Plug into wall outlet
Press button once for “H” High
Press twice for “M” Medium
Press three times for “L” Low
Press once more to turn warmer off

Note: The controller features a 3-hour auto shut-off.

Warranty Information

Limited One Year Warranty

EARTHLITE, LLC. (EARTHLITE) warrants to the original purchaser that this product shall be free of defects in material, design and craftsmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase (the “Warranty Period.”) If this product is determined to be defective during the Warranty Period, Earthlite agrees to either repair or replace, at its option, the Earthlite product. You must call 800-872-0560 to obtain Earth lite’s step-by-step instructions to receive repair/replacement services.

Disclaimer of Warranty

This warranty shall not apply if this product is damaged due to the accident, misuse, neglect, or other causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship. In no event is Earthlite liable for loss of profits, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or other similar damages, including but not limited to any claim or demand by any consumer or third party arising out of this warranty, furnishing or functioning of this product. Any applicable implied warranties, including warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby expressly disclaimed.

Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice which is evidence that the product is within the warranty period must be presented to obtain warranty service.

In order to reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock, and/or injury to persons when using the electrical appliance, it is important to follow these basic safety precautions:

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS
Intended for use ONLY as a massage table warmer. This is NOT a blanket.
Unfold completely for proper use.
Check table warmer frequently to ensure it is NOT bunched or folded as this could cause excess heat and result in injury or fire.
If your table warmer does not function properly, discontinue use immediately and consult the manufacturer or distributor.
Regularly inspect the cord, plug, power supply and table warmer for damages. If damaged, discontinue use immediately and consult the manufacturer or distributor.
If using an adjustable height massage table, make sure the cord cannot be caught.
Pad should not hang over the edge of massage table.
This pad is not to be used on or by an invalid, sleeping or unconscious person, or a person with poor blood circulation unless carefully attended.
Do not leave disabled persons, infants, or young children unattended while in use.
Do not use while sleeping. Do not use on an infant.
Not intended for use with pets.
Do not use on areas of sensitive skin.
Long applications on the high setting can result in skin irritation or burns.
Keep control unit away from open windows.
Do not pierce with sharp objects.
Use table warmer only on an alternating current supply circuit of correct voltage.
Keep the flexible power supply and switch (as much as possible) off the top of the table.
Unplug the unit at the power outlet when not in use.

Fold neatly and loosely, without sharp bends in the heating element.
Do not place objects on top of your massage table warmer.

Care & Maintenance

DO NOT DRY-CLEAN! Cleaning liquids can deteriorate the insulation and / or covering of the heating unit.

Follow the instructions below

Before cleaning, ensure the control is set to the “Off” position and the plug is removed from the wall socket.

Spot Cleaning

Sponge the soiled area using luke warm water and mild detergent or soap. Follow with a sponging of clean water. To remove excess water, compress the wet area between absorbent towels.

TO REDUCE THE RISK OF BURNS, ELECTRIC SHOCK, AND FIRE, THIS PRODUCT MUST BE USED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS:

DO NOT USE WHILE SLEEPING.
DO NOT USE ON AN INFANT.
THIS PAD IS NOT TO BE USED BY OR ON AN INVALID, SLEEPING OR UNCONSCIOUS PERSON, OR A PERSON WITH POOR BLOOD CIRCULATION UNLESS CAREFULLY ATTENDED.
DO NOT USE ON AREAS OF INSENSITIVE SKIN.
BURNS CAN OCCUR REGARDLESS OF CONTROL SETTING, CHECK SKIN UNDER PAD FREQUENTLY.
NEVER USE PAD WITHOUT COVER IN PLACE
DO NOT USE PINS OR OTHER METALLIC MEANS TO FASTEN THIS PAD IN PLACE.
DO NOT SIT ON OR CRUSH PAD – AVOID SHARP FOLDS.
NEVER PULL THIS PAD BY THE SUPPLY CORD.
DO NOT USE THE CORD AS A HANDLE.
CAREFULLY EXAMINE INNER COVER BEFORE EACH USE. DISCARDTHE PAD IF INNER COVERING SHOWS ANY SIGN OF DETERIORATION.
LOOP CORD LOOSELY WHEN STORING, TIGHT WRAPPING MAY DAMAGE CORD AND INTERNAL PARTS.
READ AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS ON BOX OR PACKED WITH PAD BEFORE USING.
