Important Safeguards
When using the appliance, please follow the basic safety precautions as below:
1.1 Before first use
- Read the following safety precautions carefully when using the appliance. Failure or negligence in observing these precautions could cause fire, electrical shock or personal injury.
- Remove and discard all packing materials of the appliance. Make sure children do not play with them to avoid any danger.
- CAUTION! A specific separated power supply unit is required to connect this appliance to power supply.
- Please insert the provided USB charging cable to DC5V 1A adapter (not supplied with the appliance) and power socket to charge the appliance.
1.2 When using the appliance

Always place or use the appliance on a stable, flat and horizontal surface. Never operate the appliance in following places:
– Humid environment or near water sources;
– High temperature or places subject to direct sunray;
– Near heat sources (e.g. electric oven or induction cooker) or fire sources;
– Unstable surfaces;
– Near inflammable or non-resistant to heat objects (e.g. carpet, paper sheet, table cloth, curtain and towel, etc.); -
For the maximum operating time of each accessory, please refer to Chapter 5 Operation Instructions.

Before inputting food, make sure to check whether the blade assembly is installed in place and turning smoothly. If the blade assembly does not rotate or turn slowly, check if any obstacles stuck or the amount of food inside exceeds “MAX” level of the container. If so, remove the obstacles or excessive food beforehand.

The appliance can withstand a temperature range of 0-50˚C. To avoid damage and deformation, do not place hot ingredients (over 50˚C) into the container or wash the appliance and accessories with hot water (over 50˚C).

Do not operate the appliance without the container lid; otherwise it may cause injury.

Do not put your finger or utensils such as spoon, fork etc. into the container during operation. Otherwise, it may cause injury, electric shock or fire.

CAUTION! Be careful when pouring hot liquid into the container, as small amount of liquid or steam may be spilled out causing damage.

Do not place heavy object on the [Power button] and leave it unattended or empty container during operation, it may result in fire or combustion due to overheat.

If the blade assembly gets stuck, stop using the appliance immediately. Do not attempt to insert your finger into the container. Make use of rubber spatula to remove the ingredients which blocked the blade assembly; otherwise, it may cause injury.

The appliance is not suitable for handling hard ingredients such as meat with bones, frozen food, coffee beans, peppers, ice cubes or sticky foods. Make sure to take out all the fruit pit before operation.
1.3 After using the appliance
- Attention should be paid when handling the sharp cutting blades when emptying or cleaning the container. It may cause injury.
- Switch off the appliance before changing accessories or cleaning parts.
- CAUTION! Ensure that the appliance is switched off before removing from the stand.
- The appliance and accessories may get stained after using periods of time. It is because ingredients contain pigment itself. This is a normal phenomenon, causing no harm to human body.
- Never immerse the main body, USB charging cable into water or let them wet as it will affect its safety performance or cause electric shock.
- Do not process the amount of ingredient which exceeds “MAX” level of the container.
Otherwise, it may cause severe vibration or malfunction.
1.4 Beware of the following

Do not insert metallic objects (such as pins or wire etc.) into the enclosure gaps to avoid electric shock or other dangers.

The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separated remote control system.

Do not place the container into microwave oven or place the appliance and accessories into a dish washer or dish dryer, it may cause burning, deterioration or malfunction.

When moving the appliance, make sure to hold the container and main body with both hands. Hold the container or main body by one hand may result in product fell, accessory damage or injury. Move the appliance with care if there is hot liquid inside the container.

Always keep clean and free of dust, and ensure the appliance is clean and oil free to avoid fire.

Keep it out of reach for infants. Great care is necessary in using the appliance, especially near children. Make sure that they do not play with the appliance. Also, children without adult supervision should not operate the appliance or do maintenance, and keep them away from the appliance and its cord.

The appliance is intended to be used in household or similar applications such as staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments. Do not use it outdoors and in any purpose or method which is not stated in the manual. (Misuse may cause potential injury and product damage.) If the appliance is used improperly, for commercial or semi-commercial use, warranty becomes invalid and our company will refuse any liability and repairing cost for the damage caused.

The appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

Always check if the main body and USB charging cable are damaged or abnormally hot.
To avoid hazards, stop using the appliance immediately and contact Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Limited for checking and repairing if any part is damaged. Do not attempt to refit the appliance by yourself or replace any unauthorized parts other than the supplier; otherwise, it can cause hazards and the warranty will become invalid. -
Do not put heavy objects on the USB charging cable. Never clip, modify, stretch or twist the USB charging cable. Make sure to grasp the USB adapter itself when plug in or unplug the appliance rather than grasping the USB charging cable. Inset the USB adapter firmly to the socket; otherwise, it may cause electronic shock and fire caused by abnormal heating around the USB adapter.

Do not operate the appliance when the USB charging cable is tangle or hang over the table edge, countertop or let it touch any hot surface, it may cause the appliance and its USB charging cable damage.

Always disconnect the blender from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
Maintenance, Cleaning and Storage
2.1 Maintenance and Storage
- After each use of this appliance, please clean it in time for the next use.
- Never use a wire brush, abrasive cleaners, or corrosive liquids (such as gasoline or acetone) to clean this appliance.
- Do not immerse the main body in water or other liquids, and do not rinse it under the faucet or in the dishwasher.
- Switch off the appliance and the power switch that supplies electricity to this appliance before cleaning.
- After the main body stops rotating, remove the detachable accessories.
- Do not put any accessories of this appliance into the dishwasher for cleaning. If necessary, wash with a diluted neutral kitchen cleaner. The main body can be wiped with a twisted dry soft damp cloth.
- After the main body is cleaned, place it in a ventilated environment to avoid peculiar smells.
- If you do not use this appliance for a long time, please unplug the USB charging cable, put it in a plastic bag after cleaning, and store it in a dry place and avoid direct ultraviolet light.
- If the appliance is not used for a long time, charge it every 3 months to prevent the battery from aging.
- Do not use lacquer thinner, gasoline, decontamination powder, hard brush or metal brush to clean the accessories, so as to avoid scratching and corroding the surface of the parts, resulting in odor or breeding of bacteria.
- Do not use sharp objects, such as toothpick or needles to clean this appliance.

Operation Instructions
5.1 Blender assembly
This accessory is suitable for making processed sauces, soups, mayonnaise, as
well as mixed drinks, juices, shakes, etc.
- Insert the blender into the main body and turn the blender counterclockwise to assemble into place.
5.2 Blender instruction

Cut the food into pieces no larger than 1.5 cm³ and put it in the mixing cup; then add water, the scale of the juice cup shall prevail (maximum capacity 400 mL), and the water temperature shall not exceed 50 ℃.

Hold the mixing cup and main body firmly with hands and place the blender into the mixing cup.

Long press the [Power button] (about 2 seconds). After the blue light is on, release the [Power button]. Long press the [ON/OFF button], the blender will start operating. For better effect, you can hold the main body to move up and down slowly to make the food more fully mixed; release the [ON/OFF button] and the blender will stop operating.
CAUTION!
- The continuous operating time cannot exceed 1 minute. After 1 minute of continuous operation, it must be stopped for 2 minutes before use.
- 1 minute of work and 2 minutes idle as a cycle. After 5 cycles of consecutive work, it must be stopped for 30 minutes, and the main body must be cooled before starting to operated.
5.3 Egg whisk assembly
- Insert the egg whisk into the whisk adapter, and then insert the egg whisk into the main body and turn it counterclockwise to lock it in place.
5.4 Egg whisk instruction

Pour the egg into the mixing cup (or with egg yolk, egg white all in mixing cup).

Hold the mixing cup and main body firmly with hands and place the blender into the mixing cup.

Long press the [Power button] (about 2 seconds). After the blue light is on, release the [Power button]. Long press the [ON/OFF button], the whisk will start operating. Release the [ON/OFF button] and the whisk will stop operating.
CAUTION!
- Whisk the egg whites to a foamy stage; whisk the egg white and egg yolk until they are well mixed.
- Do not run the whisk continuously over 3 minutes. Let the appliance rest and cool down for 30 minutes after a 3-minute operation. Otherwise, the appliance might be damaged due to overheat.
5.5 Chopper assembly
This accessory is especially suitable for mincing meat, diced ginger and
garlic, onion, carrot, chili, spice and more.

Place the blade assembly into the container.

Add ingredients (no larger than 2 x 2 x 2 cm³ and do not over the “MAX” line) into the container. Close the chopper lid and turn it clockwise to fasten it in place.

Insert the main body into the chopper lid and installed in place. Long press the [Power button] (about 2 seconds). After the blue light is on, release the [Power button]. Long press the [ON/OFF button], the chopper will start operating.

Do not lift the main body immediately after the operation. Make sure the rotation of the blades stopped and switched off the appliance before lifting the main body.

Release the [ON/OFF button] when the food chopped to desired size. Open the chopper lid, take out the blade assembly before pouring out the processed food.
CAUTION!
- When handling ingredients, the maximum serving size cannot exceed the “MAX” line.
- Do not run the chopper continuously over 30 seconds. Let the appliance rest and cool down for 2 minutes after a 30 seconds operation, otherwise the appliance might be damaged due to overheat.
- Every 30 seconds of work and 2 minutes as a cycle, 3 consecutive cycles of operated must be separated by 30 minutes, and then operate after the main body cools down.
- Do not place the blade assembly and chopper lid into dishwasher for cleaning.
- Do not put water or ingredients higher than 50℃ into the container for processing, so as not to cause the container to be deformed by heat and cause damage.

Kind tips:
- When mincing meat, it is recommended to cut 100-150 grams of meat at a time, and it takes 15-30 seconds for better results.
- When cutting hard and tough foods such as carrots, apple, potatoes, peppers, etc., the processing amount is 100-150 grams at a time, and the use time is 10-15 seconds for the best result.
- When processing ingredients such as celery and cabbage, please cut into small pieces as much as possible. The processing amount at a time is not more than 50g, and the operation time is 10-20 seconds for the best result.
- The chopper cup assembly is better for the following foods: fine beef without tendons and lean pork without skin and less fat.
- If you do not press and hold the [power button], press the [ON/OFF button] directly, the indicate light will flash in red. Indicates: The [power button] is not pressed on.
5.7 Charging
- Detach all accessories before charging.
- Please connect this appliance to power supplier DC5V 1A or below 1A (this appliance is not equipped with an USB adapter) to charge this appliance. During the charging process, the indicator light turns to red. When fully charged, the indicator light turns to blue.
- When the appliance is charging, it cannot start to work.
Troubleshooting
