Smart-Lock Drawer Setup

• Remove the mat of Victor V1-42 cart (Not Included), as shown in the image.
  NOTE: Mat can be removed for drilling because mat is already affixed to the cart. The drawer needs to be drilled.
  

• Align the drawer under the top shelf of the cart and mark where the holes are.
  

• When the drawer is properly aligned, using a drilling machine (Not Included) drill six holes exactly where the markings are, as shown in the figure.
  NOTE: The drawer is affixed to your cart by drilling holes into the cart, ensuring a solid and secure attachment .
  

• Matching the drawer and cart holes, insert a screw and properly tighten using a 2.5mm Allen Key.
  

• Follow the same process for inserting all screws.
  NOTE: The soft-closing sliding mechanism prevents the gear inside the drawer from smashing & hitting together.
  
  NOTE: Smart-Lock Drawer is a deep & fully enclosed one that takes in all suitable video production accessories carries your hard drives, camera accessories, cleaning supplies & other quick-access tools & facilitates convenient access to them
  

• Remove both the nut bolts of the lock with the help of an 2.5mm Allen Key, as shown in the image.
  

• Attach the lock to the bottom of the top shelf of the cart and mark the lock holes.
  

• Now make holes in the marking points with the help of a drilling machine.
  

• Insert the bolts by properly matching the holes of the lock and cart.
  

• Then, insert the nuts into the lock bolts and tighten them with an Allen key.
  NOTE: Hold the nut using a Plass (Not Included) and tighten it using an 2.5mm Allen Key.
  

• The lock is properly attached to the cart.
  

• Set the drawer’s number lock according to your preference and lock it.
  
  NOTE: It features a 3-digit personalized combination lock that ensures your valuable gear is fully protected & makes you work with full freedom without worrying about the drawer’s stuff.
  
  NOTE: Follow the same procedure to insert the drawers on the other side and bottom of the cart.
  

1. You can mount 3 drawers in Victor V1-42 cart ,at top –2 & bottom –1 drawer as shown in the image.
2. you can set drawer’s position anywhere according to your requirement.
