Thank you for your purchase of Renpho Massage Cushion. The massager offers a powerful massage. While enjoying muscle and body relief, you should use it with care and safety in mind. To ensure safety and avoid any property damage, please read this manual carefully and use as indicated. Non-compliance may cause serious injuries or death and/or severe property damage.

• To disconnect, turn all controls to the “off’ position, then remove plug from outlet.

• This appliance is designed for personal, non-professional use only.

• NEVER operate the appliance with the air openings blocked.

3 Using the Renpho Massage Cushion
3.1 Important tips before use

• It is not recommended to use this Massage Cushion in a car’s driver seat.
• It is not recommended to lay this Massage Cushion completely flat.

3.2 Preparation

• Place the massager on a recliner, sofa seat or office chair , fasten the straps and secure the massager to the chair.
• When the adapter is plugged i n and the power is on, the power button on the remote control will flash red . The back massage nodes will move and return to the default position. Once the massage node position has reset, the red light will stop flashing and enter standby mode. You can press the power button now to turn the massager on or you can just press the power button and use all functions after powered on without waiting for the reset process to be complete.

3.3 Operation Instructions

1. Press the “Power” Button to turn on the massager; the indicator light will turn red to show that the massager is on. The Neck Kneading and Full Back Massage functions are on by default. Seat Vibration function and the Heating function of neck and back are off .
The indicators on the remote will remain in the “on” status accordingly.
2. Activate the functions you need.
1. Power
a. “Power” button: Press to turn the massager on (indicator light will turn on). Press again to turn off (flashing indicator light will mean that the massager nodes are resetting after you clicked the power button; it will be off after reset is complete). During the reset process, there is no need to wait until the reset is complete to turn the massager on. You can press this button to turn it on immediately.

1. Heating
   b . Heating” button: Press to activate the heating function of the neck massage and the back massage (indicator light will turn on); press again to turn it off (indicator light will turn off).

2. Neck Massage
   a. “Neck kneading” button: Press this button to have the neck massage nodes massage in default direction (indicator light will turn on). Press this button again to have the neck massage nodes massage in reverse direction (indicator light will flicker). Press this button the third time to turn the neck massage nodes off (indicator light will tum off).
   b. “Up/Down” button: Press and hold this button to have the neck massage nodes move up/down (indicator light will turn on). The massage nodes will move upward/downward to the highest/lowest point, and then stop (indicator light will flicker). Release the button to have the neck massage nodes stop moving and start massaging at the specified point (indicator light will turn off ). Regardless of whether the neck massager is on or off, the position of the neck massage nodes can be adjusted.

3. Back Massage
   a. “Full Back” button: Press this button to have the back massage nodes move up and down along the entire back area (indicator light will turn on). Press again to stop the back massage (indicator light will turn off).
   b . “Upper” button: Press this button to have the back massage nodes move up and down the upper back (indicator light will turn on). Press again to turn off (indicator light will turn off).
   c. “Lower” button: Press this button to have the back massage nodes move up and down the lower back (indicator light will turn on). Press again to tun off (indicator light will turn off ) .
   The back massage nodes will stop once the reset is complete.
   During the reset process, the back massage could be powered  on by pressing any back massage button.

4. Back Position Massage and Back Area Massage
   Back Spot Massage
   a.“Back Spot’ button: Press this button to activate spot massage mode (the massage nodes will move up and down on the specified spot; indicator light will turn on). Press it again to exit the back spot massage mode (indicator light will turn off). The mode will get back to full back massage.
   The back massage nodes will stop once resetting is complete.
   During the reset process, the back massage could be powered on by pressing any back massage button.
   Back Area Massage
   b . “△” button: When the spot massage mode is on, press and hold this button to have the back massage nodes move up. When this button is released, the massage nodes will massage the specified area. When the massage nodes reach the highest point , this button will flicker to indicate that the highest point has been reached. This button will work only when the spot massage mode is on.
   c.“▽” button: When the spot massage mode is on, press and hold this button to have the back massage nodes move down. When this button is released, the massage nodes will massage the specified area. When the massage nodes reach the lowest point, this button will flicker to indicate that the lowest point has been reached. This button will work only when the spot massage mode is on.

5. Seat Vibration
   “Seat Vibration” button: Press this button to activate the seat vibration function. Press once for the low- level vibration mode {indicator light will flash slowly). Press twice for the medium-level vibration mode (indicator light will flicker rapidly). Press three times for the high-vibration mode (indicator light will stay on). Press it again to turn off this function (indicator light will turn off).

Product Care and Maintenance

• Place the massage cushion in a safe, cool, and dry place when not in use.
• Always unplug the massager cushion prior to cleaning.
• After use, wipe the massager cushion with a soft, damp cloth using non -abrasive cleaners. If necessary, clean with a sterilizer.
• DO NOT submerge the massager in water or any other liquid.
• Keep away from all solvents and harsh detergents.
• DO NOT attempt to repair this massager. There are no user-ser viceable parts.

Troubleshooting

the Power On/Off button to turn on the massager for another 15 minutes.
The product is overloaded, activating overload protection.| Restart the massager after alleviating the load.
The motor auto shuts-off due to the device being on too long, activating overheating protection.| Use the massager after the motor cools off (approximately 30 minutes).
PROBLEM| CAUSE| SOLUTION

Unsatisfied experience of using this product in the car.| This product is not designed , for r car seat.| Don’t use it in the car.
