- WARNING! Ensure Health & Safety, local authority and general workshop practice regulations are adhered to when using this equipment.
- This tool is to be used for wheel arch collision repair or to increase wheel arch clearance. DO NOT use it for any other purpose it is not designed to perform.
- Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the work area.
- Remove loose clothing. Remove ties, watches, rings and other loose jewellery and contain long hair.
- Always wear approved safety goggles when operating this tool.
- Keep proper balance and footing, DO NOT overreach and wear non slip shoes.
- Only use this tool on a surface that is stable level and smooth, which is capable of withstanding the load. Keep the work area clean and tidy, free from unrelated materials and ensure there is adequate lighting.
- Inspect tool before each use. DO NOT use if bent, broken or cracked or otherwise damaged.
- DO NOT operate this tool when tired or under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any intoxicating medication.
- DO NOT allow untrained persons to operate this tool and DO NOT make any modifications to the tool.
- DO NOT expose to rain or snow.
- Use a qualified person to maintain the tool in good condition. Keep it clean for best and safest performance.
- If the tool needs repairing and/or if there are any parts that need replacing, have it repaired by authorised technicians and use only replacement parts supplied by the manufacturer.

INTRODUCTION
Reshaping tool designed for repairing wheel arch collision damage or for increasing tire to wing clearance by flaring wheel arches. Fully adjustable telescopic arm that allows 180-degree wheel swivel. Elongated holes on the hub adaptor plate suitable for vehicles with various four & five stud/bolt patterns. Bolts directly to the hub assembly. Attached hitch pin allows for change in angle.
OPERATION

Place vehicle on a lift or jack up and support weight of the car safely with adequately rated supports.

Remove wheel arch liner.

Clean all areas where the tool will touch the bodywork.

Fit tool to wheel fixings. If vehicle has tapered nuts/bolts use tapered fixings supplied. Check fixings are tight.

Sweep tool across working area to test access.
Note: If inner wheel arch is bonded to outer wheel arch it will be more difficult to reshape. -
Adjust tool to wheel arch. Move tool back and forth whilst winding in the t bar, which pushes the tool against the panel.

WHEEL ARCH LIP RESHAPING

Heat area to be reshaped in order to prevent paint cracking.

Use tool to push wheel arch lip whilst maintaining heat in panel and lip.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids according to local regulations.
