OVERVIEW

  • SET button: short press to activate the manual feeding function; long press for 5 seconds to restore factory settings.
  • The batteries are only a backup in case of power failure, but suggest putting batteries in all the time.

Part Instruction

Remove and Insert the Top Part

  • You could twist the top part CLOCKWISE to remove it and clean the hopper.
  • Point the buckle to the buckle hole, twist the top part ANTICLOCKWISE to lock.

Note:

  • Removing the top part frequently is not suggested.
  • Use a wet cloth to clean the hopper each month, and always keep the feeder in dry condition.

Romove and Insert the Lid

  • Twist the lid ANTICLOCKWISE to remove it and add the kibble.
  • Insert the lid and twist CLOCKWISE to lock it.

What’s In The Box

  1.  Apply power, and plug in the power adaptor. If do NOT want to use a power Adaptor, you can change to using a battery.
  2. Install batteries to the base (3 new “D” cell, alkaline batteries. Batteries NOT included) make sure the power switch is at the “I ” location.

APP download

Method 1:
Scan the QR codes above to redirect to the APP download page, and follow the instructions to download and install the corresponding APP.

Method 2:
Search “PetU” at APP Store (1OS users) or in Google Play (Android users), download, and install.

Permission is needed when installing the APP. Allow WLAN, Location, Use a microphone, Use phone storage.

Sign up for an account with your email, then log in. Select the W66 on the “Only WIFi” column.

Enter in your home WIFi account and password to connect to your 2.4G WiFi network. (5.0GHz is NO supported).

If QR code can’t be scanned, enter into hotspot connection mode and follow the APP prompts.

  1. Log in to Alexa with your amazon account.

Set the device name like Jack, Tom, Lisa, etc. in the PetU APP on your phone.

Using Alexa to Feed

  • Wake up Alexa.
  • Saying “Alexa, start PetU feeder “or” Alexa, launch PetU feeder or Alexa, open PetU feeder”, then you will hear welcome to PetU feeder from Alexa.
  • You could say “Jack feed 1”, Jack is the device name, and feed 1 means feeding your pet 1 portion immediately.

FAQs

App cant pair with the phone.

  • Check the power.
    Make sure the power adaptor is connected properly, including the switch should be on the T location, and the USB cable is plugged into the adaptor tightly. The batteries are in the right place.

  • Check the indicator light when the Power switch is on. If the green light is blinking, the feeder is ready to connect to the Wi-Fi. You could connect it again.

  • Check the permission settings: Allow WLAN, Location, Use a microphone, Use phone storage.

  • Check if your router has a limitation on the number of connecting devices.

  • Pairing again.
    Long press the “Smart Pet Feeder” and “delete the device”. Do the pairing process again, making sure you Type in the agent WiIFi password and hear the “Bi-bibi’ sound when a long-pressing the Set button.

What will it happen when a meeting power cuts or no Internet connection?

  • We suggest you put in the batteries and press the switch to “T for backup. With the batteries, the feeder will still follow the setting in the APP to dispense food.

The reasons for inaccurate food dispensing

  • Check if the dispense port is stuck.
  • Insufficient food in the feeder.
  • The size of the food is too large.
