Product Usage Instructions
- Wi-Fi AP Mode Connection
- Switch the device to the Wi-Fi mode. The Wi-Fi LED indicator will emit a green flashing light.
- On your computer, open the wireless network list and select the network named [VZ4W_5G_xxxxxx]. Enter the default password (88889999) to establish the connection.
- Once the connection is successful, the Wi-Fi LED indicator will emit a solid green light.
- Launch the VisualCam software on your computer and select the connection mode as Direct Wi-Fi (AP Mode) Connection.
- Note: When connected in direct Wi-Fi AP mode, your internet connection will be disconnected.
- Wi-Fi Client (STA) Mode Connection
- Switch the device to the Wi-Fi mode. The Wi-Fi LED indicator will emit a blue flashing light.
- On your computer, open the wireless network list and select the network named [VZ4W_5G_xxxxxx]. Enter the default password (88889999) to establish the connection.
- Open a web browser and enter the default IP address (192.168.100.1) in the address bar.
- Enter the default login account (admin) and password (9999) and click Login.
- Once logged in to the web page, you can do a live preview and configure settings.
- To configure the STA mode, launch the VisualCam software and select the connection mode as WiFi STA (Client Mode) Connection.

- Resolution: Show or set the RTSP output resolution and fps
- Bit Rate (kbps): Show or set the RTSP bit rate (0 ~ 20000)
- Port Number: Set the RTSP port (0 ~ 10000)
- Audio Setting: Turn on/off RTSP audio
- RTSP URL: Show the current RTSP URL connection
- Save: Save and change the RTSP streaming settings
- Cancel: Cancel without saving
- Default: Restore to default settings

- The VZ4W is a 4K wireless document camera for use in digital teaching and distance learning.
- This quick start guide briefly describes the steps to start using this document camera.

Limited Warranty
This product provides a limited warranty that continues for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Warranty Exclusions
The following circumstances are excluded from warranty coverage:
- Product damage is caused by catastrophes, thunderstorms, faulty electric power, and environmental factors.
- Defacing of product labelling (label alterations and falsifying, serial number missing, serial number no longer discernible, serial number invalid). All serial numbers are recorded and tracked for warranty purposes.
- Unauthorized changes of non-parts, modifications or alterations, parts removal in or to the products.
- Damage caused by operator error or operator failure to comply with user manual instruction, such as, but not limited to improper storage resulting in the product getting wet, corrosion, fell off, squeezed or exposed to inadequate temperature/humid environment.
- Accessories or packing materials such as boxes, user manuals, etc.

- Start by lifting the camera head.
- Press against the base plate of the device.
- Place an object to be displayed under the camera.
- Press the power button to turn on the power.
- Adjust the arm to change the height and position for capturing your object.
Step 6. USB & HDMI Connections
USB Mode Connection
- Switch to the USB connection mode.
- Plug the supplied USB type-C cable into the P4W and connect another end to the computer’s USB port.
HDMI Mode Connection
- Switch to the HDMI connection mode.
- Plug the HDMI cable into the P4W device and connect another end into a protector. monitor or TV(HDTV).

Network Connection
- Switch to the Wi-Fi mode and the Wi-Fi LED indicator will emit Green light with flashing.
- Open the wireless network list on the computer.
- Select the [VZ4W_5G_xxxxxx] in the network list, and input the password for the connection (default: 88889999) to start the connection.
- When the connection is successful, the Wi-Fi LED indicator will emit a green light.
Log in to the web page
- Open the web browser, and enter the default IP [192.168.100.1] in the address bar.
- Enter the login account [admin] and default password [9999], and click Login.
- After logging to the web page, you can do the live preview and configure the settings on the web page.
Download Software
- VIISAN VZ4W is a standard UVC camera, you can use it with a variety of software as long as they recognizes the video source coming from a UVC camera.
- For example, you can use it with third-party video conferencing software like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.
- However, to get the full functionality of this 4K document camera, we’d recommend using it with VIISAN VisualCam software and you can download this free software from VIISAN’s website at the below link.

WiFi AP Mode Connection
- Switch to the Wi-Fi mode and the Wi-Fi LED indicator will emit green with flashing.
- Open the wireless network list on the computer then select the [VZ4W_5G_xxxxxx] in the network list and input the password for connection (default: 88889999) to start the connection.
- When the connection is successful, the Wi-Fi LED indicator will emit a green light.
- Launch VisualCam software and select the connection mode to “Direct Wi-Fi (AP Mode) Connection”.
- PS. When the direct Wi-Fi AP mode is connected, the Internet will be disconnected.
WiFi Client (STA) Mode Connection
- Switch to the Wi-Fi mode and the Wi-Fi LED indicator will emit blue light with flashing.
- Open the wireless network list on the computer then select the [VZ4W_5G_xxxxxx] in the network list and input the password for connection (default: 88889999) to start the connection.
- Open the web browser and enter the default IP [192.168.100.1] in the address bar.
- Enter the login account [admin] and default password [9999] and click Login.
- After logging into the web page, you can do the live preview and configure the settings on the web page. When the STA mode is configured. Launch VisualCam software and select the connection mode to “WiFi STA (Client Mode) Connection”.
