EMTEK Key in Knob/Lever Lock with 8 Style Rosette Installation
Small hole should face down
STEP 1
Rotate key counterclockwise 90º while pressing wire into hole.
STEP 2
Slide knob/lever off stem.
STEP 3
After re-pinning cylinder, insert knob/lever onto stem

Lock Assembly
Preparation
Install Strike Plate
Install Latch
Fasten Latch using two #8 x 3/4” Wood Screws (provided).
Remove Inside Rosette
Remove inside knob/lever by loosening set screw w/ hex wrench (provided).
Unthread rosette nut counterclockwise to remove from housing before installing on door.
Installing Inside Chassis
Fasten Inside Chassis using two #8-32 x 1½” Pan Head Machine Screws (provided).
Installing Inside Trim
Secure inside rosette to door by threading nut clockwise on to stem.
