Safety Information

In order to reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock, and/or injury to persons when using the electrical appliance, it is important to follow these basic safety precautions:

Intended for use ONLY as a massage table warmer. This is NOT a blanket. This is NOT a heater.
Not intended for use with pets.
Unfold completely for proper use.
Check table warmer frequently to ensure it is NOT bunched or folded as this could cause excess heat and result in injury or fire.
If your table warmer does not function properly, discontinue use immediately and consult the manufacturer or distributor.
Regularly inspect the cord, plug, power supply and table warmer for damages. If damaged, discontinue use immediately and consult the manufacturer or distributor.
If using an adjustable height massage table, make sure the cord cannot be caught.
Pad should NOT hang over the edge of massage table.
Do not leave disabled persons, infants, or young children unattended while in use.
Long applications on the high setting can result in skin irritation or burns.
Keep control unit away from open windows.
Do not pierce with sharp objects.
Use table warmer only on an alternating current supply circuit of correct voltage.
Keep the flexible power supply and switch (as much as possible) off the top of the table.
Unplug the unit at the power outlet when not in use.

NOTE: The electrical specifications of the table warmer are:

North America (Fahrenheit degree): 120VAC, 85W, 60Hz
Europe/Asia (Celsius degree): 250VAC, 85W, 50Hz

Care & Maintenance

Table Warmer – Care Instructions

To avoid damaging your table warmer, carefully read and follow the instructions below.

DO NOT DRY-CLEAN! Cleaning liquids can deteriorate the insulation and/or covering of the heating unit.
DO NOT MACHINE WASH, MACHINE DRY, OR IRON.
SPOT CLEAN ONLY – see instructions below.

Spot Cleaning Instructions

Before cleaning, ensure the control is set to “Off” and the plug is removed from the wall socket.
Sponge the soiled area using lukewarm water and mild detergent or soap.
Follow with a sponging of clean water. To remove excess water, compress the wet area between dry absorbent towels.

Storage Instructions

Fold neatly and loosely, without sharp bends in the heating element.
DO NOT place objects on top of you massage table warmer.
DO NOT ROLL

Washable Fleece Cover – Care Instructions

Remove cover from the table warmer.
Machine wash on cold water and tumble dry, low setting.
(Can also follow above “spot cleaning instructions” for the fleece cover as needed.)

Hassle-Free One Year Warranty

Our accessories are warranted for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This warranty is limited to product repair or replacement, at Earthlite’s sole discretion. Warranty claims must provide proof of purchase in order to obtain an Earthlite Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please contact Earthlite customer service at 760-599-1112 to obtain warranty support. Earthlite may require, at its discretion, customer to ship the product(s) back to the factory (at customer’s expense) for any warranty claim. Earthlite will return the warranted product, shipping prepaid, to customers in the continental U.S. International customers as well as domestic customers outside of the continental U.S. are responsible for all shipping charges (inbound and outbound), as well as any applicable duties and taxes.

Operations & Controls

Note: When warmer is plugged in, the control will automatically turn on with a default temperature of 1150F with a 3 hour timer. (Temperature ranges from 960F/35.60C lowest – 1350F/57.20C maximum.)

Power Button:

Press & hold for 2 seconds to power on or off

Red/Blue Buttons:

Press & hold to increase/decrease temperature

+/- Buttons:

Press to increase/decrease timer by 30 minute increments
Timer range is 0-10 hours

Dimmer Feature

Without any operation for 1 minute, the remote brightness will dim. Press any button to wake up the system and return the display to normal brightness.

User Set Countdown Timer Feature

Automatically shuts the warmer off when the timer reaches 0:00:00.

Troubleshooting

HOW TO TEST THE WARMER
The only effective way to test the warmer quickly is to roll up your DLX™ warmer, set it to high heat and wait 5 minutes. Place your hand in the center. If you feel heat, it’s working.

MY WARMER WILL NOT HEAT UP
The pad provides warmth within 5 minutes of a client laying on it. Adding a blanket will help insulate and retain the heat between services. The pad itself is not designed to retain the heat.

MY WARMER IS NOT GETTING HOT ENOUGH
The DLX™ warmer is designed to provide plenty of heat, but only when a client or blanket is laying on it will it retain the heat.

MY WARMER SHUTS DOWN
The DLX™ table warmer controller includes a user set countdown timer feature, which automatically shuts the warmer off when it reaches 0:00:00. Make sure this feature is set to a desired time.

MY WARMER WON’T TURN ON
If the display no longer turns on, the DLX™ warming pad could be plugged into a faulty outlet, or the overheat safety circuit could have been activated. Make sure the pad is plugged into a tested outlet, and if the display is still not working, the pad needs to be replaced or returned.
