IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

  1. Read the instructions carefully before use.
  2. Remove and safely discard any packaging material and labels before using this product for the first time. Ensure children and babies do not play with plastic bags or any packaging materials.
  3. Before use, check that your local voltage corresponds with the specifications shown on the appliance nameplate located under the appliance.
  4. Al ways operate the appliance on a horizontal surface that is level and stable. Do not use the appliance on or near combustible materials such as tablecloths or curtains.

  10. Do not touch the appliance, power cord, or power plug with wet hands.
  11. Unplug the appliance from the outlet when it is not in use, before putting on or taking off any parts, and before cleaning.
  12. The appliance does not contain any serviceable parts. Do not attempt to open and re pair the unit yo urse lf. Al l components should be serviced by a qualified technician.
  13. Do not use the appliance if the plug, power cable, or unit itself are damaged. If the power cord is damaged, it must be repaired by a qualified electrician to avoid a hazard.

  17. This misting fan should be operated on a separate electrical outlet from any other operating appliances. If the power point is overloaded with other appliances, this misting fan may not work correctly.
  18.  Leave enough open space between the appliance and other objects when the fan is in use. Do not block air intakes or exhausts.
  19. Do not place the appliance against a wall or other appliance. Leave at least 12 cm of free space at the back and sides and above the appliance. Do not place anything on top of the appliance.
  20. Please do not cover the misting fan while it Is In use.
  21. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter.
  22. Do not unplug the misting fan by pulling on the cord.
  23. This appliance is not designed to be used by people (including children) with a physical, sensory, or mental impairment, or people without knowledge or experience
  24. unless they are supervised or given prior instructions concerning the use of the appliance by someone responsible for their safety. Children must be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
  25. Do not leave the appliance unattended while it is in operation.
  26. Never insert fingers or any other objects through the grilles (fan guards) while the fan is running.
  27. Long hair can be caught in the fan owing to the air turbulence. Hair, jewellery, and loose clothing must be kept away from the fan.
  28. The misting fan is not an aromatizer or vaporizer. Do not add any liquid to the water tank , su ch as essential oils, fragrances, or vaporizing fluid. Only use clean water.
  29. Do not use the appliance with an extension cord. A short power-supply cable is provided to reduce the risks of the cable being entangled or parties tripping over a long cord.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Align the two supporting tubes into the holes of the base, then fix in place from the bottom using the screws provided.aigostar-330100TPR-Indoor-Mist-Fan-FIG-2
  2. Loosen the two bolts located at the back of the unit (do not fully unscrew the two nuts or they will fall off). Fix the motor unit to the tubes and retighten the nuts.aigostar-330100TPR-Indoor-Mist-Fan-FIG-3
  3. lnstall the rear grid, plastic nut, blades, and blade spinner to the motor shaft and fix in place.aigostar-330100TPR-Indoor-Mist-Fan-FIG-4
  4. lnstall the front grid and net frame, and secure using the screw on the net frame. Inset the upper flexible hose on the motor unit into the mist vent that is located at the front of the fan grid (ensure the hose is free of kinks).aigostar-330100TPR-Indoor-Mist-Fan-FIG-5

WATER TANK ASSEMBLY

  1. Place the misting generator onto the base, ensuring it Is appropriately seated in the recess.
  2. Place the water tank on top of the misting generator. Fit the cover to the top of the water tank.
  3. lnsert the lower flexible hose on the motor unit into the water tank cover (ensure the hose is free of kinks).

HOW TO FILL THE WATER TANK

  1. Unplug the appliance before filling and cleaning the water tank.
  2. Remove the water tank and turn it upside down.
  3. Twist the cap anticlockwise to unlock it.
  4. Fill the tank with cold and clean water, making sure not to overfill it. Do not add any chemicals, oils, or other additives. Only use cold or warm water in the water tank. The water must not be above 40°C.
  5. Refit the cap and turn it clockwise to lock it in place.
  6. Turn the tank over and place it back on the misting generator.

ON/SPEED BUTTON

  • Use the “ON/SPEED” button to switch the fan ON.

  • Press the “OFF” button to switch the fan off.

SWING BUTTON

  • When you press the “S W ING” button, the mist fan head wil l move continuously from side to side. Pressing the button again will stop the oscination of the mist fan.
  • You can adjust the wind angle up and down manually.

REMOTE CONTROL

The above functions can be controlled using the remote control by pressing the corresponding function buttons. To use the remote control, insert two AAA 1.SV batteries in the battery housing in the remote control.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

CLEANING

  • Al ways _unplug the fan before cleaning 1t.
  • Clean the water tank and water unit o nce a week to prevent the formation of scale, algae, or bacteria.
  • If you do not intend to use the fan for an extended period, empty the water tank and dry the water unit with a microfiber cloth.
  • If the fan will be placed in storage for a more extended period of time (over winter etc.), always cover it with a suitab ( e cover to prevent dust from entering the device.
  • To avoid damaging the plastic and indicators, do not use any abrasive cleaning agents or chemicals.

MAINTENANCE

In general, the mist fan does not require any maintenance. The fan must not be opened by unauthorized persons. If there appears to be a problem that can not be solved by following the troubleshooting advice provided oelow, please contact your dealer.
