Controller

Using Your Heating Blanket

Make sure the controller is securely connected to the Blanket before plugging into an electrical outlet.
3-Hour Auto Off: The heating blanket will stop heating automatically (with “.” on display) after 3 hours of continuous use. To manually turn it off, press the Power button once.

Align A Controller Connector with B Blanket Connector and connect securely.
Then plug it into an electrical outlet.
Press the Power button once to turn on.
Press the Temp button to adjust the heating level 1~H(10).
Press the Timer button to select auto-off timer (1~9 hours).

Care and Cleaning

DO NOT DRY CLEAN! DO NOT BLEACH! DO NOT USE WRINGER!
Do not use strong detergents or hard brushes. Do not iron your heating blanket.
Do not plug in the blanket until it is completely dry.

Disconnect the blanket from the outlet and cool it down.
Hold both sides of the controller connector to detach it from the blanket.
Machine wash in a Gentle Cycle or by hand at a max of 86°F/30°C.
Air dry completely. Store in a cool, dark, dry place.

The controller display does not light up	1. Check if the heating blanket is

properly connected to the electrical outlet. If properly connected but still cannot light up, please contact Customer Support for help.
I cannot feel any warmth| 1. Adjust to a higher heat level. 2. For optimal heating results, you can wear thin clothes when using, them or use it in a wind-free environment to avoid heat dissipation. 3. If you still cannot feel any warmth, please contact Customer Support for help.
Error code E1 appears| 1. Check if the heating blanket is properly connected to the electrical outlet. Unplug and restart after a few seconds. If the error code still appears, please contact Customer Support for help.

Warranty and Service

Thank you for choosing the WCHIUOE heating blanket. This product is covered with a WCHIUOE product and labor warranty for 12 months from the date of its original purchase. We can only provide after-sales service for products that are sold by authorized retailers and distributors. If you have purchased from a different place, please contact your seller for return and warranty issues.
