ROBERTS 10-981-25 3 Inch Adhesive Applicator Nozzle
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Place the rear flange of the ROBERTS® Adhesive Applicator Nozzle into the
opening of the caulk gun. (pic 1).
- Follow the instructions on the tube and carefully cut the nozzle using scissors or a utility knife with a sharp blade. Puncture or cut the adhesive seal in the cartridge.
- Insert the adhesive cartridge into the caulk gun frame, making sure it is tight to the ROBERTS Snozzle.
- Adjust caulk gun so the plunger extends into caulk cartridge.
- Place the Snozzle at a 45-degree angle in the middle of the wall base or substrate. Start on one end of your project and work in a continuous direction.(pic 2).
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CARE
To reuse on the same day, keep the adhesive from drying inside the nozzle by creating an airtight seal with tape or by covering the ends with a damp cloth. Flush thoroughly with water immediately after use, until channels run clear. You can also use mineral spirits and a clean cloth to remove stuck on adhesive or debris.
