SAFETY MEASURES AND COFFEE MAKER OPERATION RECOMMENDATIONS
Read the operation instructions carefully before using the coffee maker and keep it for future reference.

  • Use the coffee maker for its intended purpose only, as specified in this manual.

  • Mishandling the coffee maker can lead to its breakage and cause harm to the user or damage to his/her property and it is not covered by warranty.

  • The coffee maker is intended for making drip coffee, espresso, and cappuccino and warming up ready drinks. Do not heat any other liquids!

  • Make sure that the operating voltage of the coffee maker indicated on the label corresponds to your home mains voltage.

  • The power plug is equipped with a grounding contact, plug it into the socket with

  • reliable grounding contact. In the case of a short circuit, the grounding reduces the risk of electric shock.

  • Contact an electrical technician, if you are not sure that your sockets are installed properly and grounded.

  • To prevent fire do not use adapters designed for connecting the power plug to the mains socket without grounding contact.

  • In case of sparking in the mains socket and occurrence of the smell of burning, unplug the unit and apply to the organization maintaining your home mains.

  • If smoke appears from the unit body, unplug the unit and take measures to prevent fire from spreading.

  • Use and store the coffee maker at a temperature above 0 °C.

  • Do not use the coffee maker outdoors.

  • It is not recommended to use the unit during lightning storms.

  • Protect the unit from impacts, falling, vibrations, and other mechanical stress.

  • Never leave the plugged-in coffee maker unattended.

  • To avoid fire, electric shock, or physical injuries, do not immerse the power plug, the power cord, or the coffee maker body in water or any other liquids.

  • Do not use the coffee maker in proximity to the kitchen sink, in bathrooms, near swimming pools, or other containers filled with water.

  • If the unit is dropped into water, unplug it immediately, and only then you can take the unit out of the water.

  • Do not use the coffee maker near heating appliances, heat sources, or open flames.

  • Do not use the unit in places where aerosols are used or sprayed, and in proximity to inflammable liquids.

  • Place the coffee maker on a flat stable surface; do not place it on the edge of a table. Do not let the power cord hang from the edge of the table and make sure it does not touch hot surfaces or sharp edges of furniture.

  • Do not place the coffee maker on hot surfaces.

  • Do not touch the power cord and the power plug with wet hands.

  • Use only the coffee maker parts and accessories supplied with the unit.

  •  Before switching the coffee maker on, make sure that all removable parts are installed properly.

  • Ensure that the water level in the water tank is not below the minimal mark.

  • Do not switch the coffee maker on if the water tank is empty.

  • To avoid getting burned by hot steam be careful when frothing milk or warming the ready drinks.

  • The filter holder surface, the cappuccino pipe, and the cappuccino tip can get rather hot. Be cautious and careful when in contact with hot surfaces.

  • Do not remove the filter holder during the coffee maker operation.

  • Let the unit cool down completely before cleaning and removing the accessories.

  • Handle the glass coffee flask with care to avoid damaging it!

  • Do not use the flask for other purposes, do not place it on electric and gas cookers, and do not use the flask in microwave ovens.

  • Use the coffee maker only with the coffee flask installed.

  • Do not remove the flask from the warming tray during the coffee making.

  • Do not leave the empty flask on the warming tray. Avoid extreme temperature differences otherwise, the glass may crack.

  • Do not put a hot glass flask on a cold surface.

  • Do not use the coffee maker if the glass flask is damaged.

  • To avoid burns, do not touch the hot surfaces of the coffee maker during coffee making and right after switching the unit off. Let the coffee maker cool down.

  • During the coffee-making process, water passes through ground coffee under steam pressure, so do not bend over the coffee maker, do not open the water tank lid, do not remove the filter holder, and do not remove the reusable filter.

  • Unplug the coffee maker before cleaning or when you are not using it. When unplugging the coffee maker hold only the power cord plug and carefully remove it from the mains socket, do not pull the power cord — this can lead to damage to the power cord or the socket or cause a short circuit.

  • For children, for safety reasons do not leave polyethylene bags, used as packaging, unattended.
    ATTENTION! Do not allow children to play with polyethylene bags or packaging film. The danger of suffocation!

  • The coffee maker is not intended for use by children.

  • Do not leave children unattended to prevent using the unit as a toy.

  • Do not allow children to touch the unit and the power cord during the coffee maker operation.

  • Place the unit out of reach of children during the operation and cooling down.

  • This unit is not intended for usage by physically or mentally disabled persons (including children) or

  • by persons lacking experience or knowledge if they are not under the supervision of a person who is responsible for their safety or if they are not instructed by this person on the usage of the unit.

  • From time to time check the power cord and the power plug integrity.

  • If the power cord is damaged, it should be replaced by the manufacturer, maintenance service or similarly qualified personnel to avoid danger.

  • Do not repair the unit by yourself. Do not disassemble the unit by yourself, if any malfunction is detected, and after it was dropped, unplug the unit and apply to the service center.

  • Transport the coffee maker in the original package.

  • Keep the unit out of reach of children and disabled

  • persons.

THE COFFEE MAKER IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY, DO NOT USE THE COFFEE MAKER FOR COMMERCIAL OR LABORATORY PURPOSES. BEFORE USING THE COFFEE MAKER After unit transportation or storage at low temperature, it is necessary to keep it for at least three hours at room temperature.

  • Unpack the coffee maker and remove all the packaging materials.
  • Keep the original package.
  • Read the safety measures and operating recommendations.
  • Check the delivery set.
  • Examine the coffee maker for damages, in case of damage do not plug it into the mains.
  • Make sure that the specifications of the power supply voltage specified on the lower panel of the unit correspond to the specifications of your mains. When the unit is used in the mains with 60 Hz frequency, it does not need any additional settings.
  • Wipe the surface of the coffee maker body (17) with a clean, slightly damp cloth to remove dust.
  • Place the coffee maker on a steady flat heat-resistant surface, the distance from the side walls of the coffee maker should be at least 20 cm, and the gap above the coffee maker should be at least 30 cm.
  • Do not use the coffee maker under kitchen shelves of cupboards. They can be damaged by the steam released during the coffee maker operation.
  • The coffee maker should be placed out of reach of small children.
  • Before the first use of the coffee maker wash all the removable parts (4, 5, 13, 14, 18, 21, 22) with warm water and dry them.

STANDBY MODE

  • If no actions are performed, the display lighting will go out in 15 seconds.
  • The coffee maker will automatically switch to standby mode in 30 minutes.

ATTENTION! Every pressing of the active control buttons is accompanied by a sound signal.
SWITCHING THE SOUND SIGNAL OFF

  • To switch the sound signal off, simultaneously press and hold the buttons (29) «PROGRAMM» and (27) «MINUTES» for 3 seconds, and the symbol (37) « » will appear on the display.
  • To switch the sound signal on, simultaneously press and hold the buttons (29) «PROGRAMM» and (27) «MINUTES» for 3 seconds, the symbol (37) « » on
    the display will go out.

DRIP COFFEE MAKER
ATTENTION! Wash the drip coffee maker before the first use.

  • Open the lid (12) of the water tank (15) of the drip coffee maker and fill the tank with drinking water. Do not exceed the maximal water level mark! Close the lid (12).
  • Open the lid (11) and install the reusable filter (13) in the filter holder (14). Make sure that the filter holder (14) is installed properly, otherwise, the lid (11) will not close.
  • Close the lid (11).
  • Place the flask (18) on the tray (20), and make sure that the center of the flask (18) lid matches the anti-drip valve.
  • Plug the unit in. You will hear a sound signal, and for 2 seconds all symbols will appear on the display. After that the symbol (34) «CLOCK» will start flashing, the symbol  (31) «AM» will appear, the digital symbols (32) will show the time «12:00». The separating dots (33) will be flashing. One segment « » of the coffee brewing strength symbol will glow constantly.
  • To switch the coffee maker on, press the button (30) «COFFEE ON/OFF», the button (30) lighting will light up. The coffee maker will be switched on, and hot water will pour in the flask (18).
  • After the water dispensing stops, you will hear 3 sound signals. The coffee maker will switch to the keep warm mode, and the symbol (41) «TIME SINCE BREW» will appear on the display.
  • To switch the coffee maker off, press the button (30) «COFFEE ON/OFF», and the coffee maker will be switched off. Remove the flask (18) and pour the water out from  it. The drip coffee maker is ready for operation,

CURRENT TIME SETTING

  • Plug the unit in. You will hear a sound signal, and for 2 seconds all symbols will appear on the display. After that the symbol (34) «CLOCK» will start flashing, the symbol  (31) «AM» will appear, the digital symbols (32) will show the time «12:00». The separating dots (33) will be flashing. One segment « » of the coffee brewing strength symbol will glow constantly.

  • Current time digital symbols (32) «12:00» and the symbol (34) «CLOCK» will be flashing for 5 seconds, and you can set the current time.

  • Set the current time in «hours» by pressing the button (28) «HOURS». The time format is 12 hours.
    The symbols (31) show the current time before noon «AM» and afternoon «PM».

  • Set the current time in «minutes» by pressing the button (27) «MINUTES». The digital symbols (32) will show the current time.

  • After setting the current time, the coffee maker will return to standby mode, while the display will show the current time (32), the symbol (31) «AM or PM» and the coffee brewing strength symbol « ».

MAKING COFFEE IN THE DRIP COFFEE MAKER

  • Open the lid (12) of the water tank (15) of the drip coffee maker and fill the tank with drinking water. Do not exceed the maximal water level mark! Close the lid (12).
  • Open the lid (11) and install the reusable filter (13) in the filter holder (14). The drip coffee maker is intended for making 10 cups of coffee. For this, you’ll need about 60 g  of ground coffee.
  • Measure the required amount of ground coffee and put it into the filter (13). 6 grams of ground coffee per coffee cup is required on average; adjust the quantity according to your taste.
  • Make sure that the filter holder (14) is installed properly, otherwise, the lid (11) will not close.
  • Close the lid (11).
  • Place the flask (18) on the tray (20), and make sure that the center of the flask (18) lid matches the anti-drip valve.
  • Plug the unit in. You will hear a sound signal, and for 2 seconds all symbols will appear on the display. After that the symbol (34) «CLOCK» will start flashing, the symbol  (31) «AM» will appear, and the digital symbols (32) will show the time «12:00». The separating dots (33) will be flashing. One segment « » of the coffee brewing strength symbol will glow constantly. If necessary, you can set the current time (see the chapter «CURRENT TIME SETTING»).
  • To switch the coffee maker on, press the button (30) «COFFEE ON/OFF», the button (30) will light up, the coffee maker will be switched on and the ready coffee will flow into the flask (18).

ATTENTION! Water passes through ground coffee under steam pressure, so do not bend over the coffee maker, do not open the lid (11), and do not remove the filter (13) or the filter holder (14).
Note: – during the coffee maker operation only the button (30) «COFFEE ON/OFF» is active.

  • When coffee is ready, you will hear 3 sound signals, the coffee maker will switch to the keep warm mode, the symbol (41) «TIME SINCE BREW» will light up on the
    display and the display lighting will go out. The keep-warm time is 30 minutes.

Note: you can at any time remove the flask (18) and pour coffee, while the anti-drip filter will be on. Do not exceed the time the flask (18) is out for more than 30 seconds.

SETTING THE «INTENSITY» OF COFFEE BREWING

  • To set the «intensity» of brewing coffee, press and hold the button (29) «PROGRAMM» for 3 seconds, the display will show the current time with the symbols (31) «PM» or  «AM» and the symbol (38) «STRENGTH» will flash. Press the button «PROGRAMM» again to set the «intensity» of coffee brewing, the intensity will be shown by the symbols (39) « », « », « » and the symbol for «strong» coffee (49) « ». After you set the «intensity» of coffee brewing, the selected symbol will be continuously flashing for 5  seconds to confirm, and after that, the coffee maker will return to the standby mode.

SETTING THE AUTOMATIC SWITCH ON TIME FOR THE DRIP COFFEE MAKER

  • Plug the unit in and set the current time (see the chapter «CURRENT TIME SETTING»).

  • Make sure that the current time is set correctly.

  • To set the switch on time for the drip coffee maker, press the button (29) «PROGRAMM», the button (29) indicator will light up, the display will show the symbols
    (36) «PROGRAMM», the symbols (31) «AM», the digital symbols (32) will be flashing, the symbol (38) «STRENGTH» will glow constantly.

  • Set the current time in «hours» by pressing the button (28) «HOURS». The time format is 12 hours. The symbols (31) show the current time before noon «AM» and afternoon «PM».

  • Set the current time in «minutes» by pressing the button (27) «MINUTES». The digital symbols (32) will show the current time.

  • Confirm the set switching on time of the drip coffee maker by pressing the button (29) «PROGRAMM».

  • If you have not confirmed the set switching on time of the coffee maker by pressing the button (29) «PROGRAMM», the digital symbols (32) will be flashing for 5  seconds, and the coffee maker will return to the standby mode.

  • To cancel the switching on time of the drip coffee maker, press the button (29) «PROGRAMM». the button (29) indicator will go out, and the symbol (36) «PROGRAMM»  on the display will go out.
    Note: after the automatic switch-on of the drip coffee maker, you can press the button (23) «ON» to switch to the «espresso» or «cappuccino» coffee- making mode.

DRIP COFFEE MAKER DESCALING

  • After 300 dispensing cycles of drip coffee, the display will show the symbol (35) «CLEAN» and will flash, reminding you to clean the coffee maker. If at the moment it is  not possible to clean the coffee maker, you can continue to use the drip coffee maker.
  • Clean the coffee maker from scale regularly.
  • You can use a «home remedy for descaling» – a solution of citric acid in a ratio of 2 teaspoons to 1 liter of water.
  • Open the lid (12) and fill the water tank (15) with the descaling agent up to the maximal level.
  • Make sure that the filter holder (14) and the filter (13) are installed to their places and there is no ground coffee in the filter (13).
  • Put the flask (18) on the tray (20).
  • Insert the power plug into the main socket.
  • Simultaneously press and hold the buttons (27) «MINUTES» and (28) «HOURS» for 3 seconds, and you will hear a sound signal.
  • Then press the button (30) «COFFEE ON/OFF», the indicator of the button (30) will light up, and the coffee maker will switch on and will continue to work until the water tank (15) becomes empty. After that, you will hear a sound signal. After the cleaning mode operation has finished, the coffee maker will return to standby mode.
  • Pour the descaling agent out from the flask (18).
  • After descaling, wash the coffee maker thoroughly. To do this, pour pure water into the tank (15) and switch the unit on without adding ground coffee to the filter (13).
  • Repeat the washing cycle several times.

Notes:

  • if necessary, you can switch the cleaning mode on without waiting for 300 cycles of making drip coffee. Prepare a cleaning solution and pour it into the water tank (15),  simultaneously press the buttons (27) «MINUTES» and (28) «HOURS» for 3 seconds, you will hear a sound signal and the display will show the cleaning symbol (35)  «CLEAN», then press the button (30) «COFFEE ON / OFF».
  • to remove the scale you can use descaling agents for coffee machines, strictly following the instructions on their usage.

ESPRESSO COFFEE MAKER
ATTENTION! Before making coffee for the first time, it is recommended to wash the boiler, the filter holder (4), the cappuccino tip (5), the cappuccino pipe (6), the coffee filters (21) and the measuring spoon (22).

  • Make sure that the steam supply is closed. To do this turn the knob (7) clockwise until bumping.

  • Open the lid (10) of the water tank (9) and fill tank (9) with cold water up to the maximal level.

  • Insert one of the coffee filters (21) into the holder (4), do not add ground coffee into the filter (21).

  • Install the filter holder (4) into the coffee maker. The filter holder (4) ledges should match the grooves on the boiler. After that turn, the filter holder (4) handle (3) to the right until bumping.

  • Place the cup on the tray grid (2).

  • Plug the unit in. You will hear a sound signal, and for 2 seconds all symbols will appear on the display. After that the symbol (34) «CLOCK» will start flashing, the symbol  (31) «AM» will appear, and the digital symbols (32) will show the time «12:00». The separating dots (33) will be flashing. One segment « » of the coffee brewing strength symbol will glow constantly.
    If necessary, you can set the current time (see the chapter «CURRENT TIME SETTING»).

  • To switch the espresso coffee maker on, press the button (23) «ON», the button (23) «ON» and (24) «STEAM PREHEAT» indicators will glow constantly, and the button  (25) « » and (26) « » indicators will be flashing.

  • After preheating the button (25) « » and (26) « » indicators will glow constantly.

  • Press the button (26) « », the button (26) « » lighting will light up and start flashing, and the water will be poured into the cup. Depending on the capacity of the cup, press the button (26) « « several times.

  • Switch the coffee maker off by pressing the button (23) «ON», remove the full cup from the tray (2) grid, and pour the water out. The coffee maker is ready for operation.

  • Always switch the coffee maker off and unplug it when you don’t use it.

MAKING ESPRESSO
How to make good espresso

  • Use ground coffee for espresso coffee makers.

  • Slightly tamp the ground coffee in the filter (21), you can do it with the back side of the measuring spoon (22).

  • Coffee strength depends on the quality and grinding degree of coffee beans. If coffee is pouring out too long, this means the coffee powder is too fine or it is tamped too strongly.

  • Make sure that the steam supply is closed. To do this turn the knob (7) clockwise until bumping.

  • Open the lid (10) of the water tank (9) and fill the tank (9) with cold water up to maximal level.

  • Insert one of the coffee filters (21) into the holder (4) and add ground coffee to the filter (21) with the measuring spoon (22). Slightly tamp the ground coffee with the back side of the measuring spoon (22).

  • To make one cup of espresso use the small filter (21) and press the button (25) « ». To make a double portion of the espresso use the big filter (21) and press the button (26) « ».

  • Install the filter holder (4) into the coffee maker. The filter holder (4) ledges should match the grooves on the boiler.
    After that turn the filter holder (4) handle (3) to the right until bumping.

  • Place the cup on the tray grid (2).

  • Plug the unit in. You will hear a sound signal, and for 2 seconds all symbols will appear on the display. After that the symbol (34) «CLOCK» will start flashing, the symbol  (31) «AM» will appear, the digital symbols (32) will show the time «12:00». The separating dots (33) will be flashing. One segment « » of the coffee brewing strength symbol will glow constantly.
    If necessary, you can set the current time (see the chapter «CURRENT TIME SETTING»).

  • To switch the espresso coffee maker on, press the button (23) «ON», the button (23) «ON» and (24) «STEAM PREHEAT» indicators will glow constantly, and the button  (25) « » and (26) « » indicators will be flashing.

  • After preheating the button (25) « » and (26) « » indicators will glow constantly.

Notes:

  • If you need to promptly remove the filter holder (4), you have to reduce the pressure in the boiler, switch the coffee maker off by pressing the on/off button (23) «ON»,  place a suitable cup under the tip (5) and slightly open the steam supply by turning the knob (7) « » counterclockwise. After the pressure in the boiler is released, you can remove the filter holder (4).
  • successive making of coffee should be performed with an at least 3-5 min intervals.
  • during the operation of the espresso coffee maker, you can also use the drip coffee maker.

ESPRESSO PORTION SETTING

  • Install the small filter (21) and add ground coffee to it. When making the espresso, press and hold the button (25) « », the one cup button (25) « » indicator will be flashing. When the desired amount of espresso is dispensed, release the button (7). The maximal amount of coffee for one cup is about 90 ml.
  • During making the next cup of espresso, the preset amount of ready coffee will be poured into the cup.
  • Install the big filter (21) and add ground coffee to it. When making the espresso, press and hold the button (26) « », the two cups button (26) « » indicator will be flashing.  When the desired amount of espresso is dispensed, release the button (7). The maximal amount of double portion of coffee is about 130 ml.
  • During making the next cup of espresso, the preset amount of ready coffee will be poured into the cup.

RETURN TO THE FACTORY SETTINGS

  • To return to the factory settings, switch the coffee maker on, and wait until all button (23, 24, 25, 26) indicators glow constantly.
  • Simultaneously press the buttons (25) « » and (26) « », the buttons (23) «ON», (25) « » and (26) « will be flashing. After that, the buttons (23, 24, 25, 26) indication will glow constantly.
  • The coffee maker is ready for operation with the factory settings.

MAKING CAPPUCCINO
ATTENTION! Be careful to avoid burns by the released hot steam.

SELECTING MILK OR CREAM
– Milk for making foam must be fresh and without additives.
– Take usual whole milk with fat status from 4% to 6%, cream fat status should be not less than 10%.

  • Make sure that the steam supply is closed. To do this turn the knob (7) clockwise until bumping.

  • Make espresso as described in the previous chapter.

  • Press the button (24) «STEAM PREHEAT», and wait until the button (24) indicator glows constantly. Place any suitable bowl under the tip (5) for water. Carefully turn the steam supply knob (7) counterclockwise for a quarter of a turn to remove the condensed fluid from the cappuccinator pipe (6).

  • After removing the condensed fluid close the steam supply by turning the knob (7) clockwise until bumping.
    Note: some water or steam may appear from the filter holder (4), it is normal.

  • Pour cold milk or cream into a tall narrow container.

  • Put the tip of the cappuccinator pipe (5) into the container with cold milk or cream, and carefully turn the steam supply control knob (7) « » counterclockwise for a quarter of a turn or more. The tip (5) should not touch the bottom of the container, as this can hinder the steam release; you can make thick-frothed milk in several seconds.
    Note: to avoid splashing milk always immerse the tip (5) deeper than 1 cm from the milk surface.

  • The outgoing steam creates whirls that froth milk; from time to time lift and lower the bowl with milk against the tip (7) to make the milk foam.

  • Making milk foam is an art. You may not make it at the first try, don’t worry and experiment until you achieve good results.

  • When you froth milk, you can remove the tip (5) and try frothing milk directly with the steam from the cappuccinator pipe (6).

  • Close the steam supply by turning the knob (7) clockwise until bumping.

  • Switch the steam supply off by pressing the steam supply button (24) «STEAM PREHEAT» again.

  • Add frothed milk to the ready espresso, and the cappuccino is ready. You can decorate the milk foam with confectionery sugar and cocoa powder.

  • Right after making frothed milk clean the tip (5) – to do this, put the tip (5) into a glass of water, switch the steam supply on by pressing the button (24) «STEAM PREHEAT» and turn the steam supply knob (7) counterclockwise to release some steam. After that close the steam supply by turning the knob (7) clockwise until bumping and switch the steam supply off by pressing the steam supply button (24) «STEAM PREHEAT».

  • Switch the coffee maker off by pressing the button (23) «ON».

  • Wait until the coffee maker cools down and remove the tip (5) from the cappuccinator pipe (6), wipe the cappuccinator pipe (46) with a soft damp cloth and wash
    the tip (5) under a water jet.

Notes:

  • if you want to make espresso right after making cappuccino, you need to reduce the water temperature in the boiler;
  • place an empty cup on the grid (2). If the filter holder (4) and the filter (21) are not installed, install the filter holder (4) into the coffee maker, do not add ground coffee in  the filter (21);
  • install the filter holder (4) in the coffee maker, the filter holder (4) ledges should match the grooves on the boiler. After that turn the filter holder (4) handle (3) to the right  until bumping;
  • switch the water supply on by pressing the button (26) « », if necessary, press the button (26) « » again. The coffee maker is ready to make espresso.
  • to reduce the temperature of the water in the coffee maker boiler, after making the cappuccino you can pause for 5-10 minutes, which is necessary to cool the water in the coffee maker boiler.

WARMING THE DRINKS

  • You can warm up ready drinks by putting the cappuccinator pipe (6) without the tip (5) into the cup with the drink.
  • If the filter holder (4) and the filter (21) are not installed, install the filter holder into the coffee maker. Do not add ground coffee in the filter (21).
  • Install the filter holder (4) into the coffee maker, the ledges of the filter holder (4) should match the grooves on the boiler. Then turn the filter holder (4) handle (3) to the  right until bumping.
  • Press the button (24) «STEAM PREHEAT», and wait until the button (24) indicator glows constantly.
  • Put the cappuccinator pipe (6) without the tip (7) into the cup with the drink you want to warm up, and carefully turn the steam supply control knob (7) counterclockwise.
  • Close the steam supply by turning the knob (7) clockwise until bumping.
  • Switch the steam supply off by pressing the steam supply button (24) «STEAM PREHEAT» again.
  • Switch the coffee maker off by pressing the button (23) «ON».
    Note: some water or steam may appear from the filter holder (4), it is normal.

DESCALING THE ESPRESSO COFFEE MAKER

For effective operation of the coffee maker, we recommend removing the scale every 2-3 months and when using «hard» water more often.

  1. Make sure that the steam supply is closed. To do this turn the knob (7) clockwise until bumping.
  2. Make citric acid solution: 2 teaspoons and 1 l of water, open the lid (10), and pour this solution into the water tank (9).
  3. Install one of the coffee filters (21) into the holder (4), do not add ground coffee to the filter (21).
  4. Install the filter holder (4) into the coffee maker, the ledges of the filter holder (4) should match the grooves on the boiler. Then turn the filter holder (4) handle (3) to the right until bumping.
  5. Place a suitable cup on the grid (2).
  6. Insert the power plug into the main socket.
  7. To switch the espresso coffee maker on, press the button (23) «ON», the button (23) «ON» and (24) «STEAM PREHEAT» indicators will glow constantly, and the button  (25) « » and (26) « » indicators will be flashing. After preheating the button (25) « » and (26) « » indicators will glow constantly.
  8.  Switch the water supply on by pressing the button (26) « ». Wait until the cleaning solution starts pouring from the filter holder (4) and press the button the maximal steam release position. Release the steam for approximately 1 minute, then close the steam supply by turning the knob (7) « » clockwise until bumping.
  9. Switch the coffee maker off by pressing the button (23) «ON». Wait for 10-15 minutes.
  10. Switch the coffee maker on by pressing the button (23) «ON», the button (23) «ON» and (24) «STEAM PREHEAT» indicators will glow constantly, and the button (25) « »  and (26) « » indicators will be flashing. After preheating the button (25) « » and (26) « indicators will glow constantly.
  11. Repeat the cleaning procedure for the steam release channels described in paragraph 10.
  12. Perform steps 8 and 9 with small intervals until the water tank (9) becomes empty.
  13. Switch the coffee maker off by pressing the button (23) «ON».
  14. Fill the tank (9) with clear water up to the maximal mark, and repeat steps 8, and 9 not less than 3 times without the 10-15 minute break.
  15. Clean the steam release channels from the cleaning solution, paragraph 10.
  16. Switch the coffee maker off by pressing the button (23) «ON».

Note: to remove the scale you can use descaling agents for coffee machines, strictly following the instructions on their usage.

CLEANING THE COFFEE MAKER

  • Switch the coffee maker off and wait until it cools down completely.
  • If there is some ground coffee remaining in the filter (21) openings, clean the filters (21) with a small brush.
  • Drops of ready coffee may leak from the anti-drip valve of the drip coffee maker and fall onto the warming tray (20) of the flask (18). To avoid drops getting on the tray (20) during coffee making, do not remove the flask (18) from the tray for a long time.
  • If some coffee drips on the tray (20), wipe it with a paper towel or a dry cloth.
  • After you finish using the drip coffee maker, wipe the tray (20) with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasives to clean the tray (20).
  • Clean the coffee maker body (17) with a soft, slightly damp cloth, and then wipe the body (17) dry. Do not use abrasives and solvents for cleaning the coffee maker.
  • Do not immerse the coffee maker body (17), the power cord, and the power plug into water or any other liquids.
  • Wash the removable parts of the coffee maker with warm water and neutral detergent, then rinse them and dry them.

Drip tray

  • A red pop-up indicator (1) in grid (2) will show when the tray is full.
  • Remove grid (2) from the tray, remove the tray and pour out the water, install the tray back to its place, and put grid (2) on the tray.
  • If necessary, wash the tray and the grid (2) with water and soft detergent, rinse and dry.

STORAGE

  • Before taking the coffee maker away for long storage, unplug it and let the unit cool down.
  • Clean the coffee maker body and tray, and perform descaling.
  • Pack the coffee maker in the original package.
  • Use and store the coffee maker at a temperature above 0 °C.
  • Keep the coffee maker in a dry cool place out of reach of children and disabled persons.
