Care

Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Then dry with a clean, dry cloth

Safety
All our children’s products are tested and subjected to a risk analysis to ensure they comply with the most rigorous criteria in every country where IKEA products are sold. This means, for example, that the cribs meet the following demands:

Stable, durable construction
The gap between the bars is designed for optimum safety (children can not get their head stuck between the bars).
Strong bed bases.
Rounded edges and corners.
No small components that can be removed, or work loose to eliminate the risk of choking.
Ventilated bed base to avoid fungal growth.
Non-toxic materials and surface treatment

Children rarely do what you expect them to do. They climb, clamber and play with things in ways that are often difficult to foresee. For that reason, always use the wall anchors supplied to secure all storage furniture that is more than 60 cm in height safely to the wall. For your child’s safety; use the same size on crib and mattress to avoid gaps that the baby’s head could become trapped in.

Smart looking furniture for a good start
Add a traditional touch with the SUNDVIK series. It has both classic looks and smart features, like a removable side and adjustable height for the crib (tested to the strictest safety standards in the world!). So while the series is for kids from 0 to 7, grown-ups will love it, too

How to use

USING

The crib can be adjusted to prevent the child from injuries resulting from the child trying to get in and out of the crib on its own. The bed base can be place at two different heights, so when the child starts to move around more you may lower the bed base.

All furniture more than 60 cm (23⅝˝) high should be anchored to the wall. Overall size: Width×Depth×Height.

SUNDVIK crib, 76×138 (29⅞×54⅜˝). The crib base can be placed at two different heights. One crib side can be removed when the child is big enough to climb into/out of the crib. Your baby will sleep both safely and comfortably as the durable materials in the crib base have been tested to ensure they give their body the support it needs. The crib base is well ventilated for good air circulation which gives your child a pleasant sleeping climate.

79×51/81×99/108 cm (31⅛×20⅛-34¼×39–42½”). The changing table has a long life, as it’s easy to convert into a chest of drawers when your child is past the diaper stage. Comfortable height for changing the baby. Practical storage space within close reach: you can always keep a hand on your baby. Drawer stop; prevents drawers from being fully extended and falling out.
