BEFORE USING YOUR APPLIANCE FOR THE FIRST TIME
Carefully read this Instruction Manu- al to achieve the best results from your oven.
Due to the manufacturing process there may be residues of grease and other substances. To eliminate these, proceed as follows:
- Remove all the packaging material, including the protective plastic, if included.
- Select the or , function at 200oC for one hour. To do so, consult the feature list provided with this manual.
- To cool the oven open the door to allow ventilation and odours to escape from inside.
- After cooling, clean the oven and the accessories.
- During the first use, fumes and odours may occur and the kitchen should therefore be well ventilated.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Electrical Safety
Do not allow children to approach the oven while it is in use, as high temperatures can be reached.
- During the catalytic self-cleaning process, which is carried out at a high temperature, the outer surfaces may be- come hotter than normal and children should be kept away from the oven.
- Most models have a door temperature of below 60°C. If your oven has a higher temperature, you can obtain a special door from the Technical Service. Department that will stabilize the door temperature. Refer to the features list.
Oven Safety in Use
The manufacturer will not be held responsible if this oven is used for anything other than domestic purposes.
- Only use the oven when it is in- stalled within kitchen units.\
- Do not store oils, fats or inflammable materials inside the oven, as it could be dangerous if the oven is switched on.
- Do not lean or sit on the open door of the oven as it could damage the door and be dangerous for you.
- Do not cover the bottom of the oven with aluminum foil, as it could affect cooking and damage the interior enamelling of the oven.
- To use the oven, insert the tray or rack supplied onto the side guides inside the oven. The trays and racks are fitted with a system to facilitate partial extraction and make handling easier.
- Do not put containers or food on the floor of the oven. Always use the trays and grids.
- Do not spill water on the floor of the oven while it is working as this could damage the enamel.
- While using the oven, open the door as little as possible to reduce elec- tricity consumption.
- Use protective gloves if you need to work inside the hot oven.
- To cool the oven, open the door to allow ventilation and odors to escape from insides.
- In recipes with a high liquid con- tent, it is normal for condensation to form on the oven door.
WARNING :
Device and its accessible parts are hot during operation. Touching the heating
elements should be avoided. Children under 8 years of age should be kept away,
if they cannot be monitored continuously. This device can be used by children
over 8 years of age, people with physical, hearing or mental challenges or
people with lack of experience or knowledge; as long as control is ensured or
information is provided regarding the dangers. Children should not tamper with
the device. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be carried out by
children without supervision. The device is hot during use. Touching the
heating elements inside the oven should be avoided.
WARNING
The accessible parts may be hot during use. Small children should be kept
away. Hard and abrasive cleaners or hard metal scrapers should not be used to
clean the oven glass door, as these can scratch the surface and cause
breaking. It should contain the details on correct placement of the trays.

TIMER
- Press the «MODE» button un- til the indicator above the symbol Cll1MBoJ1oM
- Use the «+» and «-» buttons to set the time when you want the signal to sound.
- A light signal will remind you that the «sound signal» function has been programmed.
- When the programmed time is reached, a signal sounds and the light starts flashing.
- Press any button to deactivate the sound signal. The current time is then displayed.
Programming the cooking time
- Press the «MODE» button until the indicator above the symbol begins to flash.
- Set the cooking time using the «+» and «-» buttons.
- The indicator, which was pre- viously flashing, will light up steadily, indicating that the oven will switch off
- The current time is then dis- played on the electronic clock.
- Set the program and temperature switches to the positions you re.
- After the set time has elapsed, the oven switches off automatically.
After that, a signal will sound and the light starts flashing.
Programming the cooking end time
- Press the «MODE» button until the indicator above the symbol begins to
- Use the «+» and «-» buttons to set the exact cooking end time.
- The indicator, which was pre- viously flashing, will light up steadily, indicating that the oven will switch off

You can activate this function even if you have already started cooking food in the oven. To do this, follow all the reccommendations above except point 5.
Programming the cooking time and automatic switch-off
- Press the «MODE» button until the indicator above the symbol be- gins to flash.
- Set the cooking time using the «+» and «-» buttons.
- The indicator, which was previ- ously flashing, will light up steadily.
- Press the «MODE» button until the indicator above the symbol be- gins to flash.
- Use the + and – buttons to set the time by which you would like the oven to switch off.
- The indicator, which was previ- ously flashing, will light up steadily.
- Set the program and tempera- ture switches to the positions you re- quire.
- The oven will remain switched off. The indicators above the symbols and show that the oven has been programmed.
- Based on the data entered, the oven switches on automatically and runs for the programmed time.
- After the set cooking end time has passed, the oven switches off auto
- After that, a signal will sound and the light above the symbol starts flashing.
- Press any button to deactivate the sound signal. The oven will then switch on.
- To switch the oven off, set the program and temperature switches to position (programmer zero position).
Caution
By pressing the «MODE» button, you can see on the display which timer
function is programmed. You can make changes with the «+» and «-» buttons.
When the desired timer function is selected, the corresponding indicator
lights up. In the event of a sudden power failure, the previously programmed
functions and the electronic clock will be reset. After the power supply has
been restored, set the current time on the clock and re-program the desired
function.
Switching off the clock backlight
To switch off the clock backlight, press the two buttons at the same time and after a few seconds the backlight turns off. Press any button to switch the backlight on afterwards. This function can only be used if the clock shows the current time and the oven has not been programmed with a function (no symbols are shown on the display).
CHILD LOCK ACTIVATION DEACTIVATION:
When any adjustment mode is not active, press and hold button 3 about 3 seconds, to activate deactivate the child lock. appears disappears on the display during the button pressed. When the key lock is activated, after an automatic cooking program was activated the buttons get locked. Pressing the buttons will have no effect; will be shown on the display during any button pressed. This is to prevent your child interrupting or disturbing a cooking program which is in progress. When the child lock is activated as no automatic cooking program (auto) is in progress, again the buttons are locked but in addition, the oven gets inoperative (Oven cannot be used manual). This is to prevent your child to activate the oven accidentally. If cooking program (auto) is set, only buttons are locked. Notice! : In case of main power loss for a short time (about 45 seconds), timer maintains its status. Child lock status is memorized independent of the power loss duration.
ATTENTION When using the «Gril, aMaxi Grill» on Maxi Grill with Fan» modes, the oven door must be closed
OVENS WITH 8 COOKING MODES
- Regular heating Is used for making cakes, biscuits and other bakery.
- Regular heating with fan used to make a roast and cakes. The fan spreads the heating evenly inside the oven.
- Grill and base heating Base heating allows quickly finish the cooking, as well as grill guarantees crispy crust. It is perfect for making a roast or can be used for oven preheating to needed temperature
- Maxi-grill All the grill heating elements are used. High power capacity reduces the time of co0oking.
- Maxi-grill with fan Allows to roast evenly big pieces of meat from within and at the same time with crispy crust. If you put a grill grid on a baking tray and then a piece of meat on the grill grid – meat grease and juice will be going to the baking tray.
- Base Base heating Heating is only by the lower heating element. This mode can be used for different dishes as well as bakery.
- Grill s used for cooking with crispy crust. It is perfect for steaks, fish, rib roast or toasts. While using one of the oven cooking modes the indicator light will be on.
- ToP Top heating with fan Top heating with fan is used to heat all kinds of food. The fan spreads the heating evenly. It is also ECO function.
COOKING TABLES
The Cooking Tables show examples of temperature ranges and approximate cooking times. The cooking mode depends on the model For the best results we recommend the oven to be preheated with the function or The preheating time finishes when the heating pilot light switches off.
ACCESSORIES (MODEL BASED)
- Chrome iray Supports Oven is equipped with chrome tray supports for inserting the accessories in four different level (Picture-1). For removing chrome tray supports, press down on the demonstration section with “E” and pull from their upport holes (Picture-2).
- Standard Grid It is used for grilling food (example: roasted meat, fishes, chicken, beef) (Picture-3). Security point is located at middleside of standard grid. This accessory can be also placed to the support on the bottom of the cavity without using chrome tray supports to use big content or to dry food (Picture-4).,
- Multicook Tray It is used for cooking meal,cake, biscuits. This accessory can be also placed to the support on the bottom of the cavity and this application will let you regain food juice of baking while standard grid is using.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before carrying out any work, the appliance must be disconnected from the mains electricity supply. Cleaning the Inside of the Oven.

The inside of the oven should be cleaned to remove food and grease deposits, which can give off smoke or odours and cause stains to appear. With the oven cold and for enamelled surfaces (e.g. the floor of the oven) use a nylon brushe or sponge with warm soapy water. If using special Oven cleaning products, use only on enamelled surfaces and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
Caution -
Do not clean the inside of your oven with a steam or pressurised water jet. Do not use either metallic scouring pads or any material that could scratch the enamel

Most models have a catalytic cleaning system (self-cleaning). This system eliminates small grease residues during cooking at high temperatures
-
If grease residues remain after cooking, these can be eliminated by operating the oven empty at 200°C for one hour.
Use of the Fold-down Grill (Depending on Model) To clean the upper part of the oven,
- Wait until the oven is cold.
- Turn the screw (A) and lower the grill element as far as possible.
- Clean the upper part of the oven and return the grill element to its original position.
Cleaning the Catalytic Panels Depending on Model If any food deposits remain after normal cleaning then:
- Remove the panels and leave them to soak as long as necessary to soften the food deposits.
- Wipe the panels with a sponge and clean water.
- Dry the panels and re-assemble them in the oven.
- Turn the oven on for one hour at 200°C.
Caution Do not use commercial cleaning products or abrasive powders on catalytic panels.
Instructions for Removing the Supports and Panels.
- Remove the accessories from in- side the oven.
- Ease out the supports (B), releas- ing them from the bolt (C)
- Undo the bolt (C), which releases the flat catalytic panels. (depending on model)
- To disassemble the back panel, remove the Flat screw (D).
- Proceed in reverse order to reassemble.
Caution For your own safety, never switch the oven on without the back panel that protects the fan.
Cleaning the Oven Exterior and Accessories
Clean the outside of the oven and the accessories with warm soapy water or with a mild detergent.
Caution Never use metallic scouring pads or commercial or scouring powders that could scratch the enamel. For stainless steel surfaces, proceed with care and only use sponges or cloths that cannot scratch them. To clean the outside of the oven do not attempt to remove the controls, as for this, the oven has to be first removed from the kitchen unit.
Changing the Oven Bulb
Caution
- To change the bulb, first ensure that the oven is disconnected from the power supply.
- Unscrew the lens from the lamp holder.
- Exchange the bulb and replace the len. The replacement bulb must be temperature resistant to 300°C. These can be ordered from the Technical Service Department.
Cleaning the Oven Door
Depending on the oven model, you can remove the door to simplify its cleaning. To do so:
- Open the door fully.
- Completely turn the two clips or insert small pins into the holes (E)
- Close the door until it inserts into the two clips.
- Take hold of the door on both sides. Pull the oven door forward until it is totally free from the hinges (E).
- To re-assemble the door, proceed in reverse order.
- For hinges with clips; Open the clips as wide as possible by means of a screwdriver, when the oven is open. Hold the clips aside in your hand and remove the hinges (F) from their seats, as the mechanism is opened partially.
Cleaning of the door including a big glass The Inner Glass Disassembly/ Assembly Instructions

Open the oven door.
-
Pull the glass, holding the lower part (A).
-
The inner glass is free. Remove it.
Caution Please be careful the oven door is closed when the glass is removed. -
Clean the inner glass and the oven door from the inside.

Insert the glass into the guideways on the top of the oven door. (B).
-
Turn the glass towards the door (C).
-
Press both of the inner holders (D) with two hands while pushing on the glass towards the door (E). Thus, the alass will again be fixed in the door.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
- The oven does not work Check the connection to the electrical circuit. Check the fuses and current limiter of your installation. Ensure the clock is in the manual or programmed mode. Check the position of the function and temperature selectors The inside light of the oven does not work Change the bulb. Check its assembly in accordance with the instruction manual.
- The heating indicator light does not work Select a temperature. Select a setting. It should only light up while the oven is heating up to its set working temperature.
- Smoke is given off while the oven is working This is normal during its first use. Periodically clean the oven. Reduce the amount of grease or oil added to the tray Do not use higher temperature settings than those in the cooking tables,
- Expected cooking results are not achieved Review the cooking tables to obtain guidance on the working of your oven.

Electric and gas Ovens
- Discoloration of product materials when using
- Minor technical smells coming from a new product during the initial operation period
- Surface darkening of enameled trays
TECHNICAL DRAWINGS
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
If the equipment does not work, please contact the Technical Service Department and advise them of the problem, indicating:
- Serial number (S-No)
- Appliance model. (Model) You will find this information on the rating plate on the lower part of the oven when the door is opened. The item that you have bought meets the European directives on electrical material safety (73/23/CEE) and electromagnetic (89/336/CEE).

INSTALLATION
This information is intended for the installer, as the person responsible for assembly and electrical connection.
If you install the oven yourself, the manufacturer will not be held responsible for any possible damage.
Before Installation. Comments
- To unpack the oven, pull the tab located on the lower part of the box and to move it, hold by the lateral handles and never by the oven door handle.
- A niche is required in the kitchen unit as per the dimensions shown on the figure, providing a minimum depth of 550 mm. (See technical drawings on the page 14).
- To fit multifunction ovens in their locations, the back part of the unit corresponding to the shaded area of technical drawings, must not have any projections (reinforcements, pipes, sockets, etc). (See the page 14).
- The adhesive used for the plastic covering of kitchen furniture must be able to withstand temperatures up to 85°C.
Electrical Connection. Legal Requirements The installer must check that:
- The voltage and cycles of the mains supply correspond to that indicated on the rating plate.
- The electrical installation can stand the maximum power indicated on the rating plate.
- The connection diagram is shown in the following figure.
- The electrical connection has adequate earthing in accordance with regulations in force
- The connection must be carried out with an omnipolar switch, of an adequate size for the current drawn.
- There must be a minimum aperture between contacts of 3 mm to enable disconnection in the case of emergency, cleaning or bulb exchange. Under no circumstances must the earth wire pass through this switch. After connecting the electricity check that all the electrical parts of the oven are working.
Installing the Oven
For all ovens and after carrying out the electrical connection,
- Introduce the oven into the kitchen unit, taking care not to trap the cable, and not to put it on the upper part of the oven.
- Fix the oven to the unit by means of the 4 screws supplied via the holes that can be seen when the door is opened.
- Check that the oven housing is not in contact with the sides of the unit and that there is at least2 mm separating the neighbouring units.
