Does the camera work with 5G Wi-Fi?****
This camera doesn’t work with 5 GHz Wi-Fi. Please make sure your Wi-Fi is in 2.4 GHz band. Or you can setup one more 2.4 GHz guest Wi-Fi for the camera to use.
What app does this camera use? Also, can I put this camera in front of the glass window?****
This camera works with Wansview Cloud APP. Do not install the bulb camera in front of the glass, because the glass will disable the night vision.
Is this camera waterproof?****
This camera is NOT waterproof. Keep it from water.
Does the camera automatically return to position after tracking?****
After tracking, the camera will not automatically return to the position, the camera will stay at the position where the last action ended.
Is the app free to use with this camera?****
Yes, the Wansview Cloud app is free. In this application, we provide you with a paid cloud storage plan, but this is just a choice for you to save videos. You can choose not to pay or use TF card to keep the recordings.
Does the bulb need to be on for the camera to work?****
