DISPLAY INSTRUCTION

- Start: When the machine stops, this button will start the machine according to the preset mode
- Program: When the machine stops, this button can preset four modes as below:
- Manual: LED shows HA.00, this mode can set the time between 0 and 20 Minutes. when you press start Dutton, you can adjust the speed as needed, but time cannot be adjusted
- Automatic P1:LED shows P1.01, this mode will run at a certain rhythm.
- Time and speed cannot be adjusted
- Automatic P2:LED shows P2.03, this mode will run at a certain rhythm. Time and Speed Cannot be adjusted
- Automatic P3: LED shows P2.05, this mode will run at a certain rhythm. Time and Speed cannot be adjusted
- Power: The machine will go to standby mode when this button is pressed.
- The LED will show Press the button again and the machine
- Will resume normal function.
- If the machine is turned on and not used for 3 minutes, it will also go to standby mode.
- Time/Speed +: When the machine stops manual mode,.time can be increased between 1-15minutes(Default time:10 minutes).
- While the machine works in manual mode, speed can be raised by this button.
- Time/Speed-: When the machine stops in manual mode, time can be reduced between 1-15minutes(Default time:10 minutes).
- While the machine works in manual mode, speed can be reduced with his button.

- The display Will alternate between showing speed and time every 5 seconds.
EXERCISE SESSION
The Body shaper utilizes the body’s own reflexes to exercise your muscles in a convenient manner that does not require you to get out of breath. The Body shaper accomplishes this best when you are in a stretched position, such as a squat posture, and your muscles are working to keep you in that position. When the oscillating plate moves quickly, your muscles automatically move a small amount to keep you in that posture, hence exercising your muscles in one of the positions shown, but you will only get the best results if you bend your knees or arms (depending on which is pressing on the oscillating plate) so your muscles adapt ihe automatic motion described.
You can also use the Body shaper as a general massager to ease muscle pain and improve circulation, and to do this, you should not press as hard on the plate, rather let the plate do the work for you. Use several different postures for a few efficiently. You will find the Body shaper effective, but only if you use it whilst minutes each for a complete workout.
