Product Usage Instructions

Inserting and Replacing the Rinse Tip:

1. Place the rinse tip on the rinse tip connector.
2. Hold the tip and turn the connector clockwise to fix it in place.

Charging the Device:

1. Charge the device using the USB-C port and the included charging cable.
2. During the charging process, each LED will light up and show the percentage charge status of each LED.
3. When all LEDs are lit up, the device is fully charged.
4. When the battery level is low, all 3 LEDs light up and flash at the same time. This indicates that the battery is low and the device needs to be charged.

Pressure Settings & Ear Cleaning:

There are 3 different pressure settings for cleaning:

• Low – pressure level 1
• Medium – pressure level 2
• High – pressure level 3

Removing and Cleaning the Water Container

1. Detach the container from the main unit.
2. Remove the container and wash it inside and out with mild detergent and warm water.
3. Dry the outside of the container with a dry cloth, and allow the inside to air dry.

Ear Cleaning Process:

1. Fill the water container with warm water.
2. Attach the desired rinse tip to the device.
3. Position the device at a comfortable angle towards your ear.
4. Turn on the device using the power button.
5. Select the desired pressure level using the pressure mode button.
6. Place the rinse tip gently into your ear canal, ensuring a secure fit.
7. Slowly increase the pressure level until you feel a gentle stream of water flowing into your ear canal.
8. To drain water and ear fluid, tilt your head to the side opposite to the ear being cleaned.
9. Use in the shower or place the included drip tray under your ear to catch the run-off. No tray is required when using in the shower.
10. When finished, turn off the device and empty the remaining water from the water container.

Q: How should I clean the rinse tips?

A: Rinse tips can be cleaned with mild detergent and warm water. Ensure thorough rinsing and drying before reuse.

Q: Can children use this product?

A: Children should only use this product if they have been supervised or instructed in the safe use of the device and can understand the hazards arising therefrom. Children must never be allowed to play with the device.

WARNING AND SAFETY NOTICES

Please read all instructions before use. Only ever use this product as directed in this guide or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

• Consult your doctor before use if you have a pre-existing ear condition.
• DO NOT USE if you have tympanic tubes, have had ear surgery, have or suspect you may have a perforated eardrum, or have an ear infection. Please consult your ENT doctor.
• Only ever use warm water (body temperature) to remove earwax. Do not use cold or hot water, as this may cause dizziness.
• It is not necessary that you use saline or sterile water.
• If irritation, bleeding, or other damage to the ear canal occurs, they you must discontinue use immediately.
• Amplified noise and pressure may occur during use. This is to be expected and completely normal. If you experience pain at any time during use, please cease use immediately and seek medical advice.
• Waterproof IPX 5 – can be used in the shower.
• This device must not be used by children.
• Always keep out of the reach of children. Do not allow children to play with or close to the device. This is not a toy. If the product becomes damaged, please throw it away immediately.
• This device may only be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities or lack of experience and/or knowledge
• if they have been supervised or instructed in the safe use of the device and can understand the hazards arising therefrom. Children must never be allowed to play with the device.

1. Charge the device using the USB-C port and the included charging cable.

Pressure settings & ear cleaning (#4)
There are 3 different pressure settings for cleaning.

Our 3-way spray tip directs water to the sides of the ear canal to gently remove earwax. Begin rinsing at pressure level 1. Once you get used to it, you can move on to level 2, and so on. For general ear cleaning, pressure level 1 is sufficient and can be used in the shower or over a sink twice a week. In most cases 10-15 seconds will be enough to remove the dirt. To remove excess water from the ear canal, tilt your head in the direction of your shoulder to allow excess water to drain. Gently pull on your earlobe to straighten the ear canal, and allow water to drain. Dry your ear with a soft towel.

Use (#6-9)

1. Before using the device for the first time, rinse and allow the water container to air dry.
2. Charge the device via the USB-C cable.
3. Fill the water container. ONLY EVER USE WARM WATER!!! Open the quick access cap and fill with warm water (body temperature).
4. Raise the arm.
5. Set the pressure (it is recommended to start with a low setting for first use).
6. Gently insert the rinse tip into the ear canal.
7. Press the on/off button to start the water pump. When rinsing your right ear, tilt your head to the right to drain water and ear fluid. When rinsing your left ear, tilt your head to the left to drain water and ear fluid.
8. Either use in the shower or place the included drip tray under your ear to catch the run-off. (No tray is required when using in the shower).
9. When finished, turn off the device and empty the remaining water from the water container.
