Operation
- Connect the wireless charger to an outlet with an approved AC adaptor, and the LED lights up.
- To ensure efficient charging, a 2A or higher output wall charger is required.
- To achieve fast wireless charging, a Quick Charge 2.0 or Power Delivery power adapter will be required.
- Place your phone on the charging plate to start charging.
- If the phone doesn’t start to charge, please reposition it or try to remove the phone case.
LED color indication:
- Standby: Green
- LED light changes to red when charging starts
- Green light blinks when error is detected

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. For New Zealand customers, this warranty is in addition to statutory rights observed under New Zealand legislation.
