Congratulations on your choice of Cool Warmie by Tupperware for keeping your drink warm or cold. Please read and follow the use and care instructions carefully and you will enjoy your Cool Warmie for many years.

Use & care

Always wash and rinse your new product before first use.
For best results, it is recommended to pre-heat the thermal pot by filling with hot (not boiling) water, or to pre-chill by filling with cold water.
To open the thermal pot: unscrew the cover (a) while holding the thermal container (c). Fill with hot or cold liquids. Do not fill above the bottom of the screw threads.
To close the thermal pot: screw the cover (a) clockwise onto the thermal container (c) while holding the pot. The knob should be aligned with the handle.
Use only with non-carbonated liquids. Do not use with foods. Do not use with ice cubes.

Cleaning guidelines

The product is not dishwasher safe. Handwashing only.
Always clean all parts of your product after each use.
Wash by hand with warm water and dish detergent. Rinse well. Drain and dry thoroughly before storing.
Do not immerse in water.
Avoid abrasive cleaners or bleach.
Always store the product open when not in use.

Important safeguards

Do not use to store or carry carbonated drinks.
Do not stir using metal utensils.
Do not microwave.
Do not use to keep milk products or baby foods warm because of the possibility of bacterial growth.
When transporting, please keep the product upright. Otherwise it may cause liquid leakage from the valve on the cover.
This product should only be used by children under the supervision of an adult especially when the product contains hot contents. Hot liquids can burn or scald the user.
Do not drink directly from the container because the inside wall can be hot.
Heavy impact may reduce the vacuum performance and will damage the exterior finish.
Keep away from direct heat or heat sources.
