CAUTION!

  1. This product is an aid. It should not be used as a medical camera and should not replace adult supervision.

  12. Never use the camera in damp places or near water, a bathtub, sink, wet room, etc.

  13. Do not use the product in a highly polluted/dusty environment

  14. Never place objects on the camera and never cover it.

  15. Do not block the ventilation openings. Install in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

SAFETY TIPS

  • Unplug the product during thunderstorms.
  • It is important to check the operating range and condition of the camera on initial installation and regularly after that.
  • Check the power supply regularly. Test the camera before use and after changing camera location.
  • This product is intended for indoor use only.
  • Do not cover any ventilation openings.
  • Do not touch the plug pins with sharp or metal objects.
  • To improve camera performance do not place the lens against or next to reflective surfaces, such as windows or white walls, because this will result in an overly bright image in areas close to the camera and darker image in areas further away from the camera or will make the camera produce white images.
  • Make sure the camera is installed in an area with strong Wi-Fi signal.
    Do not place the camera near objects that may affect Wi-Fi signal, such as metal objects, microwave ovens.
    NOTE: The app version may have been updated, please follow the instructions of the current app version. When an important version update has been made, you will receive a push notification reminding you to update the app.

CLEANING AND CARE

  1. Do not wash the camera or the adapter with water. Do not use cleaning sprays or liquid detergents.
  2. Do not use sharp objects or aggressive detergents to clean the device.
  3. Before cleaning the camera you must unplug it.
  4. Clean the camera lens only with a dry cloth. Clean the other parts of the camera with a damp soft cloth. Afterwards dry well with a dry soft cloth.
  5. Before turning on the camera ensure that is it dry.
  6. Unplug the device when not in use for extended periods of time, store the camera and its adapter in a cool dry place.
  7. Caution! Keep the product away from children.

Place the camera on a horizontal and level surface or mount it on a wall/ceiling using the supplied mounting bracket, anchors and screws.

To use the device, you need to install the Cloud Edge app on your mobile device. Cloud Edge is available for IOS and Android products. Scan the QR code to det the app directly.

  • Step 1-Open the application, tap ‘”Sign up now” to register by filling out the necessary information. If you already have a registration, lap “Log in” lo log in to the application
  • Step 2-Enter a valid email address and check the privacy agreement. tap “NEXT’ Enter a username and password, tap “Done.”
  • Step 3-Tap the Add icon or lap “Add device”, select “Baby Camera”
  • Step 4 Plug in the camera and press “Next”
  • Step 5 Pross and hold the “Restart” button until you hoar a beep, the tap “Next”
  • Step 6 Select the Wi-Fir network and enter the password, tap “Next”
  • Step 7 Scan the QR code on your phone with the camera from a distance of about 15-25 cm and tap “Next” when the camera beeps, connecting may take up to 30 seconds.
  • Step 8 The camera is now connected to your device, lap “Next”
  • Step 9 By tapping “Next/Done” or ‘”Skip” you can review the next pages with tips and suggestions, you can change the name of the camera by tapping “ “, tap “Done”

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: The device cannot be visualized properly?
A: Ensure that everything is okay with the network, you can place the device closer to the router. If this does not work, it is recommended to restart the device and add it again.

Q: Why is the device still in the list of devices after restarting?
A: Restarting the device only resets the network configuration of the camera, but cannel change the configuration in the app, you need to delete the camera from the app.
