Power On & Off

Power On: Press the Power Button once, all LED indicators light up and Pillar Powerbank enters standby mode.
Power Off: Press the Power Button twice continupusly, all LED indicators light off and Pillar Powerbank turns off.
Standby Mode: Pillar Powerbank turns off automatically after 25 seconds without other operations.

Wired Charging

Please fully charge PILLAR Powerbank before first use.
When PILLAR Powerbank remains standby mode, plug a USB cable into the USB-A or Type-C output port on PIlLLAR Powerbank and the other end of cable to the USB chargeable device, the device will begin charging automatically.

Wireless Charging Status

LED Indicator

• White Light On: In standby mode.
• White Light Flashing: Charging.
• Red and White Light Flashing Alternately: Wireless charging is abnormal.

Wireless Charging

• Please make sure your device is compatible for wireless charging.
• For mobile devices, please make sure to use a wireless charging compatible case or no case when charging wirelessly. Generic cases may not support this feature.
• When PILLAR Powerbank remains standby mode, place your device on the top of Wireless Magnetic Charging Pad of PILLAR POwerbank, the device will begin charging automatically.
• The maximum wireless charging rate may affected by the restriction of your device. Please check your device before use.
• Please do not put metal or other materials on the Wireless Magnetic Charging Pad, i.e. credit cards, keys, coins, batteries, that may cause short circuit.
• When wireless charging is abnormal, please take off your device and make sure no metal object on the back of your device. Place your device correctly on the Wireless  Magnetic Charging Pad again.
• When the Magnetic Stand of PILLAR Powerbank is overheated, keep your device away from the Magnetic Stand until it cools doen before attempting to charge.

The Magnetic Stand of PILLAR Powerbank is foldable and also adiustable from 230° to 80

Powerbank Recharging

When PILLAR Powerbank is out of or low on power, please recharge it by plugging a USB cable into Micro-USB or Type-C input port and the other end of cable to charging port or power source.
The recharging time may affected by the restriction of the charging port. Please use QC 3.0 or PD 3.0 adapter to shorten the time.
You can still charge your device during this situation.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

The product comes with a factory warranty for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Your product is in perfect condition. In the event where a replacement umit is needed, the owner must provide the original receipt of purchase in order to grant replacement, providing the defect falls under warranty terms. If your unit has been disassembled or repaired without the manufacturer’s authorization, the warranty will be immediately voided. The owner is responsible for any fee and charges of delivering the unit back to the agent or manufacturer.
