Thank you for choosing the RENPHO Smart Tape! This Bluetooth body tape measure is your personal health assistant. It will help you easily measure various body parts so you can keep track of your health and fitness. We hope that you enjoy using it!
Important Safety Instructions
- DO NOT use this device for any purpose other than outlined in this manual.
- DO NOT disassemble or modify the device. There are no user-serviceable parts inside.
- DO NOT subject the device to extreme conditions: extreme temperatures beyond operating temperatures, high vibrations, dusty area, humid conditions (including any liquid) or direct sunlight.
- DO NOT use excessive force on the tape or the gear as this may cause permanent damage to the device.
- DO NOT fold or twist the tape as this may cause permanent damage.
- DO NOT use excessive force to pull the tape beyond the maximum length of 150cm/60inch.
- DO NOT allow the tape to retract too fast as minor injury may occur.
- Be very careful when measuring neck circumference. The tape may accidentally cause choking.
- Children under 10 years old must be supervised by an adult when using the tape.

Install the Battery
Before Use
Open the battery compartment and put the 3xAAA batteries into the battery
compartment with the correct anode and cathode orientation (+/-).
- DO NOT mix new and used batteries.
- The original batteries provided are NOT rechargeable.
Getting Started
Scan the QR code or search “Renpho Health” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
*Due to continuous updates and improvements, the “Renpho Health” App may appear slightly different.
Connect with your the App
- Press any button to turn on the tape and the Bluetooth icon will flash.
- Open the “Renpho Health” App.
- A window will pop up, tap “Pair” on the App to connect.
- The Bluetooth icon will be solid once connection is successful.
Measuring
- Pull out the tape, and wrap it around your body part.
- Insert the locking pin into the unit.
- Press the Retract button to tighten the tape, then read the measurement displayed on the screen.
- Press “ “to confirm current measurement, and the pointer will automatically move to the next body part.
- Press” to choose the body part you want to measure.
- Press and hold “ ( ) ” for 3S or tap “Save on the App to save the measurements .
Note:
- DO NOT forget to press “ to confirm after each measurement, otherwise the measurements will not be saved.
- The unit will automatically shut off after 20 seconds of idle time.
- Memory function: The unit will recall the last mode once turned on.
Manually Add the Measurement
- Click the body part name (e.g. Waist).
- Swipe the “ruler” right or left to select a size.
- Choose the date.
- Tap” Qo “on the App to confirm current measurement.
- Tap GE on the App to save the measurements.
Troubleshooting Guide
