Use & care

  • Always wash and rinse your new product before first use.
  • For best results, it is recommended to pre-heat the thermal container by filling with hot (not boiling) water for warm food, or to pre-chill by filling with cold water for cold food.
  • To open the thermal container: unscrew the cover (b) while holding the thermal container (d). Fill with hot or cold food. Do not fill above the bottom of the screw threads.
  • To close the thermal container: screw the cover (b) clockwise onto the thermal container (d) while holding the container.
  • As hot food cools down a vacuum effect can build up inside the container making it difficult to open the cover. Press the valve on the cover to release any pressure build up and it will be easier to open.
  • The container cover and base have a special design that allows the containers to connect together. To connect them simply place one closed container on top of another closed container. Line up the connector on the bottom of one container into the indentation area on the top cover of the second container. With one hand holding the bottom container and your other hand holding the top container, simply twist the top container clockwise to lock it in place.
  • To disconnect the containers, hold the bottom container cover and simply twist the top container counter clockwise. Lift the top container off the bottom container.

Cleaning guidelines

  • The thermal container is not dishwasher safe. Handwashing only.
  • Always clean all parts of your thermal container after each use.
  • Wash by hand with warm water and dish detergent. Rinse well. Drain and dry thoroughly before storing.
  • Do not immerse in water.
  • Avoid abrasive cleaners or bleach.
  • For thorough cleaning, remove the gasket (c) in the cover (b). Place the gasket immediately back in place when dry in order not to lose it.
  • Always store the thermal container open when not in use.

Important safeguards

  • Do not use to store or carry carbonated drinks.
  • Do not stir using metal utensils.
  • Do not use to keep milk products or baby foods warm because of the possibility of bacterial growth.
  • When transporting, please keep the thermal container upright. Otherwise it may cause liquid leakage from the valve on the cover.
  • This product should only be used by children under the supervision of an adult especially when the product contains hot contents. Hot liquids or hot foods can burn or scald the user.
  • Do not drink directly from the container because the inside wall can be hot.
  • Heavy impact may reduce the vacuum performance and will damage the exterior finish.
  • Keep away from direct heat or heat sources.
