Instructions

Thank you for purchasing the VIISAN product. The VS5 is a portable visualizer equipped with a high-resolution sensor, multi-jointed arm, autofocus, and rotate buttons features. This quick start guide briefly describes the the steps to start using this vistualizer. Federal Communications Commission Statement (Class B)

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. This equipment has been tested and found to compily with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. Getting Started

  1. Lift the camera arm to extend the visualizer.VIISAN-VS5-Portable-Visualizer-fig- \(3\)
  2. Press against the base plate of camera and pull it up then flip the camera head.VIISAN-VS5-Portable-Visualizer-fig- \(4\)
  3. Adjust the arm to change the height and position for capturing materials. Fully extend the camera arm to capture the maximum shooting area to 410 x 308mm.VIISAN-VS5-Portable-Visualizer-fig- \(5\)

Connection Settings

  1. Plug the supplied USB cable to the camera and connect another end into the comptuer’s USB port (Windows and Mac).
  2. Attach the cable fixtures to the camera arm to fix the USB cable.VIISAN-VS5-Portable-Visualizer-fig- \(6\)

Using the compatible software

The VS5 is a standard UVC camera, you can use it with a variety of software as long as they recognize the video source coming from a UVC camera. For example, you can use it with third-party video conferencing software like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet. However, to get the full functionality of this Portable Visualizer, we’d recommend using it with VIISAN VisualCam software and you can download this free software from VIISAN’s support center at the below link.VIISAN-VS5-Portable-Visualizer-fig-

Warranty Exclusions

  • The following circumstances excluded from warranty coverage
  • Product damage caused by catastrophes, thunder stroke, faulty electric power, and environmental factors.
  • Defacing of product labeling (label alterations and falsifying, serial number missing, serial number no longer discernible, serial number invalid). All serial numbers are recorded and tracked for warranty purposes. Unauthorized changes of non-parts, modifications or alterations, parts removal in or to the products.
  • Damage caused by operator error or operator fails to comply user manual instructions, such as, but not limited to improper storage resulting in the product get wet, corrosion, fell off, squeezed or exposed to inadequate temperature/humid environment.
    Accessories or packing material such as boxes, user manuals, etc.
