CAUTION
- When lowering any section of the table, make sure that no supplies or any part of yours or your client’s body is between the top of your table and its base. This could result in injury or could damage your table as well as the item. It is recommended that you always return your tabletop to the lowest flat position to avoid leaving the base exposed.
- When lowering the table height, be sure there are no foreign obstacles are underneath your table that could obstruct it from lowering completely. This could damage your table.

The described adjustments can be done with a client on the table, but use caution to ensure that the client’s weight is supported while positioning the table section(s).
Do not sit or put unnecessary amounts of pressure on the back section of the
table when it is in a tilt position of any level. This can damage or destroy
the tilt mechanism and cause harm or bodily injury to persons. The tilt
mechanism is intended solely to be used when a client is properly seated or
lying on the tabletop. Damage caused in this manner may void the warranty.

SECTION 3: INSTALLATION
Your Sedona table comes completely assembled and ready to use.
Once the table is unpacked, follow the “Moving Your Table” instructions below.
Moving Your Table
CAUTION
Always use caution when moving your table – always use proper safety
procedures/equipment.
Lift your table by grasping firmly from the bottom of the frame underneath the upholstered top. Do not try to lift from the upholstered top.
Leveling Your Table
Leveling, or balancing, your table is very important during initial setup and
routine maintenance. Your table is equipped with leveling feet that can adjust
to uneven doors.
To adjust the leveler feet:
- Place the table in the position you plan to use it.
- To determine which foot needs adjusting, attempt to “rock” your table. If there is any movement, the leg that is lifting is the one that will need adjusting.
- Raise table height approximately 6 inches.
- Using your hand, or a wrench if necessary, turn the leveling foot in the needed direction. (Counterclockwise will lower the overall height, clockwise will raise the overall height)
Table
Accessories
All Sedona tables come with outlets at both ends, specifically designed to
provide a fixed location for FacePillow platforms, salon pillows, and other
accessories.
See the Earthlite website for all available accessories that will fit into the table outlets.
Weight & Lift Capacities
800 lbs. The Sedona’s maximum weight capacity is 800 lbs.
50 lbs. His back section and leg section has a maximum weight capacity of
50 lbs. These sections are not meant to hold full body weight.
SECTION 4: OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Height Adjustment
Note: You will need to either turn your table on its side or have a second
person to hold the table in a tilted position while you adjust the legs.
- Step 1: Locate the adjustment knobs and turn counterclockwise to loosen.
- Step 2: Remove the knobs to expose the screws.
- Step 3: Remove the outer part of the leg.
- Step 4: Move the outer part of the leg up or down to adjust the table height. When the leg is at the desired position, replace the knobs and ti ghten secure by turning clockwise.
Pneumatic Tilt/Salon Adjustment (Optional)
To adjust, compress the lever to release, allowing you to reposition on the
angle of the table section. Using your other hand, support the table section
until the desired angle is reached, and release the lever to lock into place.
Note: Adjustments can be done with a client on the table, however, use cauti
on to ensure that the client’s weight is supported with your hand that is
guiding the table section.
SECTION 5: CARE & MAINTENANCE
Cleaning & Ongoing Maintenance
DO NOT USE acetone, “Armor All” type cleaners, citrus-based cleaners, or
industrial cleaners. These can seriously damage the upholstery. Such damage
would not be covered under warranty.
With proper maintenance, your table is designed to give you years of trouble-
free operation. To ensure your table will continue to function properly and
keep its appearance, we recommend the following.
Category | Care Recommendation |
---|
Upholstery
| Remove day-to-day dirt and smudges with a mild soap and water solution. For tough stains and to disinfect, use a (100 to 1) water to bleach solution. Spray a damp cloth with the solution to clean.
After each cleaning, gently wipe the upholstery with a damp cloth and clean water, then allow the upholstery to air dry before using or storing.
For more difficult stains, please contact your dealer or please call us directly for guidance. For best results, use only the products suggested above.
Wood| To maintain the wood finish and retouch scratches, use a high quality furniture wax.
Leveling Feet
| Regularly check to ensure the table is level and stable. See page 6 for leveling instructions.
