SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING

Do not use with aggressive dogs. Aggressive dogs can cause severe injuryandevendeath to their owners and others. If you believe your dog might be aggressive, werecommend you contact your local veterinarian

CAUTION

Please fully charge the Remote and Receiver before you use the product.
The collar receiver is IP67 waterproof, the remote is IP65 rainproof.
When your dog is swimming or diving with the receiver collar, please check whether the receiver’s charging port is completely closed. If there is a gap,water may cause damage.
Make sure the collar is NOT TOO TIGHT, two fingers must fit between the collar belt and your dog’s neck.
Metal contact probes should cover with silicone, most dogs can wear it comfortably. If some dogs are allergic to silicone or feel uncomfortable with the collar receiver, please stop using it and consult a veterinarian.
Avoid leaving the collar on a pet for more than 8 hours per day.
When possible reposition the collar on the pet’s neck every 1 to 2 hours, it will prevent the skin from damage.
Never connect a leash to a collar with contact points. It will cause excessive pressure on the contact points.
Examine the contact area daily for signs of a rash or a sore.
If a rash or sore is found, discontinue using this product until the skin has healed.
If the condition persists beyond 48 hours, see your veterinarian.
This product is only for use with healthy pets. If you are unsure that your pet is in good health, we recommend that you take your pet to a veterinarian be fore using this product.

This product is only suitable for training and is banned for animal abuse.

Tun On and Off Receiver and Remote

Turn On: Press the power button a short beep comes out, turn on the receiver.
Turn Off: Press the power button again a long beep comes out, turn off the receiver.

Remote：
Upward position: Use the remote normally
Button centered: Disable shock feature
Downward position: Turn off your remote

Low Battery Warnings

Receiver
When the receiver collar’s battery is below30%, the indicator light will become RED.
(In standby mode, the indicator light will become red and flash every 3 seconds.)

Channel

Channel Button: There 4 channel modes that can be switched, channel 1,channel 2, channel 3,and channel 1+2+3.

Channel 1: Only show this icon ( ) on the remote screen.
If you pair remote and receiver on channel 1, only on channel 1 that the function can work.
Channel 2: Only show this icon ( ) on the remote screen.
If you pair remote and receiver on channel 2, only on channel 2 that the function can work.
Channel 3: Only show this icon ( ) on the remote screen.
If you pair remote and receiver on channel 3, only on channel 3 that the function can work.
Channel 1+2+3:
Showing both ( ) on the remote screen at the same time. After pairing the 3 receivers with a remote on channel 1 and channel 2 、3 respectively,in this mode, it can deliver the same command to 3 receivers at the same time.

Charging

When the receiver collar is charging, the indicator light flashed RED, when fully charged, the LED indicator light stop at GREEN.
When the remote is charging, the remote battery icon will change from 1-4 bars,the indicator light flash Red, when fully charged will stop at 4 bars, the indicator light stop at Green.

Please select the 5V1A or less adapter to charge the product.

For the initial charge, be sure to charge it for 4 hours, subsequent charges only take 2-3 hours.

Sleep Mode

Receiver Collar: After 3 minutes of no operation with the receiver, it enters sleep mode and maintains extremely low power consumption.

When you launch a command signal by remote, you can wake it up directly within 1-2 seconds.

Remote: After 20 seconds of no operation with the remote, the screen backlight will turn off, and after 40 seconds, it enters sleep mode and maintains extremely low power consumption.

Pressing any button on the remote can wake it up.

How to Pair

Turn on the receiver collar and remote
Choose the channel 1,2 or channel 3
Hold the receiver power button for 3 seconds, you will hear 2″beeps” from the receiver collar
Then press”Beep Button”, you will hear 2″beeps” from the receiver collar again, which means pairing is successful

How to Use the Test Light

The test light is use to the test the shock mode work or not.

How do the test light work?

After pairing the remote and receiver.
Hold the test light contacts against the receiver contact points.
Press the shock button and the test light should flash orange indicating the electric shock is operating correctly. It will be brighter accordingly with the shock level increasing.

Delivers electric shock to the collar receiver.
Press the Shock button, then press the
Up/Down button can adjust shock levels from 1 to 50.

NOTE:

If the remote is in sleep mode, you need to press any button to wake up the remote, then press the function button you want, and the function will work.
If you want to switch from beep or vibration to shock mode, you need to press the shock button twice, the first press is to enter the shock mode, then press the shock button, and the shock function will work.

Collar Fitting

The collar receiver should be fitted so that the contact points press firmly against the dog’s skin. When properly fitted, you should be able to fit a finger or two snugly in between the contact points and your dog’s skin When properly fitted, the collar receiver should not move around on the dog.
The best location for the collar receiver box is either side the dog’s windpipe.
A loose fit can allow the collar receiver to move around on the dog’s neck. When this happens,the contact points may rub the skin and cause irritation.
If the collar receiver is too tight, the dogs may have difficulty breathing

Please check whether contact points touch dog’s neck, If it is covered by hair,tidy it up (because fur is a non conductor.)

Collar Fitting

If the collar is too long for your dog, you can trim it using the pictures as a guide.
Remember to singe the end of the collar to prevent fraying.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why I can not pair the remote with receiver?
Please make choose you to choose channel 1 , 2 or channel 3, not the channel 1+2+3 mode.
Why isn’t the receiver responding to the remote?
Please make the remote on the right channel. If you pair channel 1, and then you switch to channel 2, the receiver will not respond to the remote.
Once my pet is trained and has been obeying my commands, will he have to continue to wear the Receiver Collar?
Probably not. You may need to reinforce training with the Receiver Collar from time to time.
Is the Vibration/Shock safe for my pet?
While the Vibration/Shock is unpleasant, it is harmless to your pet.
Electronic training devices require interaction and training from the owner to achieve desired results.
Why is the collar can’t use normally when I got it or after a few days?
You have to charge the collar and remote for 2-3 hours before using. Sometimes the reason is battery power off.
Is the Receiver Collar waterproof? And Remote?
Yes. Make sure the rubber cover of the receiver is fully sealed on the USB charging port on the back of the collar to be 100% waterproof. The remote is rainproof, Preventing rain splash.
Can I attach a leash to this collar?
We strongly suggest that you do NOT attach a leash to this collar. It can result in severe injury by pushing the contact points too tightly against a dog’s neck.If you need to use a leash, attach it to a separate and non- metallic collar or a harness while making sure that the extra collar does not put any pressure on the contact points on the training collar.
How long can I leave the Collar Receiver on my dog?
We recommend not having the dog wear the Collar for more than 8 hours out of every 24-hour period.
How long should I process my training session for my pet?
Each training session should be processed as short as about 15 min.

Troubleshooting Guide

My dog is not reacting to the collar.

Make sure the receiver/collar is turned on, and check the intensity levels of vibration and static shock.
Be sure the strap is on the dog tight enough so that both contact points are touching the dog’s skin.
Please check whether contact points touch dog’s neck, If it is covered by hair,tidy it up (because fur is a non conductor.)
The intensity level may be too low for dog. Increase the Stimulation until the dog responds, usually by a neck movement, head shaking, or looking over the shoulders.
The response may be very subtle, If tested for all of the above and the dog is still not responding,please try re-pairing the Remote Transmitter and Collar Receiver.

I want to test Collar Receiver myself, but it does not work.

When testing the collar by your hands, please touch the two electrodes simultaneously, as touching one electrode will not work.

LED indicator light comes on, but I do not feel any Stimulation.

Your tolerance may be higher than your dog’s. You may need to try the unit on your fingertips where sensitivity is higher and/or increase the Stimulation level.Be sure both contact points are touching both of your fingertips.
The battery may be low, check the LED indicator light on the remote transmitter and receiver/collar for battery life.

Training Tips

Make training sessions short and positive (between 10-15 minutes long for each session)This will enable the dog to keep its attention focused on the trainer.
Train one dog at a time.
During the first initial training sessions, keep the dog in a familiar outdoor environment, Training in new locations may cause the dog to become distracted.
Use a long leash fastened to a non-metallic collar to help the dog’s learning.Ensure the additional collar and leash do not interfere with the Contact Points on the Collar Receiver.Do not use the remote training collar without a long leash until your dogs is fully trained.
More success will occur by teaching the dog a command first before trying to reinforce the command with Remote Transmitter.
For basic obedience training, vibration is more useful.
Issue one obedience command at a time, this will reduce confusion and allow the dog to remain focused.Do not use the training device for commands that the dog has not learned.
During training, look for all the positive changes in the dog’s behavior and remember to reinforce them promptly with ample praise and reward.
Avoid over-correcting your dog Use as little remote correction as possible during the training process.
When the dog has become apparently perplexed, shift the focus of the training by drawing the dog’s attention to a command they have familiarity.
Example: Tell the dog to sit and give abundant praise and encouragement on successful completion of the sit command.
Do not use the training dog device to correct or eliminate formats of aggression or biting behavior. When the dog is showing signs of aggressive behavior, immediately contact a professional dog trainer in your local area.
Please keep in mind, that you should keep training sessions short and end every session on a high note Stop training and play with the dog as soon the dog has accomplished a new level of proficiency.
