Instructions for Use
- Loosen the adjustable belt straps on either side of the back strap. Wrap the back strap around your waist so that the centre of the belt rests on your lower back (see Figure #1).
- Fasten the belt so that the right end of the belt overlaps the left end of the belt (see Figure #2).
- Grab the adjustable belt straps and pull them taut in a forward motion (see Figure #3).
- Secure the adjustable belt straps by pressing the Velcro fastener firmly onto the belt (see Figure #4).
