Introduction
Hi Dock is an all-in-one device with speakerphone, voice recorder and USB-C
hub. It is designed to fully utilize laptop for meetings, recording, data
transmission, display and music.
The ZeroOops™ panel controls your daily meeting, screen extension, volume and
recording with just one instance finger click.
Cable is reliable, USB-C is plug-and-play, no wireless pairing, no driver
installation. Connect
Hi Dock to your laptop/tablet, it just works: powerful sound, super fast data
transmission and 4K display, fully amplify your ultra thin laptop/tablet
experience.

Overview
Setup
- Connect the Hi Dock USB-C cable to the Type-C port of the laptop/tablet, the LED light bar will light up in green.
- To join a meeting with Hi Dock, choose “Hi Dock Speakerphone” in the audio settings of the video conference software (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).

Press again to unmute.
| HDMI On/Off| HDMI is turned on by default when HiDock is powered on. Press
to turn off and the green indicator disappears.
Press again to turn it on.
| Recorder Start/Stop| Voice recorder function is turned off by default when
HiDock is powered on.
Press the Record button to start recording, and a red indicator will light up
on the upper left corner of the button. To stop recording, press the Record
button again and the red indicator will be turned off.
| Answer/End Call| Press to answer/hang up calls from Teams meetings.
| Volume Down Volume Up| Press +/-to adjust the volume, the light bar will
light up in cyan and corresponds to the sound level.
Press and hold+/- can also control the volume.
| Microphone Mute| Press to mute/unmute the microphone.
The light bar will light up in red when the microphone is muted.
Recording Function
- When HiDock is connected to laptop/tablet, the recording function is turned off by default. User will see the flash drive where the recording file is stored.
- Short press the Record button to start recording, the red indicator will light up on the upper left corner of the button. The flash drive where the recording file is stored will be temporarily occupied by the recording function. At this time, the recording flash drive will disappear from the laptop/table.
- Press the Record button again to stop recording, the laptop/tablet will regain the permission to read and write the flash drive, and the red indicator will be turned off.
- The record file name is saved as “RECxxxxx.mp3”, the latest file name is the largest number.
- If the flash drive is fully stored, recording will stop and the red record indicator will flash. Please make sure the flash drive has enough space for recording.
Note: If user need to format the flash drive, please select FAT32 format.
