The H20 Audio Interval Headphones are ideal for water activities like swimming and surfing since they can survive entire submersion of up to 12 feet (3 meters) of water. Simply clip your Apple Watch right to the strap of your goggles for quick access and less drag while swimming by fastening it to the Interval. With incredibly handy buttons, you may adjust the volume, play, pause, or skip audio. H2O Audio headphones produce an outstanding sound with a noticeable change in the bass, as confirmed by the independent audio lab (low frequency). HOW TO PAIR
- Use the instructions that come with your Bluetooth equipment to put it in pairing mode.
- Select Bluetooth under Settings on your Apple Watch. It will look for nearby Bluetooth devices on your Apple Watch.
- Select Bluetooth device accessories.
- Enter a passkey or PIN if prompted.
FAQs
How secure is the apple watch in the clip? I’m doing ocean swimming
It is surprisingly secure. I’ve also come to use the headset with the watch bands on my wrist and not holstered in the clip so I can see stats and manipulate controls more easily.
Why do I lose signal 1/2 way down the lap?
You have likely paired your Interval with the phone and not the watch! If you are not using the watch – and want to use your phone – put the phone halfway on the lane to improve the range. For more support – please email H2O Audio: [email protected]
The headphones work well but it’s not tracking my laps on the app, what am I doing wrong?

Has Spotify updated their system to support offline play yet?
YES!! Spotify can now stream music without a phone. They seem to be in beta, but we have confirmed it is working. You need a WIFI or cellular connection to stream the music. You will also need the premium subscription.
If a headphone cord breaks, can it be swapped out?
No. They are built in.
Will these work with a Garmin watch as well?

Will this allow the watch to stay connected to the phone even in the water?
Your phone can be connected to the Interval, but due to Bluetooth range (30ft/10m) and the fact that it is not able to connect underwater, we have designed the watch to operate in a ‘stand-alone’ mode where the phone connection is not needed. Your music and audiobooks are automatically stored in the watch and no phone is needed. The Interval is designed to connect to the watch (this connection works underwater too).
Does it work with Spotify?
Any music app that supports OFFLINE play is supported. This is where your music is synced to the watch memory. Current apps are Pandora Premium, Apple Music, Deezer, and others. As of today 7/23/2020 – Spotify app does not support offline play. We hope they will update their app soon. One option to get your Spotify music is to use a separate app to convert your Spotify playlists to Apple Music and use.
can the new series 7 45mm fit this?
I believe so but don’t buy it. Doesn’t work well while swimming.
Do the headphones also serve as earplugs, keeping water out of the ears?
Yes – the headphones come in several different sizes and shapes of earplugs to seal the water out.
Does this work with Apple Watch Series 2?
Yes. this works with the Apple Watch Series 2.
Can you keep the watch on your wrist and connect via Bluetooth?
Unfortunately no. The Bluetooth connection underwater is only able to reach a few inches. (due to laws of physics). Therefore you need to attach the watch to the Interval headphones.
Does it stay working through flip turns and underwater?
Yes.
Apple Watch, I paired, and when I click play it shows (icon changes to pause) that it is playing but there is no sound. 5 sec later it stops.

Can you listen to music and use the tracking app simultaneously?
Yes – you can! Just select your music app (best to use locally stored music/audiobooks/podcasts that sync with the watch). Get your music going and start any tracking app you want.
