Tip:

  • When the HOLD button is in ON position, all functionality buttons are locked. When the HOLD button is in OFF position, CD Player can be used normally.
  • The screen will turn off after 30 seconds of inactivity as a screen saver function. Press any button to reactivate.
  • Please do not use discs with severe scratches, fingerprints, or dirt. It might cause failure to read and CD Player itself, or affect the service life of laser head.

    Press  to pause and resume

  3. :Previous track/Rewind
    Press one time to replay the current track
    Press  twice to find the previous
    Hold  to rewind

  4. : Next Track/Fast Forward
    Press  to find the next track
    Hold  to fast forward

  5. EQ Icon Sound effect mode
    Press EQ to switch sound effect mode
    EQ mode: BASS→ POP→ JAZZ→ ROCK→ CLASSIC

  6. : Play mode
    Press M to switch play mode  1| Single track play

Bluetooth Function Introduction

  • Before connecting with Bluetooth, please turn on the Bluetooth device that needs to be connected, and turn off other devices that do not need to be connected to avoid interferences;
  • In some cases some products may not be able to pair with this CD Player due to Bluetooth compatibility difference, please use the Audio Cable in the product accessories to connect. When a car stereo is not connecting, you can choose to use the FM transmitter to connect;
  • When connecting a Bluetooth device, please unplug the headset, Bluetooth and headset cannot output audio at the same time;
  • FM radio and Bluetooth cannot be used at the same time.

  2. When CD Player is on, hold to turn on Bluetooth;

  3. When is flickering, the devise is ready to connect;

  4. Turn on the Bluetooth speaker/headset to enter pairing mode.

  5. Once connected,  will stop flickering, The connection processmay take 20s~60s.

  7. When CD Player is on, hold to turn on Bluetooth;

  8. When  is flickering, the devise is ready to connect;

  9. Turn on car Bluetooth, find the devise“HOTT-CD” and match the connection automatically, Some car Bluetooth requires a PN code(which is initially 000000 and can be changed later);

  10. Once connected,  will stop flickering.

  11. Exit Bluetooth mode:

    • Hold until the icon disappear.

FM transmitter mode introduction

  • The FM mode is only suitable for cars with FM function;
  • CD Player supports 5 fixed frequency points:F87:5、F88:1、F89:1 F90:5、F95:5;
  • FM and Bluetooth cannot be used at the same time.

  2. When CD Player is on, hold FM Icon to turn on FM connection;

  3. Hold to switch frequency point: F87:5、F88:1、F89:1、F90:5、F95:5;

  4. Adjust the frequency of car tuner to the same frequency of the CD Player for connection; For example : adjust the frequency of both car equipment and CD Player to F90:5MHz and play music.

  5. Press to Pause/Play, press to replay the current track, press twice to find the previous track, Press to find the next track. (Only supports track switching or pause and play on the CD Player itself, not on receiving device.)

    Tune the CD player and car stereo to the same frequency, for the car stereo to receieve the input from the CD player.

    • When FM mode is on, hold to end FM connection mode.

HOLD (ON/ OFF): Lock button switch

  •   OFF: Unlock

Note: Before power on, you need to put the button to the “OFF” position.

Charging Instruction

Attention:

The power adaptor for the equipment :the voltage and power should be 5V- 1A by USB. An adaptor over 9V will damage the equipment.

  1. When is visible, the charge is low and a power source is needed for further use.
  2.  Adaptor with 5V – 1A is required. The USB provided works for charging. The light turns red when charging.

Common trouble shooting solutions

Failure in recognizing the discs

| Check if the CD is seriously scraped, scratched, or otherwise damaged| Change the disc
| Check if the format is compatible with the equipment| Change to a CD that is compatible with the equipment
Low volume| Check if the earphones are properly connected| Plug in earphones or change to otherearphones
| Check the volume level| Adjust if needed by pressing VOL+
Failure to charge| Check that the USB interface and USB cable are in good condition| Change to other USB cable
Failure in connection with Bluetooth| Check to ensure that all equipment is available for pairing| Both equipment need to be available for pairing

Caution

  • Do not put heavy objects on top of the CD Player and protect it from impact.
  • Do not place CD Player close to strong magnetic fields or electric fields.
  • Do not expose battery to flame or extreme heat.
  • Do not play at high volumes to protect hearing.
  • Do not expose the CD Player to excessive dust or sand, moisture, rain, or mechanical shock.
  • Do not use ethyl alcohol or benzene solvent to clean, instead, use slightly damp fabric.
  • Do not use headphones or car player when driving, cycling, or using any motorized vehicle.
  • Do not take apart, attempt repair or modify the equipment yourself. HOTT will not be responsible for damages resulting from these behaviors.
  • Do not improperly discard the package, battery and the electronic equipment.
