    «lb» – weight of product(s) in pounds and ounces;
    «ml» – water volume in milliliters.
    Notes: – water can have different densities, measuring of water volume is based on average water density values stored in the scale memory and can differ from the real values.

WEIGHT MEASUREMENT

  • To weight liquid or granular products, place an appropriate container on the weighing platform (1).

  • Switch the kitchen scale on and select the weight measurement units.

  • Place the ingredient(s) on the weighing platform (1), and the display (3) will show the weight of the ingredient(s) in digital symbols (13), depending on the selected measurement units (14) (pic. 2).
