OVERVIEW
This interfaces board is used for the connection between C62, C76, C82 or M16D and the Leadshine ES-DH AC SERVO DRIVE.
FEATURES
- HDM44D Connector for Connecting Driver.
- RJ45 Connector for Axis.
- Select Jumper for Hardware Enable or Software Enable.
- Select Jumper for signals Differentials
BOARD DESCRIPTION
JUMPER TO SELECT THE ENABLE
Use Software Enable to keep the driver active only while the system is active.
SOFT ENABLE
Use Hardware Enable to keep the driver enabled all the time.
HARD ENABLE
JUMPER TO SELECT THE DIFFERENTIAL INPUT
If working the inputs of STEP and DIR as differentials signals, you have to use the board C74, set jumper as shown in the image.

If not use the differential signal for STEP & DIR, set jumper as shown in the image

- Try initially wiring just one axis, and connect and configure the other axes once you have one connected as expected.
- It is possible that active High/Low for the Fault and Enable signals (PA_15 and PA_16) on the servo may need to be inverted. Check page 14 of the manual: https://www.cnc4pc.com/pub/media/productattachments/files/KL-110-80HHardware-Manual.pdf

Note:
- Servo ENABLE and Alarm signals are related to the RJ45 pin 5 of the C34ES-DH board, but they are not connected directly to this pin.
