Overview

  1. Teclast K10 Bluetooth Keyboard is rechargeable and is compatible with Windows, Android, iOS devices including laptops, tablets, and smartphones.

  2. Indicator and buttons
    1.CAPS indicator: When the keyboard is connected, press the Caps Lock key, CAPS indicator will tum on, to type uppercase letters.  Press the Caps Lock key again, CAPS indicator will turn off, to type lowercase letters.
    2.Btuetooth indicator: Press CONNECT to pair. Blinking blue light indicates the keyboard is pairing. Indicator will turn off when successfully paired.
    3.Charge indicator: Red indicates the keyboard is charging, charge indicator will turn off when fully charged.
    4. Power indicator: Flashes blue when connected and turns off after 5 seconds. Power indicator will continuously blink blue when battery is low and turn off when battery is depleted.
    5. CONNECT button: Press CONNECT button to enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Bluetooth indicator will continuously blink blue.

  3. OFF/ON: When turned ON, power indicator will flash for 3 seconds.

 Set Up

On the keyboard

Slide OFF/ON to ON, power indicator will flash for 3 seconds.

Press CONNECT button, Bluetooth indicator will blink blue.
Wheen pering is successful ,Bluetooh indication will off.
On Windows 10

Start Menu—>Settings—>Devices—>Bluetooth and other devices—>Add Bluetooth or other devices—>Bluetooth
Select “TECLAST K10” in the device list and follow on-screen instructions to finish pairing.
Press “Fn+W(Win)”on the keyboard to use the keyboard with Windows configuration.
On Android

Settings—>Connected devices—>Pair new device
Select “TECLAST KIT in the device list and follow on-screen instructions to finish pairing.
Press “Fn+Q(Android)”on the keyboard to use the keyboard with Android configuration.
On iOS (iPhone, iPad)

Settings—>Bluetooth Select”TECLAST KIO” in the other devices list and follow on-screen instructions to finish pairing
Press “Fn+E(10S)” on the keyboard to use the keyboard with iOS configuration.
On Mac OS X (10.9 or higher)

System Preferences—>Keyboard—>Set Up Bluetooth Keyboard.
Select “TECLAST K10” in the device list and follow on-screen instructions to finish pairing.
Press “Fn+E(10S)” on the keyboard to use the keyboard with iOS configuration.

Switching Devices

Teclast K10 Bluetooth Keyboard is compatible with laptops, tablets, and smartphones. Press CONNECT button to enter Bluetooth pairing mode to pair or re-pair with devices.
Note: Steps to forgetting Bluetooth devices may differ by devices and operating systems.
You can disconnect or forget this paired keyboard by accessing this keyboard in Bluetooth settings then forget this device.

Shortcuts And Hotkeys

Shortcuts and media functions are available detailed by the print on the key. To perform a shortcut, hold down the Fn (function) key while pressing the key associated with an action.

Charging

The Power indicator will blink when battery is low, and it is time to charge the keyboard.

Please charge using a micro-USB cable and a 5V/lA or 5V/2A adapter.
The Power indicator will stay on red during charging and turn off when the keyboard is fully charged.

Charging is expected to take no more than 2 hours. Battery is expected to last 40 hours of typing and 23 days on standby.

FAQ/Troubleshoot

If you can’ t pair your device with the keyboard****

– This keyboard can only connect using Bluetooth, please ensure that your device has Bluetooth functionality.
Restart the device and try pairing the keyboard again.
Note: On Windows, sometimes pairing a new Bluetooth device may require additional software update and the update may still be running even after a successful connection prompt. Please wait until all software updates are completed and reboot your computer to try pairing again.

Make sure the computer can bpaired with a Bluetooth device. (Windows)****

– Please enter Bluetooth settings.,pen Settings and check the following checkboxes

  • Allow Bluetooth devices to discover this computer
  • Allow Bluetooth devices to connect to this computer
  • Notify me when a Bluetooth device attempt to connect
  • Please make sure that your computer, tablet, or smartphone supports external keyboards (HID Bootloader). Please refer to the manual of your device or connect the rnanufacturer.

My keyboard is not working.

  • Make sure the correct channel is selected.
  • Pressing any key on the keyboard will wake the keyboard frorn sleep.
  • Turn off the keyboard and turn it on again.
  • Turn off Bluetooth and reboot the computer. (VVindows)

On the keyboard:
Please turn off and restart the keyboard. Reconnect via Bluetooth.

  • Make sure the keyboard is charged.
  • Make sure the keyboard is paired.
  • Re-pair the keyboard with the computer, tablet, or smartphone.

On your device: Go to Bluetooth Settings and forget Teclast K10 Keyboard.
Turn off Bluetooth.
Restart the device and turn on Bluetooth.
Follow instructions detailed in Set Up and re-pair the keyboard.

My keyboard is having connection issues
If you are experiencing connection drops, lag, or delay, this is likely caused by a Bluetooth connection loss.

  • Check keyboard battery.
  • Avoid placing the keyboard on metal surfaces as it may interfere with Bluetooth signal.
  • Radio frequency (RE) interference from other sources, such as wireless speakers, cell phones, and so on.
  • Move other devices away from your device for a distance of at least 20cm (8 inches).
  • Move the keyboard closer to your device.

Change input source or upper/lower-case keys
On Windows

  • Caps Lock: CAPS indicator indicates upper-case or lower-case input.
  • Ctrl + Space/Shift: Change input source.

On iOS

  • aps Lock: CAPS indicator indicates upper-case or lower-case input. (Settings—>General—> Keyboard—>Hardware Keyboard—>Switch Languages using Caps Lock)
  • Ctrl + Space: Change input source.

On Android

  • Caps Lock: CAPS indicator indicates upper-case or lower-case input.
  • Shift + Space: Change input source.
  • Alt + Tab: Switch apps.
