- UNPLUG WHEN NOT IN USE. NEVER LEAVE APPLIANCE UNATTENDED, ESPECIALLY IF CHILDREN ARE PRESENT.
- NEVER PULL THIS PAD BY THE SUPPLY CORD. DO NOT USE THE CORD AS A HANDLE.
- PLACE PAD ON TOP OF AND NOT UNDER THE PART OF THE BODY NEEDING HEAT.
- DO NOT TUCK IN, TRAP, FOLD, CROSS, PINCH OR WRAP CONTROL OR CORD WITH HEATING PAD DURING USE.
- CAREFULLY EXAMINE PAD, CORD AND CONTROLLER BEFORE EACH USE. DISCARD THE PAD IF ANY SIGN OF DETERIORATION, WEAR OR DAMAGE. DO NOT TAMPER WITH THIS PAD IN ANYWAY. THERE ARE NO DAMAGE. DO NOTTAMPERWITH THIS PAD IN ANYWAY. THERE ARE NO USER SERVICEABLE PARTS. IF PAD DOES NOT FUNCTION SATISFACTORILY, SEE WARRANTY FOR CUSTOMER CONTACT INFORMATION.
- IF PROVIDED WITH A DETACHABLE CONTROLLER, USE ONLY WITH THE PROVIDED CONTROLLER.
- USE THIS PAD ONLY AT RATED VOLTAGE, AS MARKED ON THE PRODUCT. DO NOT USE WITH GENERATORS, POWER CONVERTERS, OR INVERTERS.
- DO NOT USE THIS PAD WITH LINIMENT, SALVE OR OINTMENT PREPARATIONS, ESPECIALLY ONES THAT CONTAIN HEATPRODUCING INGREDIENTS. SKIN BURNS COULD RESULT.
- DO NOT BEND OR PINCH CORD AND DO NOT USE IF CORD IS DAMAGED.
- IF PAD IS PROVIDED WITH MAGNETIC CLOSURES: DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE A PACEMAKER, ICD (IMPLANTABLE CARDIOVERTER DEFIBRILLATOR}, INTERNAL INSULIN PUMP OR OTHER MEDICAL DEVICES SENSITIVE TO MAGNETS.
- DO NOT SUBMERGE THE CONTROLLER IN WATER. THE CONTROLLERMUST NEVER CONTACT WATER OR OTHER LIQUIDS DIRECTLY. TO CLEAN THE CONTROLLER, USE A DRY, LINT-FREE CLOTH.
- LOOP CORD LOOSELY WHEN STORING, TIGHT WRAPPING MAY DAMAGE CORD AND INTERNAL PARTS. ALLOW TO COOL BEFORE STORING AND DO NOT CREASE BY PLACING ITEMS ON TOP OF IT. STORE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, IN A COOL, DARK, DRY PLACE.
- FOR US MODELS -THIS APPLIANCE HAS A POLARIZED PLUG (ONE BLADE IS WIDER THAN THE OTHER). TO REDUCE THE RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK, THIS PLUG IS INTENDED TO FIT IN A POLARIZED OUTLET ONLY ONE WAY. IF THE PLUG DOES NOT FIT FULLY IN THE OUTLET, REVERSE THE PLUG. IF IT STILL DOES NOT FIT, CONTACT A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RIG THIS SAFETY FEATURE.

Using Your Heating Pad
- Make sure the controller is securely connected to the pad before plugging into an electrical outlet.
- 2-Hour Auto OFF: The heating pad will stop heating automatically (with “-” on display) after 2 hours of continuous use. To manually turn it off, hold Power button for 2 seconds.
Care and Cleaning
- DO NOT DRY CLEAN! DO NOT BLEACH! DO NOT USE WRINGER!
- Do not use strong detergents or hard brushes. Do not iron your heating pad.
- Do not plug in pad until it is completely dry.
- Disconnect pad from outlet and cool it down.
- Detach pad connector from control connector.
- Machine wash in Gentle Cycle or by hands at max of 86°F/30°C.
- Air dry completely. Store in the original packaging, in a cool, dark, dry place.
