How to pair SoundPEATS Life?

Please make sure the charging case have remaining power. Openthecharging case lid, both earbuds will automatically enter TWS pairing mode. After successfully pairing with each other, the indicator on main earphonewill
flash in red and white, the indicator of second earphone will stay white, thenthe earphones will enter pairing mode. -
Find and click “SOUNDPEATS Life” in the Bluetooth list of your devicetoconnect. The indicator of both earphones will stay on after successfullyconnected.

SOUNDPEATS Life Bluetooth earphones can remember previously paireddevices. When you make the second connection, simply activate the Bluetoothin your device and take out both earbuds from charging case at the sametime, these earphones will automatically connect to each other and pair withyour device. If the earphones can’t pair with your device automatically, pleaseactivate the Bluetooth in your device and choose “SOUNDPEATSLife” toconnect.
How to reset SoundPEATS Life?
(Try the following steps if you fail building connection between two earbuds, or between earbuds and device.)
- Clean paring record of the earphones in all your devices.
- Place back both earphones into the charging case and make sure theyarein charging status. The indicator of the charging case will flash once whentheearphones are successfully put in.
- Keep the charging case lid open, press and hold the button of the chargingcase for 10s until the white light flashes twice, reset complete.
- Close the lid and open it again to activate the earphones.

Please try to use another known working charging cable to charge the charging case for more than 10 hours through your computer. Compared to other electronics, the headphones are low power products. Hence for charging safety, please do not use fast charger.

It is possible that your battery is completely empty, and it needs a bit of
time to activate itself. There might not be any sign of activity during the
first minutes of charging
First, confirm if your symptom is resolved after charging your device for more
than 5 minutes
If the LED indicator on the earbud stays off, please use some microfiber cloth
with a bit of rubbing alcohol to clean the charging connectors and try to
adjust the earbuds to ensure the led light is on, then make sure to try and
fully charge the earbud. This may take several hours. Warm tip : Please be
careful not to press the earphone too hard in the charging case, so as not to
damage the copper pillars
