ATC iLifestyle WiFi General

For a full description of the operation of your iLifestyle WiFi radiator please refer to the main manual.

Easy Mode

Easy mode is designed to allow you to use the radiator with just temperature control and Standby/On To access the easy mode, touch and hold the OK and MODE keys together until you have the screen shown on the right.
Touch OK twice to move to “Param.2” and then touch the up key to change 1P to 2P and touch OK. To exit easy mode, enter the same menu and change 2P to 1P and touch OK.
When in Easy mode the screen will change to show the current room temperature. The temperature required can be set with the ▼ and ▲ keys and switch the radiator on or off with the Standby key. None of the other keys or functions are available.

WiFi Menu

The WiFi menu shows the required information to allow the radiator to be linked to a users WiFi Network, tough Mode key to access this menu. There are 4 or 5 available, depending on whether the radiator has a linked WiFi network or not, The Menus can be selected using the ▼ and ▲ keys, and by touching the OK key when the desired menu is highlighted.

Operating Modes

To choose which way the radiator will run touch the MODE key to show the MODES menu. Each of the 4 modes will change the way the radiator works. Use the ▼ and ▲ keys to select a continuous mode and touch OK.

Comfort Mode

Comfort mode is used for continuous heat between 12 and 30 °C. It is typically used when you are at home and want to bring the radiator on without setting a program or using manual mode. Temperatures can be adjusted directly using the ▼ and ▲ keys.

Eco – Economy Mode

Economy mode temperature can be set between 0.5 and 4.5 °C less than the comfort temperature. Temperature settings can be adjusted directly using the ▼ and ▲ keys. Economy is used in program mode and situations where you don’t need full heat but require a lower level of heat to prevent the temperature falling excessively.

Anti-Frost Mode

Anti-Frost is factory set at 7 °C and is used in the Program Mode as an off set point within a program; it is also used for long periods of absence when you want to avoid freezing in the heated zone.

Program Mode

The Program mode allows you to set your own schedule according to your daily or weekly needs.
The program display is shown as two 12 hour clock faces, 00:00 to 11:59 and 12:00 to 23:59.
Each ½ hour segment of the day can be programmed to Comfort, Eco or Anti-Frost (see Controls section).

Edit program (when in Program Mode)

To begin editing the program touch the OK key, the radiator will begin with the current day if it is set, touch OK to change the day to be programmed use the ▼ and ▲ and then touch OK to save.
The program then moves on to setting the heating times of the day; use the ▼ and ▲to move the box to the time, touch OK, you can then move backward and forward through the times to pick which temperature setting is required.
Using ▼ and ▲ to reach the time that you want to have the heating on, touch MODE to change between Comfort, Eco, or Anti-Frost.
Move forward for each ½ hour and touch MODE to select setting for each segment of the day. The display will change from AM to PM when appropriate.
Only when the program for the whole day is complete touch OK to save and move onto the next day.
Copy program
If you want to copy a program from one day to a consecutive day, touch and hold OK when selecting the day to copy from. The Display will change from the current day to consecutive days, release the OK key when you have reached the final day you want copied to. e.g., to copy from Monday to Friday, touch and hold the OK button when the display shows ▼ Monday ▲, and release the key when ▼ Friday ▲ is reached.

Energy Menu

This menu registers and displays the electric radiator’s energy consumption and its associated estimated cost. On the main screen there are 3 possible selections; use the ▼ and ▲ keys to select an option and touch OK.

Meter Type

There are 4 Meter options, depending on the period that each one registers: DAILY, WEEKLY, MONTHLY, TOTAL.
To change the type of meter, select the time period, touch OK and use the ▼ and ▲ to change the time duration and show the consumption information registered by each meter.

Rate

This menu must be configured to calculate the estimated cost of the radiator’s energy consumption.
There are 4 options that can be set: Energy Cost for Standard and Reduced rate and Start/End time of Reduced Rate.
If you want to change one of the 4 options, once in the required option, touch OK. The symbols ▼ and ▲ will appear beside the relevant value which can be decreased or increased with the same keys. Touch OK to Save.

Reset

The options “OK” and “CANCEL” can be selected by ▼ and ▲ keys. If the OK key is touched while the “OK” option is selected, it will reset the selected type of meter, as well as the meters with a time period less than the one selected. Touching the OK key with “CANCEL” selected, will return to the Energy menu.

Configuration Menu

Configuration menu allows the user to set parameters and functions for the other modes.
There are 9 menus in Configuration menu which can be selected by ▼ and ▲ keys and touching OK key when the desired menu is highlighted.

Manual Mode (Boost)

The Manual mode is used to Boost on or to force off the radiator. To enter the Manual mode, touch the Suitcase key.
The First line will flash and is the number of full days for manual mode. Set to 0 if only a few ours of Heat is required
Using the ▲ and ▼ keys enter the days and touch OK to move to the number of hours required.
Use the ▼ and ▲ keys and enter the number of hours required and touch OK to save the value. The display will now move to the temperature required; any temperature between 7 and 30 °C can be set. Touching Up from 30 or Down from 7 the radiator will show 4 lines (—-) which will set the radiator to Off.
Touch OK to save and the screen will show “DONE”.
Touching the MODE key at any time during the above will cancel the Manual mode and return the radiator to the previous operating mode.

Keyboard Lock

The user can lock the keyboard on the iLifestyle radiator by touching and holding the ▼ and ▲ keys for 2 seconds; un-locking is done in the same way.
When the keypad is locked or unlocked, the screens below are displayed: When the radiator is locked, the padlock icon will appear in the upper area of the screen.
