microphones and an independent speaker, the NexiGo N3000 Mini Meeting Camera
gives you a true face-to-face meeting experience by delivering up to 2160P UHD
video with crystal clear audio.
Auto Framing: Built-in AI facial recognition algorithms capture and frame
individuals in the center of the image.
ePTZ: Electronic Pan-Tilt-Zoom with up to 5X magnification allows for easy
adjustments even from a distance.
360° Omnidirectional Microphones: Built-in microphone array with four
integrated omnidirectional microphones provide high quality sound capture.
Noise cancellation and echo reduction technology are integrated to provide for
as clear of a noise signal as possible at up to 3 meters (10 ft).
Full-Range Speaker: The built-in high power speaker allows the N3000 to
transmit and receive sound simultaneously with no disturbance or overlap.
Easy to Use: USB 3.0 plug-and-play with no additional drivers or

BUTTON INTRODUCTION
Mute: Tap to mute/unmute the microphones.
Auto Framing Switch: Tap to enable or disable auto framing function.
Volume -: Tap to decrease the speaker volume.
Volume +: Tap to increase the speaker volume.
Lens Adjustment Scrollwheel: Adjust the camera lens up to 15° up or down (30°
range max).
INDICATOR LIGHT INTRODUCTION
Breathing blue light indicates the camera is powered.
Steady blue light indicates the camera is being used.
Red light indicates the microphones are muted.
Green light when adjusting the speaker volume. The brightness of the green
light changes simultaneously with the speaker’s volume, it increases with the
volume up and decreases with the volume down.
SETUP INSTRUCTION
CAMERA SETUP

Place your webcam on an appropriate surface.
Mounting Option 1: Place directly on a flat surface.
Mounting Option 2: Install with a 1/4″ thread tripod. -
Connect the camera to your computer using the provided USB cable.
Note: Make sure your computer is connected to the network and has a stable internet connection before starting the setup. -
Open the video conference app you want to use the camera with. Ensure that this camera (“NexiGo N3000 Camera”) and its built-in microphone (“NexiGo N3000 Audio”) are selected in the settings of the app you are going to use. Consult the user guide for the software you intend to use if you have issues selecting the camera or microphone in that software.
Windows SETUP
- Go to Settings > Privacy > Camera and turn on Let apps use my camera.
- Turn on each of the apps on the list where you want to use the camera. In the app you wish to use, ensure the NexiGo camera is selected as the active camera and microphone from the list of available options.
macOS SETUP
- Go to the Apple menu > System Preferences > Security & Privacy, select the Privacy tab. Select Camera from the list of options on the left side of the page.
- Locate the apps you want to enable camera access for and check the box alongside that app’s name to enable camera access for that application.
WARNING
Lens scratches are not covered by the warranty. There is no built-in
protection for the lenses on the camera. If you are not careful you may
scratch the lens.
NOTES
- Read all instructions to prevent damage due to misuse.
- Do not place or attach the product to an unstable or uneven surface. Failure to follow this precaution may cause the product to fall and cause damage to the unit.
- Only use the provided USB cable to power the unit. Using other parts, accessories, or chargers not recommended by NexiGo may result in fire, electric shock, or damage to the item or user.
- The lens on this camera is made of glass. If the lens is damaged, be sure to handle it carefully to avoid potential dangers and keep it out of the reach of children.
- The temperature of the camera may rise during operation. If the camera is hot to the touch, turn off the camera and leave it to cool before using it further.
- This product is not a toy. You are solely responsible for complying with all local laws, regulations and restrictions regarding the use of this product in your jurisdiction.
- Do not use or store the camera in extremely cold or hot environments. Extremely cold or hot conditions may cause the camera to malfunction or may damage the unit.
- If the unit is damaged, please exercise the warranty or dispose of the item. Do not attempt to open and repair it independently. Contact NexiGo Customer Support to exercise the warranty.
- To clean the device, wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. To clean the lens, use a dry microfiber cloth or a lens cleaner. Use only a mild detergent if necessary. Do not use strong or corrosive detergents to avoid scratching the lens and affecting image quality.
