- Do not use this product and any headphone while riding a bicycle or motorcycle or driving a car, in order to avoid danger.
- Do not disassemble, repair or modify this product by yourself. If the CD player is damaged due to unauthorized operation, the consequences arising therefrom will be borne by users.
- Please classify and properly dispose of the discarded packages, batteries, used electronic parts, etc.
Startup Procedures
- Open the top cover.
- Put in a disc.
- Set the HOLD button to the UNHOLD position.
- Press and hold it for more than 3s.
- Connect the headphone.
- Adjust the volume.
Tips:
- Functional buttons will be unavailable when the HOLD button is set to the HOLD position and available when the HOLD button is set to the UNHOLD position.
- In case of no button operation in 30s after this product is turned on, the screen backlight will be automatically OFF. You can press any button to wake up the backlight.
- Do not apply any disc with serious scratches, fingerprints, and dirt on surfaces; otherwise, discs cannot be played, the CD playermay fail, or the service life of the laser head may be affected.
Button Operations
- Power-on/Power-off: Press and hold it for more than 3s to power on or off this product.
- Stop: In case of no operation in 30s after this button is pressed, the product will be automatically shut down.
- Pause/Play: In the playback status, press it once to pause and again to continue playback.
- Previous/FR: In the playback status, press it once to replay the current song or twice to play the previous song.Press and hold it to enable the FR mode.
- Next/FF: In the playback status, press it once to play the next song. Press and hold it to enable the FF mode.
- EQ sound: Press it to change as follows: (BASS) (POP) (JAZZ) (ROCK) (CLASS) (Reset).
- Playback: In the playback status, press it to change as follows: 1: single play loop; ALL: play all in a loop; RAND: random playback; INTRO: introscan.

Startup Procedures
Tips:
- Functional buttons will be unavailable when the HOLD button is set to the HOLD position, and available when the HOLD button is set to the UNHOLD position.

Button Operations
In the playback status, press it once to set the starting point to A and again to set the starting point to B for repetition between A and B. Press it again to exit the repeat mode. (Note: Shockproof by default, 40s for CD, 120s for MP3)
Bluetooth Use
- Before connecting the Bluetooth, please turn on the Bluetooth device to be connected and turn off other devices, in order to avoid interference.
- Considering differences in Bluetooth protocol compatibility, some Bluetooth devices may not be able to be paired with the CD player. In this case, connect a Bluetooth device with the supplied audio cable, or via the FM transmission mode in a car.
- Unplug the headphone before connecting a Bluetooth device. This product does not support the simultaneous audio output of the Bluetooth and headphone.
- Bluetooth and FM transmission modes cannot be used at the same time.

Bluetooth sound/headphone connection:

In the playback status, press and hold to enable Bluetooth connection.

“Pairing” will appear in the screen, indicating Bluetooth search (search time: about 20s).

The Bluetooth list will appear after searching. Press to select a Bluetooth device to be connected.
Then, press to connect it. After the Bluetooth device is connected successfully, the product will automatically return to the main interface for music playback. -
To connect a second Bluetooth device, press to enable the Bluetooth list. Search and connect a Bluetooth device manually, and press for search.
- Car Bluetooth connection:
- In the playback status, press and hold to enable Bluetooth connection.
- The Bluetooth icon flashes , indicating the Bluetooth search status.
- Enable the car Bluetooth, and search the Bluetooth name “HOTT-CD” for pairing and connection. A PIN code (000000 by default) is required for some car Bluetooth devices.
- After the Bluetooth device is connected successfully, the Bluetooth icon will no longer flash.
- Bluetooth disabling:
Press and hold in the Bluetooth connection status “Bluetooth Off” will appear on the screen, indicating that the Bluetooth device is disconnected.
Use of FM Transmission Mode
- The FM transmission mode of the CD player is only applicable to cars with a FM mode.
- The CD player supports 5 fixed frequencies:F87:5, F88:1, F89:1, F90:5, F95:5;
- Bother FM transmission and Bluetooth modes cannot be used at the same time.
- FM transmission connection to car FM receiver:
- In the playback status, press and hold FM to enable the FM transmission mode.
- Press FM to change the transmission frequency: F87:5, F88:1, F89:1, F90:5, F95:5;
Set the two frequencies to the same value so that the FM receiver will play songs in the CD player
3. Adjust the reception frequency of the onboard FM receiver to be the same as the transmission frequency of the CD player to connect them.
Example: Adjust the frequencies of the CD player and onboard FM receiver to F90:5MHz. Then, the onboard FM receiver will receive songs from the CD players.
4. Press to pause and continue playback. Press once to jump to the beginning of the current song. Press twice to play the previous song. Press once to play next song (only support the song change and pause of the CD player).
- Disabling of FM transmission mode:
In the FM transmission mode, press and hold . “FM OFF” will appear on the screen, and the FM transmission mode will be disabled.
Back Buttons
HOLD: Lock/Unlock the ON/OFF status (turn it to the UNHOLD position before turning on this product) -HOLD:Lock -UNHOLD:Unlock VOL-/ VOL+: Volume control button, used to adjust the volume in the playback status. PHONES: Headphone port. USB 5V: Power input. RESET: RESET/OFF (press it with a needle to shut down the product in case of any abnormality)
Instructions for Charging
Caution:
The power adapter supports the USB 5V1A power supply. If the voltage is higher
than 5V, the chip in this product will be burnt, resulting in failure of this
product.
- When the low battery icon appears on the screen, please charge the CD player as soon as possible.;
- It is recommended to use a 5V 1A adapter and the supplied USB cable to charge the CD player. The charging indicator will be normally ON in red in the charging process. After the product is fully charged (about 3-4h), this indicator will be normally ON in blue.
