Thank you for purchasing a Sealey product. Manufactured to a high standard, this product will, if used according to these instructions, and properly maintained, give you years of trouble free performance.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. NOTE THE SAFE OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS, WARNINGS & CAUTIONS. USE THE PRODUCT CORRECTLY AND WITH CARE FOR THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH IT IS INTENDED. SAFETY
WARNING! Before use, ensure that there is nothing attached to the front forks, the fairing, or the rear end of the motorcycle, that will foul the stand.
- DO NOT mount the stand on tarmacadam, as the surface may be unstable.
- DO NOT start the motorcycle when mounted on the stand.
- DO NOT sit on the motorcycle when mounted on the stand.
- DO NOT use the stand for a purpose it is not designed to perform.
- DO NOT operate the stand if it is damaged or parts are missing.
- DO NOT use the stand when you are tired or under the influence of alcohol, drugs or intoxicating medication.
- DO NOT allow untrained persons to operate the stand.
- DO NOT make any modifications to the stand.
- DO NOT operate the stand if parts are missing or damaged.
- Maintain the stand in a good clean condition for the best and safest performance.
- Locate the stand and motorcycle in a suitable area. Keep area clean, tidy and free from unrelated materials and ensure that there is adequate lighting. Also ensure that the floor/ground is level and strong enough (preferably concrete) to take the weight of the stand and the motorcycle.
- Maintain correct balance and footing whilst positioning the motorcycle on the stand, DO NOT over reach.
- Ensure that the floor is not slippery, wear non-slip footwear.
- Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the work area.
- Before loading or removing a motorcycle to/from the stand, ensure that there are no obstructions or persons around the motorcycle.
- Always support bike to prevent falling.
- Although the stand can be operated by one person, we advise seeking the assistance of a second person when mounting / dismounting the stand.
- Always use in conjunction with another suitable rear stand to ensure full stability.
- When not in use, store in a safe, dry, childproof location.

INTRODUCTION
RPS2KD (Rear Stand)
Lifts and stabilises any dual swing arm motorbike quickly and easily. Fitted
with width and angle adjustable rubber support pads. Rubber supports mounted
on heavy-duty box section for continuous professional use. Bobbin Supports
available as an optional extra – Model No. RPS1BS. Delivered in knock-down
form to reduce freight costs, some self-assembly required. Min./Max. Width:
220-350mm.
FPS1KD (Front Stand)
Features width adjustment from 180 to 255mm, making it suitable for almost all
motorbikes. Design ensures rim and tyre protection at all times. Once the bike
is supported, allows easy removal and cleaning of front wheel. Please note all
front paddock stands need to be used in conjunction with a suitable rear stand
to ensure bike stability (See Model No. RPS2KD). Delivered in knock-down form
to reduce freight costs, some self-assembly required.

ASSEMBLY
- Ensure all parts are present and in good order. DO NOT use parts other than those supplied.
- Ensure all fixings are correctly tightened and that frame members are securely fitted.
OPERATION
- Ensure all fixings are correctly tightened and that frame members are securely fitted before each use.
- Adjust wheel supports to suit bike being loaded by loosening the thumb wheels. Retighten firmly when the correct width is set. If using FPS1KD then the suitable Rear stand should be used first to ensure the bike is supported
MAINTENANCE
- Clean with soft dry or lightly damped cloth.
- DO NOT use solvents or chemical cleaners.
- When the stand is not in use, store in dry, clean environment.
- Keep the stand clean and wipe off any oil or grease. Lubricate all moving parts with oil e.g. roller wheels.
- Before each use check all parts. If any part of the stand is damaged or defective, remove the stand from service and take the necessary action to remedy the problem.
DO NOT use the stand if it is believed to have been subjected to abnormal load or shock. Inspect and take appropriate action.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION\
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids according to local regulations.

Warranty: Guarantee is 12 months from purchase date, proof of which is
required for any claim.
