Product Overview

The Zendure-A-Series is a charger with a USB-C port supporting PD (Power Delivery) and a USB-A port with Zen+2.0. The LED indicator on the charger displays its status.

Usage Instructions

To use the charger, follow these steps:

1. Connect the charger to a power source using the DC 12-24V input.
2. Connect your device to the charger using either the USB-C port or the USB-A port.
3. The LED indicator will show the status of the charging process.
4. When your device is fully charged, disconnect it from the charger.

Warnings and Cautions

• Store the charger in a cool and dry place, within the recommended temperature range.
• Use only original or certified cables with the charger.
• Avoid exposure to moisture, drops, bumps, abrasions, or other impacts.
• Do not disassemble, re-purpose or modify the charger in any way. Do not clean with harmful chemicals or detergents.
• Stop using the charger and contact the manufacturer immediately if it becomes excessively hot, emits an odor, becomes deformed, or shows any other abnormalities.
• Keep the charger away from children under 3 years old for safety.
• Dispose of discarded products properly according to local regulations.

A new Zendure-A-Series charger purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. To claim a warranty repair or other services, contact the product seller directly, and provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modifications.

The Zendure-A-Series charger meets the basic requirements of standards and directives under current EU legislation.

Using Your Charger

• Plug it in power outlet
• Charge your devices

Connect your devices to the USB-C port of USB-A ports

Warnings

• Please plug the charger after starting the car engine and pull out after shutting down the car engine.
• Charging stops automatically in the even of overcharging, lower/over-voltage, overheating, overcurrent, and short circuit. Pull out the charger and re-plug it to regain power.

Caution

• Storage in a cool and dry place. Recommend storage temperature: -10⁰C to 45⁰C; Operating temperature: -5⁰C to 35⁰C
• Use origin or certified cables.
• Do not expose to moisture or submerge it in liquid.
• Do not disassemble or attempt to re-purpose or modify it in any manner.
• Stop using and contact manufacturer if the product is excessively hot, is emitting odor, deformed or any other abnormalities.
• Do not clean with harmful chemicals or detergents.
• Be cautious of drops, bumps, abrasions, or other impacts.
• Avoid strenuous vibration, impact, extrusion on transportation, and keep the product away from intense sunlight and rain.
• Keep it away from children under 3 years old for safety.
• Please dispose of discarded products properly according to local regulations.

Warranty Conditions
A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller directly, you must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase.
The following are considered to be a conflict with the warranty conditions, for which the claimed claim may not be recognized:

• Using the product for any purpose other than that for which the product is intended or failing to follow the instructions for maintenance, operation and service of the product.
• Damage to the product by a natural disaster, the intervention of an unauthorized person or mechanically through the fault of the buyer (e.g. during transport, cleaning by inappropriate means, etc.).
• Natural wear and aging of consumables or components during use (such as batteries, etc.).
• Exposure to adverse external influences, such as sunlight and other radiation or electromagnetic fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, mains overvoltage, electrostatic discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and inappropriate polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power supplies, etc.
• If anyone has made modifications, modifications, alterations to the design or adaptation to change or extend the functions of the product compared to the purchased design or use of non-original components.
