Zintronic Record and Playback in CamHiPro Application
Alarm recording proper settings
- A and P camera series have continuous recording set as default if the SD card is inserted
- To turn alarm recording on:
- Open the CamHiPro application and click the “Settings” icon like on the screen below:
- Choose „SD card plan recording”:
- There are options in „SD card plan recording”:
- „Whether to enable recording” – turn on recording on an SD card (set as default!)
- „Stream settings” – First stream is a high stream resolution which is recorded (visible as HD); Second stream – a low stream resolution which is used to live view (visible as SD)
- „Video file duration” – we can set file duration from 15 to 900 seconds (15 seconds – 15 minutes).
- „Recording time period” – there are 2 options: easy setup – recording all day Monday to Sunday (24/7); advanced settings – manually customize the daily recording time period.
- An example in the picture below (continuous recording):
- An additional setting of recording is alarm recording – go to Settings and choose “Alarm management and notifications:
- There are 2 options: „Easy setup” and „Advanced setting”
- Easy setup can record alarms at every moment, but advanced settings let us choose the day, hours, etc.
- We can choose alarm linkage on an SD card: capture or record or both:
Playback continuous and alarm
- To playback open the CamHiPro application and click the “SD card” icon like on the screen below.
- It will show records from the current day; if we want to choose another day, we need to click an icon in the bottom left corner:
- We can choose to view recordings in the timeline like on the screen below:
