MOUNTING AND RECYCLING INSTRUCTIONS
WIFI SMART WATER LEAKAGE ALARM
- Place the water alarm in any potential flood spot
- such as next to washing machines, sinks, water heaters, bathrooms, basements, boats, sum pumps, garages, etc., and the water alarm will let you know when and if you have a leak. No buttons to push, no complicated programming.
Operating instructions
- Use a screwdriver to open the two screws on the bottom of the water leak alarm. Remove the battery cover and insert two 1.5 V AA alkaline batteries. Make sure the seal is in place and reattach the cover. The alarm is now ready for use. Next, connect the water leak detector to your Airam SmartHome app according t the instructions.
- Place the water alarm on the floor in any potential water leak areas within your home. When the water alarm detects water, the water alarm sounds a very loud alarm. Do not place on a metal or other conductive surface as the alarm may sound without water present (fig. 3).
- To disarm, simply remove the water alarm from water or remove the battery. Allow th device to completely dry before re-use, replace batteries.
Battery replacement
The alarm will chirp approximately once every30 seconds when the battery is getting low. To change the battery simply follow the step 1 of the operating instruction. Handle the recycling in the appropriate manner. Dicarded electrical and electronic equipment is waste, that has to be recycled via the national WEEE collection center.
