Neomitis
Neomitis Ltd is a specialist in controls & heating products for residential
and small office environments. Our product range covers thermostats,
programmers, timers, electric radiators, electric towel rails for new build or
renovation applications. Our company ethos is to bring both easy-to-install
and use products to the market.
Paul Knight – The Heating Expert
Upon exploring installer and end-user experiences with Neomitis products and
services we sat down and interviewed Paul Knight of The Heating Expert to
gather his thoughts.
Paul has a vast amount of heating & plumbing experience as he was employed by
British Gas for 30+ years, starting off as an apprentice and then progressing
to the sales side of the business. In 2009 Paul established The Heating Expert
which has rapidly grown partly due to word of mouth and customer
recommendations, which has proudly resulted in the company currently holding
the number one spot out of 1690 Central Heating Companies on FreeIndex
customer review rating. “The installation of Neomitis thermostats is partly
helping to maintain this high customer rating as the products are quick, easy
to install and extremely user-friendly”.
How did you discover Neomitis and our products?
The Heating Expert was introduced to Neomitis and our product range by our
Regional Sales Manager Mark Osborne. Over an initial 20-minute meeting Mark
was able to provide Paul with information on Neomitis Ltd and our product
range, particularly our RT7RFPLUS and RT7PLUS; demonstrating the product
features, along with what makes the RT7PLUS range Boiler Plus compliant
(optimization, automation & load compensation).
Why did you decide to install Neomitis products?
The Heating Expert decided to install Neomitis products off the back of the
initial meeting with Mark Osborne. Once Mark demonstrated the look, feel,
quality, product ease of use, and the following product features:
Paul voiced that “We will only install Neomitis controls – unless asked by a customer to install an alternative product.” To add, Paul mentioned that his good relationship with the Neomitis RSM along with the backup technical support offers him and his team confidence when installing Neomitis products as they can always get a clear and concise answer to any issues that they may encounter
How reliable are the Neomitis products?
“So far we have not come across any faulty issues since taking Neomitis
products on-board, however, we have the peace of mind that if we do come
across any issues – Neomitis offer a no quibble returns policy, all we will
need to do is contact Neomitis for advice and a solution will be quickly
provided”. To follow “Neomitis are also actively assisting installers and end
users as they have a YouTube channel with countless product demonstrations and
explanations, also upon request Neomitis will offer tailored instruction
manuals for end users who may need additional assistance understanding their
heating controls – as mentioned previously, this also gives us peace of mind
when installing Neomitis products.
What are your business aims – how are Neomitis helping you to achieve this?
“We are continually aiming to increase business and reduce call-backs, we plan
to continue to find new business through word of mouth and customer
recommendations. Since we are now using the Neomitis RT7PLUS range on almost
all of our installs, we can see that our customers are happy as the number of
call-backs which we have to attend has reduced heavily – in turn this has
saved us time and money, it has also increased the chance of The Heating
Expert attaining a high FreeIndex customer review rating, this in turn
increases the chance of us winning new business through word of mouth and
customer recommendations.”
