Indicator Is llt the lamlnator Is ready;
3. If the pouch does not feed correctly or jams, push pouch REl\lllrse· button end the pouch will automatically reverse back out of the lamlnator
- Cold lamination: Use cold laminating pouches. If cold lamination ls required Bfttlr the opamtlon of hot lamlnetion, pmss ‘Setting control” button to change to “Cold lamination· and then keep idle forlO minutes before use.
- Turn off the lamlnator: When finished lemlnat:ln& please press “Setting contrcr button to change to “Cold lamination”, keep idle for 5-10 minuws, and then turn the power offend unplug the mechine3.
- Paper tray: Rlewlth a certain tamperaturecame autfrom film 9JClt and hung cardboard in the squara hole in the back of the machine, plastlc film can fully cooled In order to achieve besteffect
- Installation method: Place the hook on the paper tray into the square hole on the back side of the machine, and make sure that the paper tray Is slightly lower than pouch outlet
Maintenance
- Cleaning 1Ubber roller: after long-term use of the machine, molten plastic residue will be stuck on the rubber miler, which will easily cause the laminatinS pouch to get stuck in the machine. In addition, the plastic residue will be difficult to remove once solidified, so please remove It carefully: Cleaning steps: please feed medium- thick sheets (such as calendar paper or catalog paper) through the machine without being centered in a pouch, and use hot lamination to laminate It several times.
- cleaning of the lamlnatar. Please unplug the machine before cl9anlng. and gently wipe with a soft cloth slightly damped with watar. Do not use solvents such gasoline. alcohol or diluent. Never use metal brush, tnol brush or shovel to tap the rubber rolle[ so as ta avoid scratching it
- Please protect your leminetor from dirt with en appropriate dust cowi when irs not In use for an e>Ctended period of time.
